Super friendly employees with great customer skills. All employees were smiling this day and joking around around with the customers. Our vehicles were spotless when done with the wash. Tires had a glossy glow to them. I highly recommend Mister Car Wash!!!

I think my car looked better before it went in than when it came out. I went through with a the 18 dollar wash and I came out with soap all over my car still. Seemed like the wash lasted all but a minute and half if that. The wax only started when my car was halfway through too. My car didnt even get time to sit in the dryer at all,, it just pushed it through with water all over my windshield. Overall probably the worst car wash Ive gotten in years.

If they could get the back of my car clean, Id give them a 5 star rating! Now lets talk about the inside of the car. 😊👍🏽

$18 for platinum (best) wash is a bit much. Seems they speed the wash up during busy times reducing wash time.

Great value for the price. Love flying thru with the window sticker. Convenient location to get other things done while you’re in the area. Staff helps with anything you need.

We have the Ultimate Unlimited plan, great value for the money spent. Drive up and through quickly. This place has never damaged any of my vehicles. People are friendly and responsive to questions. Tge wash itself does a great job. 2012 Rav 4. Would recommend.

The car wash side is convenient and does an adequate job. The oil change side is one of the worst buisness experiences Ive ever seen. The rating above is for the car wash. The oil change would have been a -10.

Car wash was ok. Not the best, felt like Scrub A Scratch would have done a better job. Vacuums were terrible they barley worked. While I do enjoy Mister Car Wash, the one Menomonee Falls is simply terrible. The one on 43rd and Lincoln in Milwaukee is a lot better. Id pass on this one if you dont live in the area.

On this visit I was disappointed. The location in Menomonee Falls WI is still a Mister Car Was, but the oil change station is Valvoline. There was no free car was this time, which is something that has always caused me to return. With that gone I guess I will be free to shop around to insure I get the best price. They also do not to the emissions testing as the website advertised, so that is something else I ended up getting elsewhere.

It was easy. Someone was at the payment both section to help me purchase my wash. I was in and out. Not a long wait. And then I able to vacuum my car out for free. Nice spot!

This location needs to better control the line AFTER you pay. People who have the pass will bogart you even though you paid first. The employees are helping people pay but they need to help keep the line in order. That is only fair.

I have a monthly car wash pass on all my vehicles - they do a great job and top notch people.

Bought the top grade $18 car wash, car wash was busy on a Saturday afternoon. they were rocketing cars through the wash so fast your car barely got wet, let alone dried.when I got out to inspect it at the vacuum, I found the car to still be quite dirty in the back of my car completely untouched.I drove around and asked for a rewash, they were willing to give me one they even radioed to the guy inside the wash guiding cars to spray down the back of my car. when we got to that point he refused to do it. again we got sent through the car wash at light speed and the car still came out dirty.

I actually went to the oil change garage. Excellent service and a 10 dollar credit for the car wash.

Every time I go its something different like the whole back of my car barely gets touched or my mirrors get folded forward or backwards.

Dont recommend for some SUVs. For our Nissan and Honda it misses the rear at the top, which is very noticeable. Otherwise reasonably priced and the employees are always friendly.

I had a little tar on the right side of my car from the road and the wash did not take it off I had to spray glass cleaner on it wipe it off by hand not as good of a car wash is Riverwest in Menomonee Falls

Paid for the most expensive car wash and definitely didn’t get my money’s worth. Not sure how I was able to get the premium wash seeing as how my car moved through the wash as quickly as everyone else’s. Front and back of my car were still filthy, my front plate was bent almost completely in half after and there was tons of soap and water on the upper inside in my trunk.

I never get the rear of my SUV cleaned thoroughly.

Service is fast but the car wash itself could use some adjusting. The back end of both of my vehicles never gets clean. I am not sure if sensors would help but it feels that most times few of the brushes actually touch my vehicle. I will be checking out another local shop that also has a monthly plan to see if they are any better.

Used to be good, but lately the my vehicle has not been coming out clean especially on the back part of the vehicle.

Their system doesnt have you wait to go in. It lets everyone in as soon as they pay, so there is no guarantee that you are going to get the wash that you actually paid for if there is a line. The back and lower sides of my car always comes out dirty, the middle back of the car is never even wet. I will go to a locally owned car wash that actually makes sure the entire car is clean instead.

They are very polite!They were out of the air filter my car uses so one of their employees went to the auto parts store and got one for my car!!Above and Beyond!!

All of the employees at the Menomonee Falls location are always very friendly and helpful!I am always satisfied with the results of my carwash. Recently Mister has added a very strong cinnamon scent to some of the cleaning products applied while in the wash. Be prepared to smell the strong lingering cinnamon smell following your carwash. Just a friendly FYI not everyone enjoys the smell of eye watering cinnamon!

