I had been looking for a nail place to do 4 pedicure and manicures for me and my littles, not one place was taking any walk-ins. I walked in and asked and they immediately took us in without any hesitation. They were super kind and amazing to my 3 year old, 8 year old and 11 year old. We found our new favorite place. 💜

Everyone is so nice and helpful, plus all the gals really listen to your requests. I like that they are not afraid to suggest other options for you too! The salon is very clean an very nicely decorated.

My nails are so lifted. And they rushed me. Dont schedule appointments at 6:15 if you close at 7 and are going to rush people out the door. Feels like a waste of money.

Clean shop, nice people. the man who did mynails was very rough never had this much pain from getting my nails done and got cut 2 different times. but the nails are pretty🤎

. Was bullied into $40 treatment when asked for $30. Was supposed to include xtra 10 minute massage. But she only pounded on my legs a few seconds and never rubbed my feet. Terrible experience! Don’t go here!

I had a wonderful experience. They got me in a half hour earlier for my appointment which was so nice! Vince did my nails and they look amazing. I got exactly what I wanted. Hes extremely talented and the prices are very fair.

I paid for my daughter to get her nails fixed & she comes back with this. $40.00 Wasted! The black polish wasn’t covered up and it was all over her fingers. It was very disappointing.

Had a horrible experience at the last nail salon, got in the same day with Julie. She was super fast, able to get nails on that I thought weren’t going to because the last girls nails ripped them off, she was gentle, super nice, understanding and my nails are BEAUTIFUL! After trying several salons in the Treasure Valley, with fairly average results, I finally found Julie at Envy Nails. Julie is wonderful! Her work is exceptional. Due to extensive traveling, I had to go over a month between appointments for my nails, and they held up beautifully, with no lifting or chipping. She is great to follow pictures of nail design ideas I bring in, or suggest great ideas of her own for me. She takes wonderful care of my mother, who often joins me for appointments, and let’s her rest in the massage chairs while I get my nails done. I won’t go anywhere else.

This is the best nail place I have ever gone to! Julie is amazing and would do anything I want! It is reasonable and they care about you and what you want! Highly recommend this salon

The first time I went there and had my nails done they were done alright but not super well. The lady didnt talk to me much while she did my nails. When I tried to start a conversation I was cut short. I wanted a specific design on my nails; I even showed a picture. She said okay she could do it exactly like the picture it was not even remotely close to what was in the picture, but my nails were done nicely in her own way so I was okay with it. The second and LAST time I went the lady didnt even listen to a word I said my nails are horrendous and I now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Not even 10 minutes after getting my nails filled and the color change, the gel polish was chipping, sticky, and crumbling off. not even three days after getting the fill done my nails are bubbly and lifting. They charge too much for such a crap job. If you want something to last not even a day for $45 then sure waist your money on them. They were rude, had poor customer service and just talked to other employees in a different language while they did your nails. If I could give them less the 1 star i seriously would WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Went there about a week ago for a pedicure. A couple days later my big toe hurt so bad it was hard to walk without a limp. Turns out my toe got infected. Not the first time I had service I was not to happy with. First time I went in I called ahead to see how much a full set would be with gel polish. Over the phone the lady said $25 I repeated it back saying just $25 she said yes. I decided to get my nails done. Before they started I made sure it was $25. When I was through getting my nails done they jacked the price up $10.

Ive been a customer for many years at Envy. At the begining,I was greeted with hello,can we help you? For a long time. And i always said my name and smile to let them know who I was. Now they know my name and voice when i call. You have to understand a good nail tech cant feel rushed. Im now treated like a princess. I will call the day before to make an appointment and allow time to be there. I always get compliments on my nails. I appreciate my nail tech Vince!

I love Envy and Tina and Julie and have gone there for 3 years.... but today I walked in and was met by 2 employees I have never seen before and they told me they were too busy to do my nails today. There was no one in there but me. I cant believe it.

HORRIBLE service! don’t clean products after use, she spent 15 minutes on my pedicure, did a sloppy job, and was talking on the phone the whole time. do not go here if you want a reasonable pedicure. it may be cheap but it is not worth it.

