Mask required to enter the gym. Temperature check is done by a scanner. Equipment has been moved and spaced out. A mask is NOT required during working out. Members are required to clean equipment after use and staff also clean certain items. There are limits on people using the hot hot tub and pool. Locker rooms are open and doors should be left open afterwards for cleaning.

I signed up to mostly play basketball after work and to workout. Recently they moved equipment onto one side of the basketball court. Which shouldnt be a problem, but instead of using the other half for people who want to play basketball, the schedule classes that take up the other half. So now no one can play.

Terrible disrespectful gym. First thing is they have removed alot of the attachments for cable machines, so I brought my own rope attachment. I forgot it one day and someone seen me leave it and turned in to front desk. The next day I asked a worker and was told someone did turn it in and was behind the desk but it wasnt where they put it when he looked that day. Days go by I ask a manager a few more days go by I ask again and was told the cleaning lady must have thrown out. Crazy.. its a gym the cleaning ladys are not going around throwing out gym equipment. They said thats what they do with stuff is throw out peoples stuff. I pay too much to be disrespected like that and never been offered for it to be replacedWho ever is managing this place needs to be replaced. This gym is very expensive for the area and the limited services it provides. I pay too much to have my stuff stolen by workers or thrown out. Also you can never play basketball due to classes and equipment in there. Almost all amenities are closed. Limited attachments for cable machines. Expensive start up fee, expensive monthly membership and its a contract. Dont get locked into this gym at least not now with covid and this current management. Hours are very limited also. I can easily buy a new rope attachment but I just want to express all negative things and disrespect about this gym

I’ve been a member of this place since the day it opened, and it’s pretty awesome. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. One thing is that you must be 13 to use any of the exercise equipment. The locker rooms are clean, the gym is very spacious, the rock wall and track have a very cool design, and the pool area is very clean.

The facility is nice containing top of the line equipment. It was on my way to work so the convenience is nice as well. I took a tour and the membership liaison was not available so I had to come back if i wanted information on membership. A week later I was able to speak to someone about signing up. Then they explained the membership scheme. 55$ a month or 110$ a month for a family membership and a year contract. That was not a problem as i feel that is comparable to facilities with equivalent options. There is also a 175$ one time registration fee. This fee is 25% of the total yearly membership fee. When i asked why so high, the explanation was that it enabled them to offer me free classes (which I wont take) and a free fitness evaluation. If i have to pay 175$ then its not free. So in closing great facility but poor response time from staff and one time fee to support Free Services

This is a great place to work out if you really want to get healthy but need someone to help come up with a plan. They will take all of your body measurements and come up with a workout plan that fits your needs and wants. The facilities are top notch and there is way more than the average planetfitness. Pools, saunas, basketball courts, and an indoor track are all included with the normal fitness machines. Definitely worth the membership.

Very clean and the staff is amazing extremely helpful and they offer a wide range of classes and programs. Personal training is awesome. Tyler is working with me and I am happy with the results so far.

Absolutely incredible facility. Incredible locker rooms, workout facilities, and pool. I wish large families would be more respectful in the therapy pool. It’s not for young kids and obnoxious families, it’s mean to relax and recover.

Absolutely love the pools. I swim laps, walk in the lanes and attend morning water exercises. The pools definitely helped with recovery after lumbar fusion surgery

DO NOT USE CHILD CARE HEREAs excited as we were to join this gym and use the daycare facility we actually left after our second visit having hands down the worst customer service experience of our lives.My daughter was NOT cared for properly or safely!!!Not only was my daughters (11 months old) safety not a concern - NOT HAVING HER STRAPPED IN ON A BOUNCER SHE WAS WAY OVERWEIGHT FOR but also her well being - “had been crying for about an hour” per the caretaker who was supposed to notify me if/when she was inconsolable per their policy.The caretaker blamed me for “working out too long” and “not having the correct info to find me” when I had completed every document necessary AND signed my daughter in that day so it was obvious the caretaker is at fault for not knowing her job or policies.We had never seen that teacher a day in our lives before picking her up as she was not the same teacher present at drop off. Did not follow safety order to check tags to make sure child is leaving with correct adult.This is not a safe environment for children and I thank god there wasn’t an emergency situation as they clearly do not have policies in place to keep up their end of promises.

Nice place for therapy treatments. Weight room is a little crowded. Basketball court and weight room need thorough cleaning. Observing dust and dirt everytime Im there in weight room and on Basketball court. But all in all its a nice facility with lots of equipment.

The best facility Ive ever used. Never a bad day when I come here first. Staff, equipment and services are the best.

If you dont really want to work out, this is the gym for you.The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, especially the aquatics team. Everything is new and pretty (if you like working out in a space that looks like a doctors office). But.Literally everything about the facility feels undersized and cramped. The studios are ridiculously small, so is the free weight area and the TVs. Yet the membership goal is 5-6 thousand members.Ive never seen the climbing wall in use. The one time I asked, I got a non-answer. So dont plan on climbing

There needs to more equipment available to members. The rehabilitation group is saving equipment for people and there is not enough left for members. It has gotten worse in the last few months.

Beautiful, brand new facility. 3 pools offer lap swimming at all times, and a play and water-based fitness activities. Sauna and steam room in the locker rooms. Nice array of cardio and weight training equipment and a walking/running track with an open gym for basketball, pickleball, etc.

I love the free weight area and the indoor track. I usually can get in there during the day to workout and never have to wait for any equipment.

I was required by my surgeon to do physical therapy to swim in a pool, but since it is may, public pools arent open, but because of the adult only hours, Im not able to do my excersizes and healing to recover. The whole point of having a dedicated therapy pool is for people in conditions similar to mine to be able to recover. Members under 18 can only go on Fridays and weekends, even though I have to get excersize in a pool by a certain time so that my arm will eventually heal. We pay alot of money each month to go but end up not using it because of the unfair hours, especially when it is someones only opportunity to recover

Joined to get healthy, they have restrictions on when kids are aloud in but that keeps changing, dont like that. Now there is a sign I ladies changing room to keep covered up. We are all women, its a locker room, you dont want too be seen go behind the curtain, you dont want to see, dont look. If you are bringing in young children, Use the family changing area!Not happy with their pt services
