Great service! These are probably the best nails I’ve had ever. I felt bad because last minute I needed her to trim the nails down a bit because I changed my mind on the length. Yet she was still super kind and honest! thank you so much I believe the lady’s name was Cindy or Sydney. I will be coming back again!

I went for a gel mani, my friend got acrylics. The quality was amazing and the staff was nice, not pushy or awkward. My friend got some super cool nails and the lady was like all excited about them too. My nail lady was really cool, she didnt try too hard to make conversation like other places.She did talk to me, it was just fluid and natural. The prices are good too. The place was clean and they actually have a lot of different colors and textures to choose from.

5/12 Lee did my job and I thought they looked incredible, however at a closer look my acrylics had literal hair imbedded in three of my nails. She apologized and didn’t Jack up the prices on the art like most salons do. so I still have full tip, however, I wish a little more attention was given when doing them. Will be coming back, great people, just minor errors

I went to get a full set of acrylics with my mom for my birthday. I asked for long pink nails with jewels. The lady brought out the jewels but continued to paint on a design onto my nails. I was very frustrated and upset when I left and decided to go back about 10 minutes later. When I arrived, instead of taking responsibility she blamed me for not being “detailed” although I specified I wanted jewels not a design. Then tried to charge another $8 for her to paint over her design and add jewels. While placing on the jewels they did a very careless job and very unprofessional. I was very unhappy with my nails and how they treated the situation. I’ve been here multiple times and usually my nails look great. However I was NOT impressed with the job she did on my nails.

Agreat shop. They did a good job. Amy makes you feel comfortable with her friendly attitude and does a professional job.

My Fiancé and I went here and we go in on time, the pedicures were really done poorly to the point where I had to finish mine at home, My Fiancé did mani and pedi french tip and it wasn’t even straight her nails on her hands were so horrible that they weren’t even straight at all we will definitely not be going back and we recommend you go elsewhere for 135 bucks we could have gone to the village and been happy .

My nails look great but my toes man did i feel like he didnt complete the job from the start. He didnt use cuticle remover just soap and left all kinds of dead skin around my toes. Left my toes a hot mess for 40.00 of my hard working money.

Arrived at the salon right at 9:30 (open time posted on the door) and waited 15 minutes outside with no one arriving... when I texted the salon number a few minutes after 9:30 the response was “I’m sorry, traffic is backed up and it appears none of us are there yet. Give us a couple minutes”. Though I had no issue with traffic? After waiting until 9:45, I left. Very unprofessional. I will not be going back.

I have been coming to see Tony and Cindy at CT Nails for 4 years and I just love the service. Great environment, very clean and they use very good products. They recently changed to NuSkin products and are amazing!

I cant thank Cindy enough!!! She fit my in at the last minute on Friday and did an amazing job!!! I was getting a fill... but she corrected the issues I had with the previous product already on my nails!!! And did such a tremendous job!!!! From now on I will ONLY be using Cindy and her salon!!!!! The staff was really nice and offered complimentary drinks but this is the second disappointing experience I’ve had. The first is when I got my eyebrows done the attendant was to busy talking on speaker phone while waxing my eyebrows to pay attention. The second was today. I got a pedicure and wanted a simple Halloween design and they messed everything up. Looks like a crazy smiley face to me.

I have been coming to this shop to see Lee for almost a year now. I have always had issues with acrylics lifting. Not at this shop ! I always feel welcome and comfortable here. You definitely Get a great value. The cleanliness of this shop is top notch. I have had to wait a few extra minutes now and then, but great things are worth waiting for. Everyone in the shop is pleasant and a joy to talk to. Im a customer for life!

O I have used these folks for two years since I moved to Idaho I was always quite happy I never had lifting issues like I have had in the past and never had any fungus grow like I have in the past however if they really really really really need to get more help! Ive been loyal to them I thought theyd be loyal to me Ive made several appointments and every single time I get there theyve taken walk in before me therefore Ive had to wait up to 45 minutes this is unacceptable,!!! once in awhile I understand but its been an ongoing issue now Im done Im going elsewhere nail salons are all over the place.

Definitely not my favorite and I more than likely will not be returning! After an hour the polish was still really sticky and smudged. Not worth the $90 I paid for two people!

Randomly found this place since my regular nail girl couldnt get me in. Was able to get my appointment in an hour. Cindy was so awesome! My nails are beautiful, the customer service was excellent. Will definitely be back from now on for my fills!

The worst costumer services ever and they made me wait so long even when I called to make an appointment. I called before hand and asked if I needed a mask to go in and she said no, I arrive to my appointment and they make me pay 2 dollars for a mask or i had to leave, they lack communication skills.

I love coming to Le for fills and pedis. People compliment me on how good my nails look now and that didnt happen before coming here. Le is always willing to try new trends when I ask for them. Its a nice, relaxing experience.

