I have used swift twice now and both times have been awesome. Needing a car towed is not a pleasant position to be in, but both times I have used them, they have been professional, friendly, helpful and responsive! Their number is programmed into my phone! Couldn’t be happier!

In the past year State Farm Roadside Service leaves ALOT to be desired! I can say unequivocally that this driver named Marcus got to me within 36 minutes and changed my tire in approx 3 minutes He was finished. Wow. Bravo Zulu to this employee for outstanding service in an expeditious manner! Professional. Kind & quick ! I do hope you give exemplary performance to employees who go above & beyond! This young man certainly earned employee recognition. I hope I can request your Company because of Marcus ( he did not give me his last name) but he will go far in any future endeavors

He was very professional and showed concern as to how I was being my truck broke down as I made it to work this morning. The fee wasn’t in my budget (haven’t had to use a tow service before now) but I had to get my baby home!! If it is deemed necessary I will be using your service again!!

This guy answered on the first ring. Saturday afternoon. I was way out in rural Mississippi in a town called Eudora with my keys locked in my work truck at a gas station pump. He kept his word and was there in 30 minutes and for $60 had me back in my truck in the blink of an eye. Other places I called quoted me as high as $125. I will recommend them to any and everyone I know. He earns the name Swift Response and every one of these 5 stars. Man, whatever your name is, thank you.

Ive had car issues two days in a row (with different vehicles). The providers were prompt, both guys were professional, and both guys did an excellent job with assisting with my issues.

First off am from the Bahamas where I believe in customer service am visiting in Memphis after being on the road all day headed home we caught a flat tire I called another company and waited for an hour for assistance texted and called to find out their eta and no response, the company was 11 mins away from where we had stop so I asked how much was the charge he said $100 so I asked for the plug or coming to where we where his response 20 for the plug am like 80 for the 11 min drive am sorry where we from that a cyc (I won’t say what it means) so I then looked again and found this company read the reviews and was quiet please to my surprise he was there within the 35 mins they said and he was swift and this company lives up to their name I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks again the service was swift and awesome!!!!

The technician broke my Lexus wheel lock and I was told I would have to work it out with the technician, he called me and said his boss told me that I would have to file it with my insurance company and whoever fixed my tire was responsible, that would be him.

Marcus arrived within 15 minutes and took less than a minute to unlock my car. Fast, courteous, and effective.
