Friendly staff, construction and remoldling in process.the newly remodeled apartments would make any family a comfortable and happy home.

I called at 3:50 on Tuesday February 09, 2021. The person at the other end of the phone was uncouth and unprofessional. I asked about an apartment that I saw available on the website they just said we aint got nun available! Then hung up whoever that is needs another position cause they dont know how to answer the phone business wise! Id hate to see the kind of people working here cause 9f them.

WORSE PLACE TO MOVE I HAVENT EVEN BEEN OVER HERE A YEAR AND 2 ppl HAVE BEEN KILLED AND THEY SHOOT ALMOST EVERY-NIGHT. They have security but she doesn’t show up unless the police is there. The Landlord doesn’t care about the gang problems in the apartments because her son is apart of it. This is not a place for people with kids. They be shooting in windows and everything. Thy look neat on the outside but the inside of the apartments are molded and they have really bad water leaks. They stay fighting and having loud music you can’t even sleep in peace. The police stay over here for violence that happen in the apartments. I came home today 5/16/19 and somebody was dead in front of my steps. The place is horrible and need to be shut down.

I live here for nine yrs and at first it was rough!!! I like the old property manger that was there when I first moved here they were friendly and help with whatever your issue it has been alot of crime over here but it was addressed by the manger now we have new owner and I must say that they have improve these apt since they been here all the apts and townhouses are being renovated as well as the outside of them the staff here are nice and friendly also and they do get to the bottom of the issue if you have one its security on the property and alot of the bad seeds have been removed yes its crime everywhere and you cant just stop it but try to make it safe as possible for the residents

Office staff nice but the apartments are ratchet and ghetto. People hang out smoking weed somebody broke into my apartment 2 times the office staff didnt believe me... Come to find out my patio door was messed up... The gate doesnt matter because whoever broke in was watching me go to work and knew my schedule I was working 2 jobs made me feel violated worked hard for the things I have. Security cameras useless because they arent in the proper places didnt catch who broke into my apartment and I was in the building next to the office by the swimming pool. Dont move here....

The apartments dont really appeal it looked a bit raged but I sure that the inside was good it from point of veiw the rooms didnt look very spacious I dont much information on it as you may need but someone else might

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, NOW THEY MAY CLEAN UP THEIR COMPLEX..!!

The apartments have went down so bad. I pulled up and some women was outside asking for change. Not because they was poor but to buy marijuana. Sad. They had their children outside with them. Windows broke.

I like that it is a secure gated community. Must have a passcode to enter.

It wasnt a bad experience for me.
