Love the new management and excited to move into my renovated unit!

Absolutely dreadful company Multi - South, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, the manager is rude and inconsiderate, they maybe fixing it up but the pipes still leak, mold and elevators break down all the time, asbestos and lead paint in the building and there breaking every code going, no service elevator for tenants to move and it’s locked only for contractors to use when people need to move out. There are much better apartments in midtown compared to the price they are charging .don’t believe all the good reviews Kasey is the manager and has all her friends given this place fake reviews.

Met with the property manager KaseyLee to tour the property and she was so professional yet very friendly. Made you feel like family! Answered all my questions without hesitation. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

Our family lived here in 1968 for a year when the building was new. Quite luxurious at the time. We moved when our Germantown house was completed. At the time kids werent really welcomed there but we were pretty tame so it worked out ok. I remember the pool and the beauty salon in the lobby. Too bad its not as great as it once was, it is pretty old now.

I was interested in renting here because I wanted a balcony. I went by to check it out, but got no response from the phone box. I went to their website to schedule a tour and got an email to just stop by. I went back and used the phone box and got no answer. I ran some errands and came back I tried contacting them again using the phone box. Again, no answer. Someone that lived there entered and the door didnt close all the way. I entered and walked into the leasing office. Took the tour. The building was disgusting. Only one elevator was working. If I had decided to move in, I would have to carry my furniture up 8 flights of stairs.

I have never seen a manager care as much as the one that I have at Rosecrest. From the time I walked into Rosecrest Monica has always made me feel like home. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Great location and good apartments. Apt 507

Im from NJ originally so everything has been great. Clean Building, great facility and maintenance gets things done in timely manner. location is next to everything and the tenants are really friendly. (Some are wired though but are nice) Quiet area but still located where everything is nearby. Diverse area. I really have no complaints except the whole pet rent thing. Rooms are reasonably priced for midtown and good amount of space. Sometimes elevators be out of wack. And you have to pay for laundry. But Really personable staff.

This place has been in the news recently for power/heating outages and poor maintenance. Be very wary.Reply to owners reply: Im not surprised at the shady reply from the management. The power outages referenced were in YOUR building, not in the area and they recently happened during freezing weather. And its interesting that you do not even address the maintenance issues, such as broken elevators.

Thank God the nightmare is over. When my fiance and i first moved here it was great. We had a manger to be specific Monica who treated everyone like family. Even if 80% of the time the elevators were not working she was always so friendly and understood our compassion so myself and other residents always knew that it would be taken care of. Now that she is no longer there myself along with several others have moved or cant wait to move when the lease is up. We paid to get out of this dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE. slumlords and kim is a horrible manager and so is the other lady rude unprofessional. What a change it went from great to horrible. please save your money. Nate

My husband and I have lived at Rosecrest almost a year and there are a few problems with the elevators but they keep at least one running at all times. I miss Kim being the manager here because she was always nice to everyone even if they were being rude to her. Tattoos have nothing to do with a persons personality. People shouldnt judge anyone on physical appearance. Kim was always dressed nice and was professional doing her job. People need to take the age of the building in consideration before renting here. If you are obsessive compulsive then the minor flaws will drive you insane so move elsewhere. We love our place and find it reasonably priced for this area. God bless you all.

You don’t understand all the phone calls i tried to make— just to tour the apartment. i went to their office and their phone box left me straight to the same voice recording they have on their phone. even though i left a voice mail every time i called, i never heard a response.still considered staying because i was a desperate college student trying to have a place near midtown, but their service is the worst. they never respond to you. i had to contact lennox companies (the bigger corporation) in order to just call back, and they didn’t even do anything. they said they were looking at my application and that they’d call me back to update me, but it’s been a few days now. don’t ever go here if you don’t have to be :)

Horrible Experience The only thing good we had was the previous manager and they moved her somewhere else. The new manager is very rude and the lady who works in the office is also rude has tattoos and smokes in front of the door instead of helping her residents DO NOT LIVE HERE! Elevators have been on the 5th floor for a week only 1 working SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ive enjoyed my time at Rosecrest. Maintenance has addressed any issues in a timely fashion. The office staff is helpful and personable. The apartments are conveniently located and affordably priced.