I was there this morning and the car wash didnt even clean my entire car, the vacuums just kind of blew everything around my car. I realise that its not that expensive but for $11 I figured at least the whole car should be washed. Also the extended the dryer part of the car wash and my car is less dry than when they just had the 3 blowers.

I used your services 5 times in one month. It was an experience that I truly loved and the unlimited pass was reassuring for me knowing I could go by anytime and keep my car maintained. I would recommend the unlimited pass to anyone who wants to maximize the outer care of their vehicle.

On arriving there were 4 to 5 cars ahead of me. I figured there would be a wait but it was ultimately 45 mins in line. About 30 mins into the wait something changed. Only one bay was being used and an employee came out and started directing cars into multiple bays. The employees apologized for the wait and worked hard as a team to get everyone in and out. They were calling out the next steps to each other and didnt miss any noticable opportunities. They made friendly conversation and by the time they finished I had a positive experience. Great job guys!

I get basic maintenance from this company. Lawrence is a manager and he and his staff are knowledgeable beyond basic car maintenance and I love the service. Kudos to Mister Car Wash.

Great car wash but my back window still doesnt get entirely cleaned.

I have used this location for oil changes in the past. I have always had good experiences and never had a problem. As with most oil changes they usually check the air cleaner. When putting the air cleaner back together they didnt put all of screws back in the air cleaner case which leaves a gap bypassing the filter completely. There is one screw that is really hard to reach...so instead of putting it back it they were just too lazy to do it and left it out completely. Now I will have to find a replacement screw since without this screw it allows dust to just bypass the filter and go straight to the engine. I wont be back here due to how lazy these guys are.

Just got a much needed oil change and the guys were AWESOME, very nice and so helpful!! They even let me go under my car to take a look because they were even trying to help me with something non related to the oil change. Great customer service and I will never go anywhere else... I’ve posted this like 3 places Now because they deserve recognition! Nowadays 85% (maybe even more) of people are stuck up a-holes and never want to go above and beyond for anyone without some sort of compensation or if it’s not benefiting them. Well this wasn’t the case today and like I said I will return! 🚗⚙️🔧

I recently visited this car wash which I have visited many times in the past. The lines were long today but like usual moved at a very good Pace. My car however came out of the wash just about as dirty as it had gone in. The whole entire back of the car I dont think was ever even wet or touched by one of their brushes. I would not return to this car wash based on my experience today.

90 degree left turn entering the wash. Almost impossible to get a full size truck into the building even though clearance height is 72 you basically need a Honda to get in here. Very poor design.

My family and I have been customers here for years. The staff are friendly and professional. Thet have no problem fixing whats wrong whenever there seems to be a problem. Would recommend. 👍

Tight turns not a good fit for trucks my Dodge Ram 1500 just fits and the turns are very tight.

Definitely a different experience than under previous ownership. They did fine and all, but EVERYONE was a complete newbie and was getting on the job training, so I didnt exactly gain confidence that everything was being done well. I will give them a chance and come back again for my next oil change. Also, I will change the star rating if they have a bit more confidence next time I come.UPDATE: I came back and everyone was very sharp, professional, and confident. They went above and beyond to serve, which was great!

What a sham, I payed for the whole year pass and every single time I go they are either broken or supposedly closed. Complete waste of my money. Better off going to anywhere else than here.

Brought my car in for a wash. After the first obstacle, I saw a long crack line on my windshield. Informed the assistant manager and filed a report. I was told by the manager that more than likely nothing would be done for me and that my car had prior cracks before that led to the bigger crack. Absolutely bs. There was nothing wrong with my windshield until I took my car in. I dont expect mister carwash to step up to the plate and take responsibility at all.

They never clean the front of my car by the grill or the back bumper area.

Let me start off by saying that this place used to be absolutely fantastic when it was scrub-a-dub, but it has gone way way down hill with the couple of rebranding attempts that followed. The prices have shot way up, the small things like the complimentary water has disappeared, and Id argue the friendliness of the workers has decreased. My most recent visit was run by a man who very called me sweetie in a condescending manner every time he addressed me, while he tried to pressure me to upgrade to more expensive oil that I didnt want. He also gave me an incredibly rude response when I kept declining. The other two workers I worked with were just fine, which is the only reason I leave two stars instead of one. The speed of service was still has quick as normal. However, my most recent visits here have only given me reasons to find a new place to get oil changes (like Midas right down the road), which is so disappointing considering how amazing my experiences once were.

The last 2 car washes have not been as expected. Not clean enough, left soapy residue & not dried

Great place for a car wash especially if your a member. Always clean and vacumes work. Gets busy during after a rain or snow storm, but usually runs pretty quickly.

I will discontinue the service. I have to clean the car after going through the was. Bugs remain and I the wheels are grimy. There’s a grey film on the back of the car. I suspect that dirty water is used.

