Terrible car wash. Wet, water spots dirty. This business model is not making the grade. Need to figure out a true full service wash model. There are plenty of examples out there. Dubuque iowa, Madison, and Naples fl where I winterAll are true full service for $20 $25. Chuck

I drive for Uber and a rider got sick in my back seat. I called River Falls Car Wash and they were able to get my car in for detailing within 2 business days. They did an awesome job! My car looks great both inside and out.

I took my SUV here to be cleaned and I was specifically looking for a car wash that had brushes. I called to ask that and another question and the gentleman on the phone was very kind and answered all of my questions. Ive gone to many touch-less washes and Im ALWAYS disappointed so I decided to switch it up. I got the best wash available here and I was not disappointed. My car looks as shiny as it was the day I bought it. I also love that they give you free access to vacuums after your wash. I pulled out of the car wash and the gentleman from the phone approached me and told me about the vacuums. I will never go anywhere else. 5 star wash and 5 star customer service. I dont normally leave reviews, but this business definitely deserves a good review after my experience here.

I had both our 2007 Camry & 2004 F150 (which was internally filthy!) cleaned - inside & out. WOW!!! For $40 - and a HUGE tip from me - they did an amazing job. Not to mention the excellent car wash and wax !!

Got my car washed and my mirror is broken. Was told that my car is old and that my mirror is defective. So they will try and stick you with any repairs. Would not suggest using this car wash. They only care about you coming and standing behind the service. Thank you now I have a clean car and broken mirror.

River Falls Car Wash has a consistently good car wash for a reasonable price. Definitely my favorite. The free vacuum cleaners with a car wash is a plus.

Wash was okay but the interior vacuuming was not up to par. I didnt notice this until I was home. I honestly need to go over the interior again with my vacuum. Pieces of paper left, the rear floor mat looked like it had not been touched! Sorry but I have more things I can do with $30 plus tip! Dont plan to go there anymore.

My father and I have gone in to get our oil changes for the first time at this place these past two days and both of us had an excellent experiences. The gentlemen that worked on our cars were very knowledgeable and respectful. I will definitely be going there from now on to get my oil changed. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to this place. Prices are very respectful too. For a normal conventional oil change, it was $33 and theres always coupons online. Thanks for the great experience Pennzoil guys!

Dont do interiors anymore, by appointment only and charge around $20.00 to clean inside.

Dear River Falls Car Wash:This is just a quick note to say a big THANK YOU for your help a few weeks ago (July 2019).If you recall, we were the family of 5 in the dark gray Dodge minivan that pulled into your car wash while on our summer road trip. Unfortunately, one of our children had become carsick as we were traveling through Wisconsin on our way to Michigan (and eventually back home to S. Florida). We were a bit desperate for help. Anyone that has ever had to clean their vehicle after a child gets sick in it knows that it is not a pleasant nor glamorous job. (First rule of traveling with kids in a car: Bring a bowl for them to throw up in! Why we left our bowl at home, I dont know...anyway...). As we were far from home with no equipment to properly clean the van ourselves, we happened upon your car wash and you came to our aid. You directed us to the restroom where we were able to clean up our child, and perceiving we were a bit stressed by the situation told us to relax in the waiting room. Then, you proceeded to personally clean and shampoo the interior portion of the van that was affected. When you were done, it was like the incident never happened. You ran the van through your general exterior car wash for good measure and your crew cleaned the windows, dash, etc. In about an hour, we were back on the road with a clean van, a happy family, and yet another crazy road trip story to tell when we got back home. You could have charged us $$$ as we really didnt have much of an alternative, but your price was reasonable and in line with what you list on your webpage (which we didnt have access to at the time).Your fair and honest service and overall kindness were (and still are) much appreciated. Though we didnt stay very long in Menomonee Falls, we certainly left with a great impression thanks to you and your crew at River Falls Car Wash. Great place to get the dirt out. Offers other services too. Main thing though is it is not touchless. You are taking a chance on getting scratches. The monthly membership is worth it if you like to go often. Excellent vacuumes with awesome power makes quick work. But go touchless if any concerns of light clear coat marks.

Price was reasonable and free vaccum comes with the wash. Would stop.here again.

This car wash has all the normal services. Free vacuums. Hand drying for a fee. Seems like a good wash. My Ford Escape was washed with the $22.00 Deluxe version, by the way my Escape is 2009. The only reason I mention that is the contour of side was totally missed by the wash procedure, looks funny.

Got a free car wash with my oil change. They did a better job than mr.mister.

They pre clean before washing, they do a great job cleaning the inside.

Crew could not go the extra mile to help me out. Im a long time customer and this time I bought a 5 day wash, well on the 5th day it rained and on the 6th day I had work and school so I couldnt make it before they closed. The lead at the time said he could only honor 1 day past the expired date. I get it, Im just disappointed. Probably just dont buy a 5 day rewash, the rest are good.

My mom comes here at least once a month. And we live in Kewaskum. Just took her car there . And I can understand why she makes the trip! I cant believe how well they clean the car and the amount of time it takes them to do it. Scrub the floor mats wipe down the whole interior clean the windows towel-dried the exterior of the car. 4:30 bucks it really cannot be beat! Will definitely recommend this place to family friends and anybody looking for a car wash that cares.

Additionally went in with unsatisfied carwash, the next time through took extra care of my concerns and were very polite.

Will not use this facility again. Car was wet for going thru super dryer, got home had water spots all over & still had dried salt on fenders. This was a Camry, nothing fancy to not get the tires & rear fenders.$3 Coupon is misleading - Paid $15 for a job I could have gone thru scrub a dub & gotten better wash.Attendant had to go inside for change for each drivers. Seemed chaotic as someone kept yelling..for whom don’t know.Detainers were hard at work..looked like they were doing a decent job.

Just bought 6 car washes for $50. Guess what? There is no rewash for the coupons. So 6 car washes for $50 or 6 car washes for $66 plus six free rewashes. Hmmmm, thats 12 for $66 or 6 for $50. What a rip off. Never again...bye bye

I really wanted to like this place. People seemed nice. I made an appointment to get my tires switched out for the winter with an alignment. I was called and told an alignment could not be done because strut mounts were needed. I asked to have those fixed and was told that it would be a pain in the butt to fix and they did not have time. I would not be as upset but they told me at the first inspection that strut mounts could be a possible problem in the first place.The absolute worst experience I have had with a car place.

As you can tell by the stars, this has to be a fairly decent car wash. There are quite a few car washes in my area, however, Im not too fond of the crowds. River Falls doesnt have the crowds nor do you hear all the obnoxiously loud music. I drive a SUV and because of the shield over the rear window, the crew tend not to spray underneath the shield to clean the rear window properly, thus is the only reason I cant gi ve them a perfect 5 stars.

Used to be a full service wash where they’d vacuum out your car at multiple price levels. Value isn’t there for a $11 wash now even with “free” vacuums. Place on Appleton and Q is cheaper for same. They did have an attendant do a pre-wash which probably aids in cleaning. That said, I’ve seen an attendant get killed at a car wash in Wauwatosa. He was dangerously close to wheels the whole time.

$6.00 is a good deal for a basic wash. Folks are pretty decent and the vacuums really suck.
