These guys have been really good for my business. Weve been impressed by their professionalism and the care theyve taken with my customers vehicles. Weve never had any issues with their work, sometimes they get busy and it takes a little while to get a tow completed, but after working with many tow companies over the years thats very understandable. I definitely recommend GYS/Trius towing .

I used GYS for a wrecker service and I have to say that the driver was great. But they overcharged me and never fixed it. They originally quoted me $75 with a $5 credit card fee which shouldve been $80. The driver pulled up and saw my national guard license plate and called the office and asked if I could receive a discount and they said yes. They said $65 with a $5 credit card fee which shouldve been $70. When they billed me they charged my account for $85. I called and tried to get them to fix it and the lady on the phone acted like she had no clue what I was talking about as far as a discount. But either way it shouldve never been $85. She took my number and never got back with me and never refunded my account. I was pleased with the driver and response time but not their billing. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Mike was my tow truck driver. Great experience, handled my vehicle very well. Got serviced in a timely manner.

Gys Towing was dispatched by my insurance agent for a 24 hour roadside assistance and luckily for me their driver (Mike) had such expertise. He was competent and careful with my vehicle. I would most definitely call them directly for future towing needs.

Tow truck # 21 arrived within 30 min. after service request call was made. The driver, Theo, was friendly & knowledgeable about the specifics of my new car and quickly and professionally loaded the car on the flatbed. I would certainly call GYS again if needed based on my present experience.

Its unbelievable how terrible the wait time is. Call them at 8:15 am and its now 1:34 pm.I would not recommend this company to NO ONE.

I call them and had a driver tell me he was on the way and never showed. I called him back after several times with no answer for him to tell me he was reassigned and no one was coming.

Called for a tow at 4am. Theyre located 20 minutes away. ETA was 5:28am. At 5:47am they call & say theyll be here in 20 minutes. Highly upset.

Have a dispatcher named amber and shes rude as hell talks bad to you but shes never there

Never showed up. Said it would be an 1.5 hr eta then when I called back an hour later the lady said another 2 hr eta. I gave up on them and waited until the next day.
