All of the employees here are amazing. I was treated by Kim, who got my name and said it though out my conversation with her. She was friendly and helpful, made sure my nails were perfect and clipped a few times when she noticed something. Some places rush you through in 30-40 minutes. You get your money here and they take their time to do a great job. Ill be back!!!

Very friendly people! They were able to get me an appointment the same day for a full which needed up being a full set. Khloe took the extra time out of her day and gave me the most beautiful fresh set! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them and was very neat and quick.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had The person that did my pedicure was rude and plain old mean. She should not be working in a customer oriented business because she lacks customer service skills! Then I got the pleasure of being called cheap because she didn’t get a tip. Very disappointed especially after hearing how nice the staff was there.

I went to use the atm here because its advertised as a fee free atm on the chime app and I go in and they say I cant use it cuz Im not getting my nails done... they were extremely rude and it was really irritating! False advertising should be something that is enforced here! Founded my whole day ##s holes

I enjoyed the pedicure I received! It was relaxing and well priced I thought. I elected for the signature pedicure which included the hot paraffin wax. The only negative was that the lady that did my pedicure talked a lot to the other staff.. she was so chatty that she would forget she was doing a service. It felt that I was imposing on her conversation.

This place used to be my favorite, friendly and amazing service and this week, I had a really bad experience, and bad SERVICE. I came in at 5:45, i know very late but i work all day and im leaving the next day on a trip. So i walked in and nobody says hi.. I stood there i thought oh okay someone will help me. So for a good 5 minutes, i asked can someone do my nails, the lady kept speaking foreign to someone else. I know she heard me, then I waited another 5 minutes and i finally asked, excuse can you do my nails.. She straight up said. No, no more tim, no more time!! Not even a sorry.. It was only 5:50 and they close at 7pm. RUDE..

I have been going to Nicely Nails for about 3 years and on 7/16/21I called to make an appointment and my regular girl said she had no time for me for acouple of weeks, so she made me an appointment with another and I called her back to make sure she had room for a mani/pedi and I was told sorry, that appt was already taken and she had no other time available.When I call to find out why, my calls are no long received and I am so puzzled as to what just happened!!!! If your busines is no longer welcome, damit, just say so and why. THIS WAS SO RUDE AND A BLATEN DISREGARD FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I scheduled an appointment at 1 for a full set of acrylics. The lady didnt start until 125ish on my nails. After about 5 minutes, she put the tips on which only took a few minutes and then did the wrong shape. Its now 130 and I asked her to change the shape after she messed up and she declined me because she has other appointments. I think its redicuious. I had an appointment and waited over 20 minutes for her to start and didnt even get my nails done. This was horrible.

I love going to do my nails there. It’s practically like my favorite place. Tina always does my nails and she’s amazing at it.

Just left this tucked away treasure. I came in after reading Google reviews after my last nail salon didnt do such a great job. The staff took care of my dipped set and pedicure and I have no complaints. I will definitely be back!! My services were done professionally, timely and in great fashion. This is the BEST nail spa I have ever been to! I went with 4 other family members and they treated us like THEIR family. Everyone was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. The prices are great and the quality is excellent. Ive never seen so many gel polish colors in my life! I am from out of town but the next time I go to I will stop to get my nails done!

Checked on Google and this place wasnt the closest place to me, but the closer places had mixed reviews. So I gassed up my car (dont judge) and headed up. My sad nails are happy again. Perfect thickness and shape and looking good two weeks out as day one! I will definitely be back again and again. The owner is very sweet and my tech Julie was awesome!

I used to love this place, been going there for years. Until I cancelled and appointment with more than 24 hr notice, my nail tech asked me if I wanted to keep my next appointment or cancel it, I never responded(because I just forgot to) and my nail tech took it upon himself to cancel it and filled my spot without notifying me, only way I found out was because I sent a message to cancel it with plenty of notice, If I hadn’t done that I would have shown up for my appointment and I wouldn’t have had an appointment. This place and its employees only care about money. I have been going to the same nail tech for years! I’ve referred several friends and family to this nail salon. They care nothing about customer service or loyalty. When I communicated with him my dissatisfaction, all he had to say was.. I’m sorry you feel that way! He took no responsibility for his actions! I hate that things happened the way they did because He really is talented, but there are others out there with talent and customer service is everything to me. Everything happens for a reason I guess! Time for a change.

