They told me an 45 mins to an hour and they were right on time. The driver was a good guy and they texted me soon as they dropped my truck off at the shop.

My insurance company had called two other tow companies who had me waiting for 2 hours. I called them back and they got in contact with Memphis Express and he was there in less than 20 minutes. Very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.