LOVED the pedicure chair with massage and great foot bath! VERY adept technicians, good massage of legs and feet w/ pedi and nice lower arm too with the add on mani. Great lunchtime relaxer, and youre even offered a drink of choice (including champagne!) if youre looking for an end of day treat. Polish was fast, which my lunchbreak worked for, but a tad messy doing both at once. Ill definitely go again! (Note: if you want to be chatty, be aware some techs dont speak very much English... But smiles and nods with great feeling service goes a long way!)

My first time in here, and what a great experience! The special pedicure was exactly what I needed! It was a very nice sugar scrub (very pleasant I might add) to exfoliate all the dead skin. I got the hot wax treatment which was also very pleasant, it was hot (duh) but it felt nice and was exactly what I needed for my rough feet (since I wear shoes the majority of the day), the five minute massage was great and not rough whatsoever. He was very friendly and had a great conversation. I will definitely recommend this place to all my girlfriends that need a relaxing pedi/mani!

Horrible customer service, waited over an hour after they said they could . Boss lady straight up followed us outside to tell me and my sister they are ready now after we tried leaving. I showed them what I wanted and she told me it’s to expensive for me and to do something else . Super slow !

I’ve been going here for over 7 years and have loved the service. However, The last 3 times I’ve gone the staff did not honor my appt and made me wait for over an hour. I’m very disappointed in the decline of their service. Do not make an appt., they only do walk ins!

CT Nail & Spa is soooooo good!!!!!! Super friendly owners! The employess are fabulous and my girl Linh went the extra mile to make sure my feet, legs and toes were nice and massaged. I was impressed that they know reflexology. Le did my nails & did not forget to massage my hands when my nails dried. They have wine, water, soda & mimosas!! Thank you Tony!!!!!!! Love you guys. Fantastic atmosphere.

Ive walked in and made appointments and this place had never failed. Their work is great and the people are super welcoming!!

I took my dtr inlaw and grandaughter for maniches and pedicures, 1st it took 3 hours we had an appt. 2nd, by that night my dtr inlaws polish on a toe started to lift and her nails started to crack. By the next day she had to repair 2 of her nails. I myself my nails started to crack and brake. My dtr inlaw went back to shoe and tell the main lady what had happened and she said she wold fix for less money, not for free. I spend over $200 for the 3 of us. You would think she would want to make sure we were happy with our service. I say think twice before going.

I went here once before and they did an amazing job and then went to get my nails filled today. The guy did a Terrible job was so rough my fingers hurt and are sore. All my nails are uneven and super think. Looks terrible that I just want to wear gloves to cover them up.

Best experience Ive had on a long time.

This is my second time coming here. But the first time I was with my friend and we walked in and we waited for 5 minutes and they started with my friend and it was about 9:50 and I had to work at 11. But she was getting her nails done, then a couple of people came in and all of a sudden the lady that was doing my friends nails disappeared about 10 minutes into the nail process. And the guy came over saying that she went to go interview the people. So we waited and waited and waited. Then I checked the time and it was 10:40 and we waited for about 25-30 minutes and she never came back so we left. Then the second time, we came back to give them another chance, we both had a design we wanted and the lady did both of our nails and my friend didn’t like them cause it felt like the lady didn’t put the effort for the design. Afterwards it was my turn and I wanted a certain design from Pinterest and I showed her what I wanted. Then when she was doing my nails she took of my nails that I had on and made me bleed. Then when she was measuring the nails I want and she put the liquid on my nail and I started blowing at it cause it got in my cut and it was burning. Then she’s like I’m sorry I forgot about the cut. But she was doing the coating and then I showed her the design again and she didn’t completely wrong. She only did the tip of the nails and not the full nail. If I could post pictures I would. But we both agreed that were never going back.

Horrible experience! This was by far the worst manicure I’ve ever had. The nail tech was on the phone arguing with her bank the entire time and was taking all her frustrations out on my nails. They were sore and looked horrible. When I asked the manager for a refund she refused and said she was not responsible for my experience because my nail tech “didn’t really work there.” What!?!

The gentleman who gave my granddaughter a mani pedi was awesome but the lady who took care of my daughter and I cut us both and does not talk to her customers.

Came here for a pedicure. I was told to pick nail colors from a bunch of pre-painted nail cards. It was hard to understand the staff as they didnt speak much English. I thought it was a little rude how they spent so much time laughing at things they were discusssing in their native language. The scrub part of the leg massage was somewhat unpleasant. Felt like a shaving razor burn when he went to apply the cool lotion because the sugar scrub was so rough. Thought I was getting regular nail polish, but it was actually gel polish, and the color was not like the sample. I didnt realize this and wanted them to repaint it, and they almost made me pay to have them take the gel paint off, and tried to make it seem like it was my fault I was unhappy with the gel polish because I had picked out a gel polish color. Sorry, but theyre not labeled gel or regular so theres no way I could have known. Assuming I wanted gel nails just because everyone else wants them is also not my fault. Plus, gel nails are more expensive than just a pedicure, so they almost upcharged me for something I never asked for.

Called and made an appointment for two pedicures. I thought this meant that they would have two people available. Nope. I had to sit for 45 minutes and watch my sister get her pedicure because only one person was available. I will not be back again.

I wont go anywhere else they are the BEST!!
