Always friendly technicians—they allow me to zone out during service. There’s times that are busier than others, but I’ve never had a long wait. My nails last a long time without chipping or peeling. They make them look really great. I’ve been to a lot of places, and this place is the best especially if your schedule is such that you do best with a walk-in. Best in Memphis.

First off, complimentary drinks and there was no pain!!! My girls and I went last minute around 5pm yesterday after our normal shop turned us away. I sat in the parking lot and found somewhere close. I called Diva Nails and they told me to come on. They had way more customers than my usual salon. However, they had adequate staff and we had ZERO wait time in being seated in the pedi chairs, which felt awesome by the way, nor for my full set. Im still feeling great after the massage chair, which has wonderful setting options, and Im someone who has back pains! They handled our pedicures and my full set and they look great!!! Thank you. Tina handled my full set and Im sorry I didnt catch the ladys name who did my pedi. But they were both awesome!!! We will be coming back soon!

I just got my nails did 2 days ago & they shouldn’t already be breaking ! However I called them yesterday 3 times1st call; I told him I had just got my nails did & one was already broke, he just responded OK !2nd call- line busy3rd call-just let it ringWORST BUSINESS EVER !! IM GOING BACK JUST SO THEY COULD FIX IT OR SIMPLY REFUND ME !!!!

I’ve been to Diva once a couple of years ago and they did a really good job! My usual place was already closed and I decided to go back. I can’t remember the name of the nail tech that I had but she did such an awesome job!

Overpriced and nails broke within a week. Technician was more interested in everything else going on around her than my nails.

My sister, mother & I went in their today. Very beautiful place, nice people, get u in & out ! Our nails do not match what weve paid ! I spent 112$ on myself & my mother & sister spent 144$ together. The nails are different lengths, my mother nail just chipped tonight & her polish is turning dark. We are verrryyyyyy disappointed in this place ! The quality doesnt match the prices. Overly priced ! Sorry Not Sorry !

My nail tech moved to Millington which is 45 minutes away from me. Decided to try Diva based on friend’s recommendation. Every pedicure I have had there has been great and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend.

My wife got a mani pedi, they were packed full. It was an uncomfortable experience and when asked by patrons why they weren’t spacing others out, staff refused to answer the question. There were multiple complaints by customers and staff failed to address them. The pandemic is not over....

The young lady doing my pedicure was on her phone or looking at her phone screen the entire time. The manager fella saw her and didnt bother to say anything. I did not see the other techs acting like this. When someone has sharp tools around your toes their attention should be on the toes not a phone screen. 9/14/2020

I had an extremely frustrating experience here multiple times. The first few I did not complain because sometimes it’s the product. This time I got dip with tips and they all cracked in 3 days and completely fell off. I came in on 7/6 with pictures and talked with Steven, the manager who said I could get them re-done and I asked for a refund which he said I’d be able to get when his owner came in that Wednesday and that he’d be sure to call me, he wrote a note down and rushed me out. I came in today 7/15 and asked again to be refunded because I spent $60+ on nails that should have lasted much longer than 3 days. They said there was nothing they could do but give store credit which I asked to please speak with the owner and they said they did all they could. In my opinion I feel completely ripped off. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place. There is a great atmosphere in this place.MY nail tech is truly awesome at what she does. I where natural nails, no overlay, or anything, and my polish stays on with little to no chipping. I hand make jewelry, wash dishes, use a computer and so on and my polish does NOT chip. She uses regular polish. No gel polish or dipping. The lady is just down right awesome and what she does. I love the fact that your scheduled appointment time is when you are getting in the chair for your services. She does NOT overbook herself.

Ive patronized many nail salons and particularly chose Diva for its immediate tech and less of a wait. However, I will not compromise the quality of a manicure or pedi. Unfortunately, Brian the owner or shall we say business runner, has created an environment where techs are telling him whether their available or not. You dont get to choose and pic based on appointments if your shop is a walk-in clientele. Many of the techs have become comfortable with a false client mentality. If every customer is not a priority, which lately seems many customers have stop going, Diva will become retail heavy and not profitable. You have installed click and bait system for your techs. But all clicks require What Customers. Its simple, nail salons are a commodity. If you arent servicing each customer that walk through those doors, its simple, you will not survive. So continue with techs saying that they have appointments and Brian has gone to take his kids to breakfast and see how quickly your doors will close.

Nice service. My gel polish started chipping in a week... Should have done regular polish.

The people here are very nice and they make sure that you are taken care of. They also give you free refreshments which is very convenient!

Horrible. Rude staff, dirty facilities, not following COVID-19 protocols, and the lady doing my pedicure cut my foot.

