Car repair shop couldnt remedy my car so I had to have my car off the lot by 6pm. I called Memphis Towing and spoke with Sylvester at 4:20 pm and my car was across town by 5:40pm. I would DEFINITELY recommend this business based on Sylvesters professional and courteous demeanor. Will without a doubt use again if the need arises.

We had a breakdown on the interstate & had to be towed due to the car having no spare. Sylvester the owner was super nice & quickly sent Rabbit the tow driver to help us. We were towed to the repair shop in no time!!!! Thanks again for the fast rescue Rabbit!!!

Had my car towed to my house and talked to Sylester who was very nice, he assured me I could ride with the driver. The driver arrived and seemed frustrated that I needed a ride. He was very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate as he blowed cigarette smoke the whole trip. I will definitely not use or recommend this service due to the driver.

I got a whopper of a flat tire on the way home from running errands today. I called Memphis Towing, and Dominique came out and got my car on the truck and to Gateway Tire within 30 minutes. He was so quick and kind--I was super cranky and he made the day as good as it could be after I got my flat. A+++ service!

After waiting for 3 hours for Triple A to show up I ended up calling Memphis towing and recovery let me just say they may not have a contract with Triple A but they give Triple A 5 star service instead of the hours that I waited on the expressway stranded they showed up in only 10 minutes very professional excellent job fair price this will be my towing company from now on

Driver was hostile and arrogant, had the never to ask about a muscular dystrophy disease I have to diagnose on his own. Fell in mud caused by the ongoing snowstorm. Dude refuses to give me just the simple mileage on the phone call we just had. Literally said youll want to bring some of your wannabe cool guys. Like homie Nathan would go balastic all if Alex let him loose and he heard that. Doesnt bother me but they made me raise my pants to see them. I recommend never using this agency again. Ive worked in electronic logging style over the road for 3-4 years and theyre all the way back in the flinstones not even 3 months after the mansate

I ran out of gas in Memphis and was terrified. They got there very quickly and put $10 in my tank. I have been carjacked before and if not for their quick service at 9pm at night I would have been in panic mode. Thank you so much for your help and kindness. Good customer service is extremely difficult to find these days. I’m so glad I called.

I set up an appointment to have my Grand Wagoneer picked up. Sylvester was very professional and very helpful and courteous. I was running a few minutes behind. Leontai was the driver and he was waiting for me to arrive. He had the vehicle loaded and off in aboutb10 minutes. My driveway is a single drive on a hill with a concrete wall to one side. He did an excellent job. Plus he very nice and courteous as well. These guys exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable too. I would have paid more for the service I received...

Just had the WORST experience with Good Sam! 2 hours ago we had a flat on the trailer our RV is towing. I called to ask them to send someone with a jack to help us. We had a spare tire but apparently when we bought our car the jack was missing and I never even thought to check that. Oops! Anyway after several phone calls about our tire size and location back and forth and waiting an hour and 45 minutes, no one had contacted us about an estimated arrival. We were on the side of a VERY busy highway with our 5 little kids and it was getting scary. I called MJ Towing, a local place in Memphis. Mikec showed up within 15 minutes, changed the tire and we are on our way! STILL no word from Good Sam!!!!!!

Not only will I not get my car back because they towed it no body told me it was towed and for the fact that the owner was very rude when I inquired about a deal that me and a couple employees talked about. Now he said he was going to call me back after talking to his employees but he hasn’t so now I lost my car because they were rude and never responded. Not just that originally was going to work with me to pay them back the owner wants me to pay the full amount when I don’t even make the full amount I’m a single month. Disrespectful not understanding and very rude. Thanks guys that’s all my money down the drain because of you guys