I’ve never had any issues with this car wash and love the new updates. The kiosks are great to self pay even though an employee comes to your car and assists if needed. The employees are also friendly and polite. This is one of the best car washes in the area and I hope that the good customer service and experience continues!

Nice place for a car wash. I went to the car wash and was greeted by a worker who explained how it works and helped me pay. Prices are standard I think it was around $12 for the most expensive wash. I was satisfied with how it turned out. Would come back again.

Rude and no sense of what customer service is. Women specially the ones who dont know much about cars are very vulnerable..... u go in for a oil change and before u know they have added a few recommendations and before u could even approve them it is too late they have already started that job and u are out of luck.U want to call the office and speak to a manager and guess what no one picks up and the voice mail is full...u are out of luck... they are absolute scan.My wife went in for oil change and before u know it her bill was to be over $250.00. I asked her to just the oil change and get the hell out of there.

Great prices for oil changes on regular vehicles, however, once you start to higher performance oils - I feel the prices are a little more expensive than other shops. The person I dealt with also mentioned that I would receive a mail-in-rebate for $15. However, he forgot to mention it was for $15 off my next oil change for the exact amount. I feel like communication couldve been better.I still go to Sudz for my car washes and standard oil changes because I feel like they do great work in that department

Went to get a oil change, no problem then a break light was out . They didnt put the inside piece back right and it rained last night and now my back of my car is all wet. Looks like the clip was pushed back into the frame. Took me a half hour to get back to where it should, now I have to let it dry nowStill leaking, do I need to come back in or do I have to get it fixed at a dealership.

It is a nice place overall. Unfortunately, they often close early due maintenance or technical issues. So, if you dont get your car washed before 5 pm, you are often out of luck.

Went in for a simple oil change. They talked me into another $200 worth of service. Shortly after I left my breaks went out. Took my vehicle back they said they fixed the problem. Again the next day my breaks went out again. They did come to my work to fix it. Said they forgot to reattach a hose. Never apologized or offered me anything to resolve the issue. I almost almost crashed due to their mistake. I actually couldn’t stop at a red light. Very scary experience for me. Do not go here.

Dont use the oil change service. First and foremost there are very limited options. Secondly, they use a large plastic container to refill your oil and after they set it on my front bumper I got home to find an oil ring on the bumper. I did call and management first wanted me to drive the 8 miles back so they could clean it and when I told them I wasnt going to drive 8 miles for them to do what I could and would prefer to do myself he did offer a free oil change. Kudos to the manager for that offer however, 10 free oil changes would not have been enough to excuse using a vehicles bumper to rest you 6 quart oil container.

Ill start off by saying that I have 52,000 miles on my Jeep Patriot. It has been serviced by this location every time Ive needed an oil change except for the first one and another time when they were closed and I was leaving on a trip the following morning and went elsewhere. The technicians that were there prior to Mister purchasing the company knew me and my dog by name.Yesterday was my final visit to this location. My visit started off by the service tech printing out a new service sticker that showed 5k miles until my next oil change. When I asked him about the increase (usually every 3k miles) he said the manufacturer suggested a different oil that needed to be changed every 5k miles. I questioned that and asked why it had never been suggested in my 15 previous visits. He then went on to explain that the manufacturer actually suggested the oil be changed every 10k miles in my vehicle. This was about 30 seconds after his fellow technician showed me my oil came in full, but was clearly dirty. Things really didnt add up and I asked that we stick with the same oil I had been using for the life of my vehicle thus far.The tech made quick work of the change and then told me there were notes from my previous visit to ask about changing of the power steering fluid. He told me that the manufacturer uses transmission fluid from the factory in the power steering and it should be changed at about 50k miles. He indicated that the fluid was turning brown as well. Lastly he said I should really get the rear drive assembly fluid changed as well. While going through this I heard a similar conversation being had with the young woman next to me having her Hyundai Sante Fe serviced.I told my technician I would look into these things and make a decision at that time as I had no idea what the manufacturer suggested for these. That evening I looked at the owners manual for my vehicle and found that the oil should be changed every 3,500 miles. Also, there is no suggested change interval for power steering fluid and he indicated that my fluid came in full. Furthermore, the fluid naturally turns brown over time. Secondly the rear drive assembly fluid should be changed every 96k miles. Im at 50k.It is safe to say that the ownership change has really impacted this once family owned business. They are now focused on up-selling or just selling you something you dont need yet or at all.I usually know about 5 of the techs working at this location on any given visit. Yesterday I did not recognize a single one. I will take my money down the road as these places are a dime a dozen. I had a great experience here, but my last visit was a little questionable and yesterdays was unacceptable. Please educate yourself before saying yes and paying for something you dont need.

Does a great job. The unlimited membership is a great deal. The vacuum area is set up for convenient use for lots of cars and offers wide and narrow hoses.

You cant beat the unlimited wash package!
