Vedas is a great place to work out. The personal training is amazing! Josh is the man, and he will work with you to get you where you want to be. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helps keep you motivated and moving toward goals. The time investment is minimal and the cost is more than fair for this great place. They have a full range of equipment, including specialty items, that a much larger gym would have.
Plenty of workout equipment and open 24 hours. Great place to get fit. I love this place.