I love this place!!! I start on going to Nicely Nails & Spa when the couple that owns it now use to work for the previous owners. I simply love them and their staff. Specially Cindy (I know it is not her real name - I would sound silly trying to pronounce her real name or try to guess how to spell) She is awesome, do a marvelous job, really takes her time for a good nail polish finish! I appreciate her great work and she is very friendly. They know my little girl and I, for five years now. I drive all the way from Vista to them because it is worth my time!

I had gone in for a pedicure and had a great experience! The guy who did them was focused on me and my needs and very attentive. The pricing was a little high, but it was quick and very well done so I didn’t complain. Went in the next day on my lunch break to get a manicure and got a different person. She was talking and laughing with the other employees so much she couldn’t even complete one whole task at a time. I had asked for the same French tip as my toes, very easy. She had pulled out a pink (like hot pink) color and I told her it was too pink but she insisted it would be okay. I was on my lunch and in a little time crunch and when I left I realized how ridiculous they looked. When I called to ask how much to change them or remove the polish I was told it would be another $18 on top of the originally $35 to get them done. I had no choice but to go in and get it off and was charged $10. So basically paid $45 to have my nails painted for a day. No one apologized or offered a refund or anything. Not to mention the atmosphere was much different. More of the typically nail salon vibe you hear about than comfortable. I won’t be going back.

All the tools were dirty there were nail pieces on the table and all over the chair. I don’t know if it’s all the workers but the one that I got was very bad, I showed her a picture of what shape and color I wanted (coffin shape, light pink) and she gave a dark pink with an oval shape. It was horrible it didn’t even cover the whole nail they already looked grown out and gross. I also asked for a cute small white heart on the side of my ring finger and she made a huge heart in the middle and added black lines and dots around it with out even asking me if I wanted it. REALLY lumpy and gross. Also while she was filing my nails she scratched up my skin around it, it tore pieces of my skin off around my nail and even got my pinky bleeding. She was laughing and talking to the other workers the entire time and sometimes took breaks and would just sit there talking. Very disappointing, got them removed the same day at a different salon.

A friend and I went yesterday. We had an appointment for 1:30pm. They got one of us going about 10 minutes late and the other did not get to start until 2:00pm. While we were waiting, they had another woman go back to get started with her 2pm appointment. The women working there were looking back and forth at us and laughing. Then one asked a question in a very rude way, turned back to the other worker, and started laughing really hard. It was humiliating. They would look at my friend and just laugh, again and again. Once the second person finally got going, the manicure went so fast. She barely rubbed the lotion in before dropping the hand and walking off. All the while, the older woman who asked the rude question kept hitting our chairs with the broom. My friend and I were highly unimpressed. We will not be going back.

Do not come here, this place does not follow the correct disinfection procedures as required by Idaho law. The lady who did my nails waved me over to sit down right after she had finished with the previous client. She didnt disinfect anything like she should, and the only cleaning she did was brushing the dust on the floor with the same brush she would later use on my nails. The price looks decent ($35) but they charge $5 extra for filing, but how else are you supposed to shape acrylics? On top of all that, the file she used was clearly used, as you could see the white dust from previous clients (which Idaho law states that porous tools, such as a nail file, are to be thrown out after each client). My nails turned out lumpy and my nail polish turned from a pastel pink to highlighter yellow the next morning. Needless to say, I think next time Ill invest my money on a professional nail salon.

Very nice staff, I hadnt had my nails done before and they were very helpful at explaining everything. I got french tips, they did a wonderful job and Im always getting compliments! Price is affordable!

Myself, mother and friend went here today. We had an appointment and werent helped until 15 minutes after. Everything there is broken and falling apart. My friends pedicure chair was broke. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get someone to start my pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure skipped so many steps in my pedicure. She started painting my toenails without putting down a base coat, and when I mentioned it she got really upset. Afterwards she got up and left. We were told wed have to wait an additional 10 minutes to get our eyebrows waxed (even though we told them while making the appointment we wanted an eyebrow wax). Finally we got up to leave after waiting for a wax that we made an appointment for. From the waiting, terrible service, and skipping steps I will never go back. This place is terrible and Ill never recommend it to anybody. 👎💩

The nails themselves were amazing!!! The front desk said $25 for regular acrylic and polish. Then when we went to pay the price had changed?? Extremely ridiculous. Love the nails though. Andy is amazing and deserves a promotion !!!!!

