Mrs. Linda & Mrs Lisa absolutely great property managers. Very sweet and kind I moved here a week ago. I love my apartment & my peace and the property very quiet and very clean. If u call about anything these ladies get the job done with the help of they maintenance crew they don’t play they come right out to take care of the business it don’t take them days they get on it that day. I love it best ever from where I came from I love those ladies they do a great job I gave a 5 star wish I could have gave a 10 they most definitely do a great job!

I absolutely love my apartment. Mrs. Lisa (property manager) and Ms. Linda are wonderful. Anything you may need, they are honestly just a phone call away. Everything gets handled right away. I couldn’t have made a better choice. If you are looking for a place to stay this is the place.

I was referred by a friend about these apartments. I did a drive through & they seem PEACEFUL & SAFE, but I couldnt get pass the fact that they look so old. They need some serious renovations ASAP!

Lisa Fields is the right person to go to!!! She stays on top of communication with you. She takes care of it all!!! You dont have to worry about anything when shes involved. She placed me in a 3 bedroom townhouse and what my heart desired.... I got it!!!! 😁

We moved into The Hedgerow Apartments in August 2020. Moving here were one of the best decisions ever ! Mrs. Lisa Fields and Ms.Linda accepted us with open arms and made us feel very welcomed and at home .If anything goes wrong (which hardly ever happens ) they’re on top of it and get the job done right away . I’m glad we chose The Hedgerow Apartments to be our new home !

Clean apartments, excellent maintenance team, always on time and get the job done The landlords are very kind and understanding to your needs, very professional and one of a kind. The apartments are clean the grounds are clean. And the Apartments are usually quiet kept. Great place to call home.

On 01/25/18 I went to apply for a 3 bedroom and The lady in the front office was so rude. I knew those apartments wasnt for me when I ask her something about the apartment this woman going to say can you read you asking me questions thats on the app. Oh no mam Ill take my money somewhere else. Love the apartment but bad service.

Dont get me wrong I love my apartment and the area but its management that makes it so difficult to live here. When I first moved in it was a nice lady that was in the office but she quit and every since then its been nothing but mess and poor management.

This is the worst place i have ever lived..... my air went out this morning and i went around to the office and i was informed that nothing could be done until Monday. I tried to explain to the young lady that i have a 5 year old autistic son and all she could say is that the maintenance guys are scheduled off and she can not call them in... so i guts my son and i are to be in this hot apartment until Monday if they can get someone to come then..... i will not recommend anyone to come and live here

I am in charge of the maintenance of two units at Hedgerow. They house individuals with intellectual disabilities. My review today concerns Faye, who works in the office, and may well be the manager of the property. On two occasions recently I have requested that repairs be made in order to stay compliant with our state inspector. I had hoped that these repairs would take place within a week. Imagine my pleasant surprise when they were done the next day.I heartily recommend this apartment complex.

Do not move in these apartments, I repeat do not move in these apartments. My air has not been working properly since June. I have called the office on numerous of time to fix my air. All the do is patch it up and a couple of days later is not working. The last maintenance man that worked there stated I needed a new unit. They came and replace the unit with a used unit and this unit is worser and loud. When I come home its 90 degrees in my apartment. My mom is elderly and she has High Blood Pressure and she cant be in that type of environment. They put a small window unit in but that doesnt cool the house. I call them everyday and all they say is Oh the maintenance man will be there tomorrow and come fix. Well tomorrow turns into a week. The next excuse I get were out of Freon. They cant keep a maintenance man cause they always quitting and have to call other apartments to borrow one of there maintenance men. They want there rent on time but dont want to come fix nothing. I pay to much for rent to be living in a hot apartment with my elderly mother. Im just going to break my lease and move out this is ridiculous. It other issues thats been going on besides the my air not working, for instance the water gets turned off without any notice street lights has been cut off since September of last year. Four street lights just got turned on a couple of weeks ago. I have been there 4yrs. The first 2 1/2 yrs was awesome when the property was ran by Raquel. Its been 3 sets of different people in that leasing office. People was stealing money and the property has went down. Its time for me to go. I wont recommend anybody to move in The Hedgerow

They have no Pest Control service the lights on the outside been off for about 7 months now Ive been having problems with my kitchen sink for over a week now no one come to fix it management is terrible unprofessional you have to do your own landscaping around your apartment no matter how you do odorize your partner it still smells old mildew. Its like the owners dont care

No one ever answers the phone, I was supposed to move in on the 1st the unit was not ready. When I finally reached someone I was told that I could get the keys at 11:30 today. We waited until 12:00 no one showed up, called no answer. I give up it was not meant for me to live there, just want my money back. Tired of the run around, wasting my time and gas even after I was promised it would be ready SMDH

My mother lives in her apartment for many years now she has to move. She has brown toilet water with visible feces chunks and tissue that comes up in her apartment. It is also in her front doorway and yard.

