I was sleeping in at my Hotel at 0900 hours when this Tow company arrived with a very loud diesel truck and remained on the property for almost an hour. More than one resident at the hotel complained. No professionalism. The noisy truck shows a lack of public concern. No truck needs to be that noisy in a public space.

This company will rob you!! Do not use them!! They charged us $5800.00 to get a truck out of the ditch and it only took 50 mins. $5898.00. DO NOT USE!!! They will hold you hostage until you pay!!

The police had them tow my daughters car to their lot, they left it unlocked, refused to give it to us unless we pay them$415. Never use their service!

Absolutely terrible. Please do not do business with this company. Theo, the cracked out owner, had sex in my car and left used, feces covered condoms and vaseline inside the glove box and middle console. I had to use an ozone generator for 2 days just to get the smell of man love out of my car. I wish I were making this up, it was horrid. I confronted him about it, his response was I dont care, its not my car. Do not take your car here unless you prefer to get it stolen or be turned into a jungle of love for what I can guess to be old homeless people.

DO NOT ....I REPEAT....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!They have no respect for you property or your time.My car had to be at a repair shop at 11:00 am. I called this company at 10am they picked my car up at 10:20am it is now 1:40 pm and my car has yet to arrive at the repair shop. The repair shop is literally 10 minutes from my home!. I continue to call the tow service to see where my car is and they keep telling me it’s on the way... Imo. My way up there with the police!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My car was hit while parked, I asked it to be towed to Top Gun and they repaired my car to my satisfaction. I believe theres been a change.

I had Ron (I think his name was) tow my car after an accident and he was very inexperienced and he messed my car up worse than it was. When I reached out to management and they Basically said I was lying on him. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Horrible. The owner (Theo) has a crackhead son who stole my car from Top Guns shop. Theo refused to compensate me. He said he let his insurance lapse. Fantastic place to take your car if you never want to see it again. This place literally got my car stolen, I wouldnt let them keep my bicycle overnight. Stay far away.

If you just like to make it rain on people you can take your car here, but you car will still look like complete crap. Theo, the owner, has a crackhead son who took my car out for a joy ride. What happend? Totalled my car, Theo, said that it was someone else, but i have voice recorder in my car. And he called Theo, dad. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE!!

Do not, and I mean DO NOT take your car to this place. The owner Theo is a crook and liar, he will let your car get stolen by his crack head son then try to shrug his shoulders about the whole situation. I would rather paint my car with spray cans than let this family of thieves and crooks touch any of my vehicles. Be warned.....stay away from Top Gun Custom Towing as they will go out of their way to rip you off.