I’ve been going to Diva Nails for years. The last few times have been terrible service by the techs and the manager, Steven (I think that is his name). They sat me at a chair and I waited for 25 minutes while no one worried about checking in, letting me know they’ve got someone coming or anything. One woman t the pedicure chair had two girls helping her. Also, they helped 5 people that came in after me and when I went to talk to the manager, he did nothing to fix the terrible customer service he had given me. I used to love going to Diva but I will never waste my money there again.

Fabulous service! I always get a great pedicure every time I stop by this salon. The staff members are friendly and thorough. The complimentary wine is a plus, too.

I went in for an ingrown toenail and I was served right away. Very kind, very gentle my only complaint was the person who did my toe barely spoke English. I went in thinking it would hurt like it did in previous situations but I didn’t even know they had started when I left. Definitely would go back

I love getting my pedicure at Diva. I have one particular person thats does my pedicure and her name is Lisa. When she finishes my feet feel marvelous.

Very bad service, rude and unfriendly. Firstly all the polish’s are a giant mess. We came in no one told us where to sit, all the nail technicians sat there talking In a foreign language, and we felt like they were talking about us. The technician did my nails as if she was running a marathon causing me pain and filling my nails in a shape I wasn’t happy with, every time I asked her to do something I felt like she was doing a massive favor. She was so rude, made me feel so uncomfortable and they all sit there talking loudly when all you want to do is relax.Not to forget that the nail technicians who aren’t doing people’s nails sit in the clients pedicure chairs with their shoes resting on the pedicure chair. I will not be coming back or recommending diva nails to a friend. Very unimpressed!

This was my very 1st visit here and I am now a regular customer. Unlike where I normally went, the nail technician actually talked to ME. Very sanitary, clean and professional. Oh, the glass of wine made me feel like I was really having a special day getting my mani-pedi.

I have gone to Diva the last few time to get my nails done. I love their work, very consistent, professional, and friendly. I have never had any problems with them. I will always choose diva.

Fam went, had terrible service..rude staff. Went through the motion but didn’t do good jobs, could tell they are in it for the money. Sister was left in a chair with feet in wax bags, the girl went to another customer and forgot about her. Didn’t apologize about it. Others were complaining about jobs being half done. Very unprofessional, mentioned leaving a review, guy said good luck finding the “Yelp”!!

Ive been going to diva pretty consistently for a while now and usually have a good experience but the last two times i have gone its not been that way. the techs are always in such a rush that they dont pay any attention to what they are doing. one of the girls cut my cuticles back so far they bled and this time my tech filed my nail so much that she cut my skin with the nail file. their prices are way too high to be giving such low quality services. i will be going to a different place from now on.

Im literally here right now. I have been here now for 28 minutes and no one has even acknowledged me, except for to tell me what chair to go to. When I first came in, I asked a lady if I could get one of the gel polish rings to choose my color, she rolled her eyes at me, but she said that shed get me one. She has walked past me at least three times since then and has yet to bring me one of those rings. A younger lady told me which chair to go to and I sat there for at least 10 minutes without a nail tech. Two nail techs came to my station a couple of times to get items (nail clippers, top coat polish, etc), but didnt acknowledge me at all. The younger lady came back to tell me to go to another station where I waited for an additional 5 minutes or so for a nail tech. When the nail tech finally came, she asked me what color I wanted. I told her that I didnt know and had been waiting on a gel polish ring to choose a color. She informed me that they didnt have one for gel polish. I told her that I had been told differently. She wasnt rude, but she wasnt that good either. She had problems shaping my nails. I get my nails coffin-shaped and she didnt know how to do that and she called them weird. I wont go there again. Their customer service was terrible and their prices dont match the services that they able to provide. Amys Nails and Envy Nails in Southhaven are really good. Amys Nails is my usual spot, but theyre not open on Sundays, so I wasnt able to go there today. Coming here was a mistake that I will never make again.

Although the price is 10% more than two of the other nail shops I frequent, the speed of service made up for the difference in price. In 70 minutes, I was in and out with a shellac mani and regular pedi. This included picking out my polish. Eventhough my nails are growing out after 2 weeks, I have no chips or peels. During peak times, parking can be an issue, so plan ahead for this busy shopping area. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This is the second time Ive had this experience and I wont be going back now. i only went this last time because I had a gift card, and I got my nails filled in and reshaped. they were suppose to a coffin style, taupe color with ombré glitter. first of all, the shaping is awful. the tips are noticeably jagged and uneven. second, the glitter looks awful. it looks like she just brushed it on without even trying. third, my nails arent even smooth. theyre all bumpy and gross feeling. the only thing I like is the color.

