I have been going to Catherine & Company since they opened. Staff is wonderful. Salon is always neat and clean. Would highly recommend.

I love this salon. Its very homey and the staff is incredibly friendly. From massages to hair care and nail care, this place has it all. I go here at least once a year with my fiancé to get a massage and we always feel so relaxed after. Came here to get our nails done for my sisters wedding, and we were allowed to drink wine that we brought and the two women who did our nails were so incredibly helpful and made this experience so much more enjoyable for us. I will continue to keep going here.

Today’s my birthday so I decided to treat myself to a massage. I got my massage from Crystal today and it was sooo relaxing!! She was very nice & welcoming & the massage along with the relaxing music made me fall asleep that’s how good the massage was! Plus the salon and the spa were very nice too I highly recommend this place I definitely will be coming back!! :) ❤️

Heaven on East Main Street! So happy to have found this wonderful salon. Catherine and staff are the best. . .and I have lived in NYC and been to the best salons there. You always look and feel better when you leave. Faye is amazing. Shannons manicures are sensational. Everyone is talented, professional and most of all, kind. Cant say enough about this salon. Love you all!

I have been going to Catherine & Co since 2004. I havent had my hair done, but I have had manicures, pedicures, and massages. The staff is friendly & accommodating. The atmosphere is warm and beautiful. My only complaint would be parking as it can be difficult to maneuver the parking lot at busy times, but it hasnt stopped me from going. I try to get there about once/month.

The place is so nice, clean and welcoming. Katie cuts my hair and my son got his first haircut with her yesterday. She was so understanding and cut his hair so quick! Really love it here.

Today I went for a deep pore cleansing facial for the first time here. I specifically requested that pores around my nasal area were a problem. The lady performing my facial assured me that extractions are part of the process. Her name was Lara. She hardly did any extractions, few superficial on top of my nose, didnt extract clogged pores on my forehead or around my nose. She was very hands off, no warmth or eagerness, standoffish and superficial. She didnt even look to see where my clogged pores were. She had an attitude and was too self-conscious. I was not at all impressed by her work and all my pores are still clogged. She didnt seem invested in her work, said she has been working here for 12 years! Either she is bored with her job or just too self-concious to generate any customer care or interest. I have had facials in different Spa all over the states, but this was so poor quality and effortless, I was just shocked. Dont waste you money atleast for deep pore clesing or ask for a different person.When I called the receptionist told me they offer consultation, but when I was taken upstaris, Lara asked no questions, showed no interest in knowing my needs or offering any suggestions & didnt even inquire what type of facial I would like. Snobish with a unfirendly, disinterested, disengaged and bored attitude.

This is the worst place ever they did a simple makeup my hair was not what I asked for and then they charged me $145 The lady said that she couldnt do me what I asked for because my hair was so long hello this is a hair salon you supposed to do everything what they ask you because again its a hair salon if you dont know how to do something then why You have this job then I will make sure that my friends dont even look at this place my first and my last

They washed, cut, dried my hair so well