If youre looking to lease - LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN ROSECREST.My stay lasted 11 nights (5/3/19-5/14/19). I was without hot water in the shower from move in until night 5.From nights 3-11 I endured a roach infestation in the unit above mine. 1.5 gallons of bug spray, one exterminator visit, and one bug bomb later, we still had cockroaches crawling out from the same corner of the ceiling. When performing the walk-through with the property manager hours after the bug bomb we witnessed 2 cockroaches crawling across the ceiling and one making its way up the wall.Thankfully I was able to find immediately availability elsewhere. Unfortunately I am out ~$1300 (First months rent, Uhaul, application fees) for my 11 nights at Rosecrest. Per managements email:Danielle Featherstone, Community Manager - Unfortunately, I am unable to reimburse any money back due to us letting you out of the lease agreement with no penalties. A transfer was offered due to the issue you were having but you declined and wanted to be out the lease due to you finding something else.Do not make the same mistake I did and lease at Rosecrest.

Ms kim is very professional. Helpful. She cater to the needs of her tenants. Whenever i have a problem and brought it to her attention it get done. She is a great manager and rosecrest is a great place to live

One year later - ReviewIm quiet and keep to myself so your experience may vary. Staff is always nice from my experience and any maintenance requests if I have to put any in is usually taken care of pretty quick. Neighbors all seem fairly friendly and quiet. In terms of Midtown apartments its not a terrible place to live considering where youre located.My biggest complaint comes from the elevators or lack of fully working elevators. We have 3 elevators however only the freight/service elevator ever works. Every time the two main elevators get fixed it will likely break down a week later and then wont get fixed for a couple months. I understand this is an old building but whatever is going on internally with the elevators I feel probably shouldnt be breaking down so soon after getting *fixed*. Personal advice, use that gym available on-site and dont skip leg-day.

This place is a dump, A/C always having problems, roaches, management is terrible, laundry room always has a sewage leak.

I recently had an issue and the manager at the Rosecrest went above and beyond to make sure that it was resolved. She communicated with me daily while it was being worked out and was super available. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The building is clean, maintenance quickly addresses issues, and they dont have bug problems. The main downside is trying to get packages. Its extremely difficult to catch someone in the office so that you can get your package.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Needs new management and alot of repairs. You will pay too much money money for such terrible living and service. Elevators dont work, nasty dirty building, i would give this place 0 stars if i could. Take your money elsewhere!

Dont live here. It is dirty and has a roach infestation. People will eat fast food and just throw their trash in the laundry room or parking lot. Security? A rock usually props open the door by the pool so anybody can get in. There are mattresses all outside rotting for weeks, homeless problems, and way too expensive to have outdated appliances. Again, DO Not rent from Northland. Worst. Ever.

They do not have central air or heat, and the windows are not made as to were you can place a window unit in it, so in the winter the hotel style unit only puts out heat visa versa in the summer, the unit will only produce cool.Management is not honest. They will raise your rent yearly but move someone in paying less. The dont provide you with straight answers.You have to pay for trash, on the weekend you must walk your own trash down to the dumpster.There is a lot of theft that goes on, my clothes have gotten stolen, my car broken into more then once, vandalism. When reported to management, nothing is done.They do not value there tenants.As you apartment shop, this is just a few things to take into consideration.

The whole application process was disorganized and unprofessional. You can’t ever get a hold of anyone. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. I cancelled my application because if it was like this before signing a lease, I could only imagine what it would be like after.

This place has mold. Trash etc and horrible customer service altitudes are everywhere the office smells like smoke. No one should move here

The rooms are filthy and no one is ever in the office maintenance is not doing anything and kim smokes and leaves cigarettes all over the ground has showing tattoos ..and is rude the walls leaks have mold,bedbugs and roach problem the air conditioning hardly work the
