I’ve been coming here for almost 1 year and my lashes always come out beautiful. I am a regular so I never have to tell them what style I want (picture with me wearing a mask is from 02/2021, 3/2021, and 09/2021 (picture of me wearing a black hoodie) which was this week I went and got my lashes done and they decided to make my lashes a lot shorter and less full but charged me $150.00. My birthday is next week and I am going on vacation and instead of them being professional and fixing their mistake I am being told that I have to pay $55 more in order for them to fix my lashes. Very unprofessional and Unfortunately I will never go back which is why I rated this place with 1 star. If they make a mistake they will not own up to it and will not fix it.

It was my girlfriends birthday so I brought her here for a spa day and she loved her experience here! She told me they made her feel so special and beautiful. In particular, she was a big fan of their serum spa pedicure and paraffin manicure. I could not have chosen a better place to go for my girlfriends birthday. Very clean and friendly professional staff. Highly recommend for anyone.

Beautiful and super clean nail salon with friendly and helpful staff, and so many color options for gel, regular, and dip powder! Amazing services for manicures and pedicures, UV Gel Nails, waxing and even eyelash extensions. And back rub after the service is amazing!

Charged me $70 for a full gel set without polish and it’s barely been one week & ive already lost one full nail (came right off without much force, while I was cleaning..) and 2 of my nails have broke in half as well! You gotta be kidding me

Tiara Nails & Spa does an amazing job on my nails, eye brows and eye lash extensions! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! They take your temperature at the door, make you use hand sanitizer then wash your hands immediately after. After every customer they wash down their stations for the next customer. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I definitely recommend!!!

Never had a bad experience! Everyone is so polite and kind, the salon is spotless and they are taking COVID very seriously. No walk ins, temp checked at door and doing their own contact tracing by having you check in and leave your name, number and time of appointment-great safety precaution! Beautiful colors to choose from, great value and so easy to get to.

Love this nail salon - my sister and I drive from about 25 min away to have our nails done here. They are very clean, friendly. They are taking COVID seriously with temp checks before you enter the door, and requiring not only hand sanitizer at check it but after heading right to the sink to wash your hands. They do an exceptional job and are very warm to their customers.

My new favorite nail salon. Went here for the first time today with my boyfriend. We both got pedicures and I must say it was the BEST one I’ve had in a LONG time. Definitely worth every penny. Staff is extremely nice and everything is SO CLEAN! Can’t wait to go back next Saturday for a gel fill on my nails!

The salon is following safety guidelines closely. The doors are locked ( no walk ins), they check temperatures, make you wash your hands and they washed theirs. Masks are required and they wear mask and face shield. It felt good knowing that they are trying their best.

It was my first time here and I loved everything about this salon. My first experience here was FANTASTIC. It was very clean and the workers were welcoming. Not only they were friendly and nice but they did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. They didn’t rush to do the job, they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I got a Green Tea spa pedicure and it was super relaxing. The products they used smelled nice and they gave me extra massage, which I really loved. They also give you a back rub at the end :) I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

I walked in without an appointment and was welcomed by the friendly statf. The place is organized and SUPER CLEAN. I care about the sanitation of the salon very much so I appreciated their effort and care to keep their equipment very clean and sanitary :) They also have a big collection of nail polishes so I had many options for both gel and regular, which I loved! This nail salon is very clean, professional, and super friendly. They use a special sterilization machine to clean their equipments and everything is disposable stuff (files, buffers, and even pedicure liners). They are also kept up with the new trends with the Dip Powder stuff and eyelash extensions. They have a big collection of gel and regular colors, plus dip powder colors as well.The staff is super friendly and they always make sure Im happy with my nails. Plus, after I get a pedicure or manicure, they give me a back massage and I love it! I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been to a lot of nail places for just a simple manicure and pedicure, but I’ve never been so impressed by the level of attentiveness I received. I made an appointment just a half hour before and as soon as I got there, they sat me immediately (which never happens anywhere, especially on a Saturday). And the nail technician took her time and made sure my nails looked great. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed down the assembly line. My only regret was not getting the nail technicians name because I’ll go back to her every time. I highly recommend this place- they are so friendly, attentive, and do an amazing job!

They use disposable files and buffers, disposable pedicure liners, and the special autoclave equipment to keep their stuff all clean! Their spa pedicures are amazing, They have a big collection of colors, either gel or regular, and gel powder! I highly recommend this place!

First time here. Its clean, friendly staff. As I was waiting, they knew the names of their regulars. Best Pedi Ive had so far. Im not from here but I almost wish I was. Cost $32 for a pedi. Includes massage with hot stone. Also, there was a small back rub/massage. Did not expect any of that. Just an old fashioned leg/foot massage. Definitely going back until my assignment is over. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

It was my first time today at Tiara Nail and Spa. Annie was very nice. I never had so much done during manicure and pedicure. Nice and long legs and hands massage, paraffin and a back massage. All this with a regular manicure and pedicure!!! Loved it!!

Friendly staff, loved the massage and the paraffin wax with the manicure, but I feel like I wished they spent more time on the pedicure. Cut the nails, but didnt shape them, looks a little funny. A few things I wish theyd been more attentive to, but not bad, and the place was clean.

I went today for the first time ever and I had the best experience. Very friendly from the moment you walk in. I will be going back.

Went here because my regular place was closed and I needed a mani/pedi before vacation. Relatively clean but tools were not opened from a fresh sanitized pack and we’re not soaking in sanitizer. They didn’t bother to shape my toenails, including a nail I had broken when I stubbed it, so I still have a jagged toe nail... The polish on my toes is not fully opaque and definitely needed a third coat. I got dip on my fingers which is fine but she didn’t really clean up the nail itself before applying the dip so my nails are still a mess and the edges are rough as hell as she didn’t file them after applying the dip. All of this, I would have just let go and just not gone back...except that it was $75 for the services before tip! I asked for a basic pedicure, which cost $43 apparently. I cannot believe the experience I had cost that much. A regular pedicure and gel manicure at my regular salon costs $45 for both. The women were nice but because of this I will not be back.

We ran into an issue with the credit card machine charging my account twice. They were very upfront about it right away and apologized. This was not by any means their fault. Because I an getting married tomorrow on good faith they gave me the cash until the money comes back into my account. I have been coming here for probably about 1yr now and I wouldnt change it for anything. Their professionalism is 100%. I would recommend them even out side of this happening I just thought they deserved a great review because of how they did handle this. Thank you to all involved!
