First I made an appointment about two or three weeks ago. I called on a Monday or Tuesday ( I work a lot so I forget the exact day but those are my only days off) and made an appointment with The gentleman that works there for the same day. Anyway I went in later that day and when I got there he said it was for next week!!! After I confirmed and repeated myself earlier when I called to schedule it. Yeah I was upset but I get miscommunication happens. So I tried again to make an appointment for a pedicure this time and called a few days ago to schedule for yesterday (Monday) at 6. I was 2-3 minutes late and the lights were off the open sign off and nobody there!!! I am done with the poor customer service and then the lady lying to me on the phone saying she was there with a customer until 8:30 when they close at7!!! That’s too bad because I tipped them $25 last time they did my pedicure which was awesome but the gel polish the man did was horrible and lasted a week and not worth the tip for him!!! Save your time and money people!!!

Very meticulous. Took me as a walk-in on a busy day, but didn’t rush, even though someone was waiting. Very kind and friendly. Loved the foot and calf massage, my feet felt amazing and soft after. Will return.

Kevin did an excellent job on my nails. He listened thoroughly and made sure I was happy! Best and cleanest place Ive been :) My pedicure was great, too! Highly recommend!!!

I went here for the first time a few days ago and will never go anywhere else. Kevin did my nails and pedicure and I love them. He did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I got almond shaped and they are perfect. He was very detailed and super friendly. The pedicure was heavenly and left my feet so soft and me relaxed. Ive been getting my nails done on and off for about 15 years at a few different salons, this place is by far the best!

I’m not sure what the gentleman who did my nails name is, but he was super friendly. However, 2 of my acrylics are now lifting up (both of my pinky nails) after 24 hours. I had to glue them back down so they don’t catch on something and rip off before I can go somewhere and get my whole set redone. Also, some of the nails are kind of crooked and uneven. Polish on 3 of my nails is uneven and one of them has a black hair under the clear coat that is completely noticeable. None of my cuticles were removed are now encapsulated underneath a whole thing of acrylic. Right hand thumb is a lot thicker than the other thumb.5 stars for friendliness1 star for quality

Lily reconstructed my toenail that had been damaged for years and helped it to grow normally again. They give the best pedicures and foot massages. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. This will be my regular salon now !

Absolutely amazing! Great prices and friendly staff. They did an incredible job on my nails. Have been trying to find a nail salon like this for months and beyond happy I did!Down side, my middle nail broke off while washing my hair so unhappy with that. It stinks because the staff is great but Ive had these for less than a week and one nail broke.

DO NOT GET DIP ACRYLIC HERE!! Two days after getting my nails done, the pointer finger snapped off and almost ripped my natural nail off. Its a week later and half of my nails are now missing from either cracking or falling off. Not to mention my natural nails are now mire destroyed then theyve ever been. I paid 70 dollars for these nails to make them pretty for my vacation and in two days they were falling apart. I am horribly upset and disappointed.

Have never had a bad experience here, from the first time I walked in to the next few times. They take such great care of you without being kiss-asses. The man owner gives amazing foot and lower leg massages, which I never expected. Instead of bringing me random magazines he actually looked through them and brought a few ones I would like. The prices are amazing, the job they do is amazing. Im not sure why anyone would ever go anywhere else!!! I rarely can treat myself but when I can it will always be to Veronia.

I’ve lived in New York City for over 20 yrs and I presently live in New Jersey. I come home and to Veronia Nail Spa every month so Lilly can give me a pedicure and facial. She is the best.. very kind, professional, and extremely thorough. My twin goes to her every 3 weeks for a pedicure and my father goes twice a week for reflexology! Called ahead to get prices but when I got there she wanted more. She said a gel polish change on the toes would be $45! That was not even a pedicure! I told the lady I just wanted my polish removed then and she told me it would be $5 for hands and feet but when I got done she charges me $15 just to remove it! Didnt find the place to be particularly clean and didnt see them clean tools after each use. That is not to say they dont but there was no disinfecting machine and I never saw them clean the tools. Would definitely not recommend. The lady got pretty snippy with me when I told her she quoted me $5 to remove and not $10. No way to treat a customer. Tons more salons to chose from so why go to one that treats people this way.

Absolutely terrible. Showed a photo of what I wanted and still didnt get it. I dont normally leave bad reviews but this was beyond horrible and $20 for a polish change not even a pedi. Horrible and no skill. I walked out half way through nails not even painted. Terrible. Also said I was allergic to accrylic and she swore up and down she wasnt using it. Woke up to my nails itching and burning after I told her 5 times Im allergic to accrylic. Not only as bad job but she didnt listen so now as soon as I wake up have to go get them all removed anyways. Horrific experience

Kevin is the only tech who does a pedicure the way I like (I never tried anyone else at Veronia though). He cleans up the cuticles and helps my ingrown toenails. Polish stays on forever.