The pedicure was okay with great massage chairs, but the service felt really rushed. The two ladies I was with also had manicures and both were bleeding from the cuticles from getting clipped too close due to the rush. Also, the credit card machine was out of order and we were not told until it was time to pay. ATM was also out of service.

Had my gels refreshed. It looks beautiful and within 2 hours of having them filled I had 3 complements. What a great treat. Hang was professional, gentle, and friendly!

The worst nail staff ever! I came here one time and I will never be back. They are rude and cant be bothered to hold any sort of conversation while youre there. Dont bother making an appointment because they dont follow their schedule anyway. I made an appointment and waited an hour until I was seated. Furthermore, my acrylics were garbage. The work was rushed and sloppy. Two days after my visit my polish started chipping. My nails peeled out from under the acrylic. I would never come back, the service was rushed and my nails looked horrible. This nail salon is overpriced for the poor quality they provide.

Good pedicure! French tip looked nice, but I paid $20 extra for the gel and French tip, and it chipped off after only 4 days.

I bought a gift card for a mani-pedi for my wife. They were very short with her, and she ended up spending about 20 additional that I believed the gift card should have covered.

The lady that did my pedicure was super unprofessional. I apologize I did not get her name. My friend and I went in to get pedis as a special girls day and the lady who did mine had headphones in, got up mid-service to go clean up another station, did not say ONE word to me, and on top of the already annoying visit she cut BOTH of my big toes with the file to the point where they’re swollen and bruised. I won’t be returning that’s for sure. Also I paid $60 for a mediocre pedicure. Not happy. At all.

Went and got my toes done they can barely speak english and was just talking to all the other nail techs not even giving customer service at all the price was average nothing special.... never going here again

After a horrible experience with other nail place I walked in and within 20minutes was sitting in the chair talking about what had happened. Was very nurovs didnt want to be disappointed again with my nails. She was so nice talked to me about what she was doing to my nails and why, how she was going to fix them. Which she did! With what my nails looked like when I got in there I was sure they were gonna be taken off and put new acrylics on which would hurt so bad since my nails and fingers were bleeding and in pain from other nail place but no, she was able to fix my nails without any pain! I am so pleased. So happy they fit me in right when I needed.

I had a wonderful girl that did a great job on my Nails, every time. However, when I called to make my next appointment, the man said she was no longer working there and refused to tell me where she had moved to. Very unprofessional to steal clientele. I wont give dishonest people my money. If anyone reading this knows where Hang has moved to please post something here so I can try to find her. And as for you Envy Nails you should be ashamed of yourself.

Horrible customer service. Called ahead to see about getting a pedicure, was told I could come anytime. I said I would head there soon. Walked in and was asked if I made an appt, to which I replied, just called ahead. The man working said they prefer appointments and wouldnt be able to accommodate us. I was so taken aback since I had literally come within 20 mins of calling. We were never offered an option and instead humiliated in front of all the other customers. Walked out and went elsewhere. Will never return which is sad because I had really enjoyed my previous experiences here.

Went in with my mom & best friend today to get pedicures- the ladies were so nice, and the pedicures turned out wonderfully. Such comfy chairs, cold drinks, good conversation, and fantastic nail art will definitely have us going back soon!

Came here to get my gel french manicure, it looks perfect. I have to say this is my fav. nail salon. Everyone is nice and friendly.

I paid for one of the special packs for a pedi and they only did half of what was on the list and did not even give me a chance to say I wanted a design. They also did not shape my nails all the same and they were fat in size and messy looking.

I went with my daughter to do are nails and they did a awesome job.💅🏻💋

Horrible experience. My friend and I were so excited to go get a pedi and relax and unwind. There was a drunk customer who should have been asked to leave as she was belligerent, loud, and obnoxious. The gal doing my pedi got up and left me there for at least a half hour to complete request after request from the drunk customer. I almost walked out. My friends pedi was done by the time she got back to me so she hurried. My 10 minute massage was only 5 minutes. This was anything but relaxing. Both my friend and I shared that we will NEVER go back. Spend the extra 10 bucks and go to a place that will give you something to talk about and refer to your friends. You get what you pay for.
