The equipment she uses looks run down and old. She used so much of the liquid on my nails and so little powder that my nails were hard around the nail. She said it comes off easy but it still is hard on my skin. She took forever to start because she was talking then she stopped drilling my nails to talk on the phone. NopeZ cheap but never coming back

First time getting my nails done!! Keke did an Awesome job!! The last mail salon I went to messed my nails up but she fixed them!! I am so Thankful!!I will be back!! Go early because they stay packed... Excellent and Friendly Staff!!

They did a great job and for the amount of people that were in there, it didnt take long at all.

The person who did my nails didnt do a good job. I got gel nails and my left hand the nails was the way I like but when I looked at my right hand it was too thick. Wish I would have seen this before I left but I had to go to work. I was going out of town the next morning so I couldnt go back. There was gel on my skin which is so hard to get off and when I tried it hurts. Finding me another nail salon who can do a much better job.

Ive never had a bad experience. I get in get what I need and Im out. My suggestion .Go on Monday or Tuesday. They get pretty busy midway through the week

Ms Linda is a very nice and kind person. Service was wonderful 100/10 would recommend.

My first time going there on last Wednesday and my gel polished started chipping on this past Saturday I will not be returning plus they need to clean up the shop upkeep isnt up to part. If I could give a zero star I would. What a waste of $20.00 bucks.

I went in to get a fill in Saturday and Monday 3 of my nails came off. I dont recommend them @ all!!!! And when I went to work Tuesday another 1 popped off. The lady wanted to charge me full price to fix the problem and make me wait an hour for service. Dont go

I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody! Worst nail shop Ive ever been to! I went on a Friday night and the next day, my nail was broken! I went back to get it fixed and she charged me for the repair! Remind you I have shellac polish and no other nail shop Ive ever been to, my shellac nail has never broken! Also too, my nails were a hot pink. Within three days, they started to change a different color. So at this point Im pissed but I go back to get them painted again & she charged me! If its your fault, you fix it! Now here it is almost two weeks since Ive had them done and my shells is peeling off my acrylic nails! Ive never had this experience before, EVER! That was my first and last time going there.

The staff is nice but their quality in nails is horrible. Got my nails done Monday and by Wednesday they were already falling off. Waste of money.

They are never on time. Very rude to loyal customers. Came about 6:20 pm and didn’t want to do them because they were closing at 7 pm. I’ll never return and I was spending good money with them.

Love the way they do my nails. It gets busy but the nail technicians move quickly

All i can say is i do like this nail shop my nails are always applied correct, but they cant paint worth of nothing

I absolutely love this place!!! Ive been going here for 16 years and never had a nail or toenail fall off. Dont believe the hype. They are the nicest people. I dont let anyone else do my nails. When they were busy I attempted to let Davi Nails in Bartlett Walmart do my nails. They did horrible. I hurrried back to first ladys nail!!! Ill never go anywhere else

HORRIBLE! I sat an hour a half waiting to get a POLISH change. All they do is talk and take their very precious time. It is hardly anyone in here waiting to be seen and I have yet to get my service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Terrible! My nails look terrible and crooked and service was terrible as well. Lady started my nails and I’m the middle of doing my nails just stopped and went to another client and then had someone else finish my nail.. one of the worst shops I’ve ever been to

This place is a joke ... The lady was putting my nails on and got a piece of her hair stuck under the nail in the glue and when I asked her to pull it out she cut my nails off refused to do my nails and told me to leave ...like are yu serious ...smdh and if yu want anything special thats more work they refuse or say they cant do that two girls walked in when I was waiting and they told them no ..I highly recommend going right down the road...