HORRIBLE experience. I made an appointment for myself and my bridesmaids to get our nails done here for my wedding. The girl that did my nails was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me the whole time & was annoyed and let me know she was annoyed when I asked if I could move down a few chairs to get a pedicure next to my bridesmaids. I should have told her to stop doing my nails in the middle of it, but I didnt. I tried to let her know I was the bride - in a polite way - hoping she would be nice to me, but she continued to aggressively do my nails and mock me the entire time. She loudly talked bad about me once I had walked out of the room in front of my other bridesmaids and my mom. I will never go back to Diva.

Bad experience... I went after work, and I guess in the urge of them being full and wanting to leave work, they rushed me, and didnt even do a good job on my nails. Charged me for a manicure, but did not gave me one, all to leave asap... bad service, not worth it to go.

I have been loyal to Diva Nails for a long time, but after my last experience, I wont be back. The lady who did my nails spent more time talking to her co-worker than she did working with me. When I asked for something specific, she actually rolled her eyes. To top it off, my manicure only lasted the night and began to chip the next day. There are plenty of other places that want my business. Im sad that as they have grown that the service has gotten worse.

I went 2 diva nails 2day and this is the best place 2 get these types of services as they are very friendly, professional clean etc... no place compares to this 1 and i always recommend them 2 others. Keep up the great job !!!!!

I have been to a lot of other nail shops and this is by far the best! I get the gel nails and they always last at least 2 weeks. The staff of Diva Nails is the best is exceptional.

Every time I come here I receive poor service. They are very rude and rush through everything. The first time I came my nails were under the dryer and the lady literally told me if i messed my nails up no one was going to fixed them. They charge extremely too much for their terrible service and they are the WORST at doing acrylics. If youre going to get your natural nails done then you might be lucky. OH and lets not forget their was a baby roach crawling on the table that I was getting my nails done on. Never Again.

Im in town visiting for a wedding. I needed a nail repair. I went to Diva Nails. I signed in and inquired about the SNS dipping color for my broken nail. The nail tech at the desk gave no clear response. I spoke with a manager next, and he brushed me off, and he continued walking around the shop talking to other customers and nail techs. He failed to answer my question and ignored me further. I walked out and called another nail spa. The customer service was extremely poor. I refuse to spend my hard earned money anywhere where Im not valued as a customer. I will never visit this nail spa or recommend it to anyone.After walking out, I called PURELUX NAILS SPA. They are in the same shopping plaza. They had excellent customer service and quickly attempted to help me find a match for my SNS nail color! It was great! I got my nail fixed and tipped the nail tech accordingly.

Favorite nail spa in Memphis. They take their time and do it right! Extremely sanitary and lots of colors to choose from. I wont go anywhere else!

Service is ok. The owner has no respect for his employees and is doing a lot of favoritism/mistreating others. Remember this, to the owner, you need them more then they need you. Without them, you are nothing, nada, zip. Would not recommend anyone to work there.

Best to go during the week, the weekends are hectic and crowded, dont like the herding feel, appreciate the slow pace where the technicians can be more attentive to nail care.Update: had a pedicure by Bing Nguyen, he did a very good job which has led me to scheduling appointments to make sure hes the only person that services my pedis. So many want to give you a rushed pedi that you can basically do at home yourself and you think this was a waste of money, but Bing was good, the difference may have been i went on a wednesday. Its all about good service for me and those that give it has a committed customer.update: Sophia did my nails and has the worse know it all attitude. she acted as if I was the last person she wanted to deal with although it was my first time getting my nails done by her then she was uncooperative. she and those fake eyelashes need to work in stocking, she does not need to interact with customers, horrible persona, absolutely horrible.

I went in today to have my nails done and wasnt pleased one bit. The nail technician didnt follow instructions very well and was very rude. Needless to say,there wont be a return visit.

Second time there today, and this time was probably better than the last! The lady who took care of me was awesome! Didnt catch her name but she had a sleeve on her right arm, and she made my manicure/pedicure sooooo relaxing and totally worth it!!! I also love this place bc it seems so clean. And even though it seems like theyre always slammed with business, its still a great place to unwind and relax, even just with a simple, basic mani/pedi 😊

Diva nail spa and salon is significantly subaverage in comparison to the nail spas in the immediate surrounding area. The staff is rude and they are always rushed. My hand massage hurt, as the clinician jerked my wrist around, and my cuticles were trimmed to the point of bleeding.Ive been there about 6 times, hoping for a different experience,though I always leave disappointed. I no longer choose to go to Diva.