I am not a tenant of these apartments but visiting with my sister. Thought about moving here after I relocate, but this experience has made me change my mind. My sister moved in an apt without a AC unit, which the apt manager knew this because she brought it to her attention. Somewhere around November, I think. You would think that they would have taken the initiative to get this handled before now but they haven’t. The temperature has reached 90 plus degrees and we are without air. My great nephew is 1 year old. We’ve stripped him down to his pamper. Unfortunately for us, we can’t do this. We’ve called the office, went by the office, and called the after hours emergency line several times, but no prevail. They claim to keep dispatching this “ mystery” maintenance man that either of us has yet to see or hear from. I’ve asked to speak to a Regional Manager but the call center claims not to have contact information for one. Was told he could only contact Lakisha or Makayla. Not sure who they are but they’re obviously not taking care of business. The grass is overgrown and the apts are currently infested by ants. If you expect people to pay their rent on time, you could at least accommodate them. I know that placing a central unit probably couldn’t be done in a day, but a window unit would suffice for now. We’ve even suggested it, but no prevail. You’re supposed to be comfortable in a place that you call “home.” By the way, the one star rating is due to the location of the apts. Very good location, walking distance from Walgreens and other stores.Update: My sisters air is finally fixed. Thanks for making things a little more comfortable for her, my niece, and great nephew.

I was atenant for 9yrs up until new management took over last year .things went down hill fast. Management was always out of the office or if theyre there the blinds are shut and they dont answer the door the ladies come to work dressed unprofessionally. I have moved out into my own home and they are now giving me the run-around ever since Ive left I have been trying to acquire my deposit back $200 deposit plus $100 deposit for satellite Ive had three managers to tell me now that they have put in for my refund but everytime I come back 2 weeks or 3 weeks later to check on it they say old is not back or it did not come Miss Veronica told me that my deposit was sent to another address which was not mine every time I come back every two to three weeks theres another fill in manager theretelling me something different. its awful Im about to acquire some legal help on this is not fair to me, I was a good tenant and I deserve my deposit back! Ive been gone five months and still dealing with this situation!

Been living at these horrible apartments for 3 years. They switch mangers every 6months, they don’t fix stuff, and never answer the phone. I have had a hole in my guest bathroom wall for 2 years due to a plumbing issue, and I have been calling to get the hole repaired for about 2 years. Every time I make a request to get it repaired I’m told “oh we wasn’t here when that happen”. As far as I’m concerned they name on the building still reads Apartments at Hedgerow, so whether you been there a year or a day it’s still your concern. My lease will be up in a few months, and I will be making it known they I will not be responsible for any damages cause by maintenance that was not repaired.

Omg these reviews saved me!! I always read reviews first from actual tenants. Because anyine can put on a fake to just to get you in!! I work to hard for my money to deal with anything unprofessional! Saved by you all reviews i will keep looking!

I had 3 leakes within the year I lived there constantly got notices in my door and now I cant seem to find my deposit in the mail they supposedly sent off 4 weeks ago. The manager is always out the office. Called a few times on her phone and she was sleep in the early after noon.UPDATE: 10/4/2016I BEEN CALLING MANAGEMENT FOR MONTHS AND HAVE GOT THE RUN AROUND. I WAS TOLD BY LISA THAT THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER AND SHE WOULD CALL BACK, I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK. I EMAILED THE CORPORATE NUMEROUS OF TIMES NO RESPONSE. THE CHANGE THEIR MANAGER EVERY FEW MONTHS AND NOW I RECIEVED A BILL SAYING I OWE THE APTS.... STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS PLEASE!!!UpDate!! I have tried looking for the corporate office and its nowhere to be found!!! Ive been disputing these apartments/ Hunter and Warfield off my credit numerous of times! My rent was pro-rated by the manager moving in and moving out and I gave an adequate 30 day notice to these apartments not only did I do the right thing but my mom and I also cleaned this apartment from head to toe and they turned me over to a collection agency HUNTER AND WARFIELD. My rental history is in turmoil because of them. I have rented two other apartments and Ive never been turned over to a collection agency because Im a great tenant. These people and this collection agency preys on good tenants.

Bessie Frederick at hedgerow apartments is awful I have lived here a little over a year and ready to move as soon as my lease is up. Last month August mlgw mailed out letters saying our water was going to be disconnected and now this month September 14th mlgw turned off our water. It used to be real quiet and nice but now its not. The office is constantly changing nothing but young people running, it they want answer the phone the maintenance is bad, takes forever to get your stuff fixed. And I dont feel comfortable in my house nomore I hate it here now. Wondering if Hedgerow will pay the water bill next month. Im moving as soon as my lease is up, and I dont recommend people to move here.

Customer service is the worst. Once my lease was up I was told I would receive my security deposit in the mail. After not receiving it for months I called to check on it just for them to tell me I owed them last months rent, they even sent my info over to collections ! Luckily I kept all receipts and threatened to sue ! The finally took it out of collections and sent deposit ! A YEAR LATER !!!

Thank you because I am looking for a new bbn apartment but I will not even go look at these thanks to these reviews.

Called the emergency line about my toilet flooding. After telling maintenence to go ago and call a plumber. Instead I get theyll come in the morning. But yet its poop on the floor and stuck on the toilet. Bad business