Horrible experience, go somewhere else. I had to get multiple people involved to get what I needed(solid color,glitter on top). She made a huge mistake and grunted and groaned the whole time. I tipped because I was happy she figured out what I wanted. But when I left she was still rude. I shouldnt have tipped her. I wont ever go back.

Very disappointed. I used to go here all the time to get my nails done but I havent been there in a few months. I went to school for nails I couldve done my nails myself and did better, but its time consuming and I wanted to be pampered. I showed her a picture of the shape and length I wanted and she did them way too long. After telling her twice I just let it go. She asked what color and did not even give me the colors I wanted! She was done within 45 minutes and scooted me out. Crappy service, very unhappy. I will never go there again, its definitely gone downhill. Luckily I can fix my nails myself.

I am disappointed. I was hoping to find a great nail place really close to home. Was told I would wait 20 minutes when I walked in, when I actually had to wait 45. The guy that did the Acrylic nails was friendly and charismatic, however he did a subpar job. My nails are visibly crooked. I was handed off to a woman to do my polish, and she did not cover the whole nail on the sides or to the cuticle so even the first day they looked slightly grown out. A week later I cant stand how terrible they look and will be going somewhere else for a fill so they can fix them.

I went here for the first time with my friend, mom, and sister to get our nails done out of recommendations from my friends. The lady I had took her time and was very detailed with my nails and I am very happy with them! Sadly i didnt get her name but I also had a very hard time understanding her. I personally would have given 4 stars if my sisters nails were done as well as mine. She had a different lady but hers turned out slightly lumpy and the nail polish turned from pink to yellow within a few days. !! The price for a full set of acrylics with gel polish is $35 on their sign but apparently it is an extra $5 to file the nails (which idk anyone who would leave their nails NON filed.) it is also an extra $5 to put a matte top polish instead of a glossy top polish which i thought was ridiculous. So if you’re going here for their lower prices your total will end up coming out the same as if you went to a better reviewed PROFESSIONAL salon in the first place.

Staff are friendly and very good artists! I only go to treat myself to a pedi rarely due to budget constraints, but the prices are very reasonable. The nail art lasts FOREVER! They treat me like I am royalty when I am there; massage chairs that are MARVELOUS, relaxing pedi in spa water. I recommend you schedule an appointment, because they are so busy, but they do take walk ins.Just plan to wait a while, because its a popular place!! Staff are very responsive to instructions on how you want your nail art (many nail techs can do it free hand, but they also have stamp art). I ALWAYS get complimented on the beauty of my nails after coming here. Thank you so much!

This makes me sad. Used to love getting my eyebrows and lip waxed here. I went after 5PM and a young gal did my lip and brows. I am used to the pain so that wasnt the problem but sadly I have marks all over my lips and brows because she burned me with the wax. I am in terrible pain and my brows and lips are red and puffy. Not to mention AFTER she was done she rubbed my eyebrows in rubbing alcohol causing them to burn.

I went in to get a fill and the guy who did them was very rude. He didn’t have any kind of conversation with me and when he was done with one hand he pushed it away like he was angry. When we were done I went up to the desk ready to pay and he was on his phone just standing there like I was invisible. Two of them had already broken off. Never going back there again.

NEVER will go here again. My grandma goes here for her nails and gets Vincent. She got me a gift certificate for 34$. I went in and asked for vincent and he wasnt there. I showed her my gift certificate and she said a full set is 35$ So I showed a picture of what I wanted (Olive green stilleto nails) And I was told that color wasnt available. So I picked another color from the samplers and it also wasnt available. I choose just an all glitter nail, and she told me if I got stiletto it would be 10$ more. So I said no. Ill stick with square. Then she started talking Chinese with the other lady and then I heard stilleto and instantly got mad. So she kept asking if I really wanted glitter on all of my nails and I said yes. And shes like are u sure ? I said yes again. And she said okayyyyyyy.. like she was judging me or something. So as I was leaving I seen the sign, and it said full sets are 25$. I will never go back. They barely even speak English
