I went to les Schwab today to get my quad tire patched. They told me it was going to be $20 which I was fine with. They told me to leave my tire there and they would call me when it was ready. About 20 minutes later I get a phone call and call from them telling me my tire was ready and that they had plugged it. I thought that was just another word for theyve got it patched and it was ready to go. They also told me that they werent charging me and it would be on the rack outside I did not need to come into the store just grab the tire and go. So I grabbed the tired and I had to go back to work and as I looked at the tire I noticed theres Chunk of rubber sticking out of where the hole was. It also looks like they made the whole bigger to put their rubber in the hole. The quad tire only has 55 miles on it so they basically brand new I just got a small hole in it writing last weekend. About the size of a small finishing nail. To me the tire looks like it has been ruined its nasty looking patch its not even a patch its something called a plug I never asked for a plug I asked for a patch. Myself nor any of my family members will ever use a Les Schwab again I think this was bad service and it was not even what I asked for and I was willing to pay for what I asked for.

Traveling through Medford Oregon we had a tire problem, called well ahead and asked if they could replace a tire quickly as we had to be had to be back on the Road. We were told in-and-out in 45 minutes. After waiting in the parking lot for over an hour we still had no tires. Told the manager we couldnt wait any longer and she couldnt have cared less. Thanks for wasting our time. Have had good luck with Less Schwab in the past but I would skip this location.

This was a very unexpected trip to Les Schwab ($1200)due to being on vacation and about 7 hours from the Les Schwab I always go to and trust. Had to get 4 new tires, rotors turned and an alignment for my wifes car. They did take care of me with the service and pricing but I did walk a way from there feeling like I was a hindrance and unappreciated as a customer. When my wife dropped her car off, she felt like she was inconveniencing them. A little more friendly customer service like your commercials show would be appreciated especially to women, would go a long way (women do not like going into shops). Ill continue to be a Les Schwab customer but wil try to do my business at my local shop.

I showed up 45 minutes before they closed, ( which I wouldn’t normally do) without an appointment, and they had no problem helping with my slow leaking tire. I was told that my rear brakes were fine but that wasnt the case. I took my car to a mechanic and my brakes needed to be fixed. My caliper was seized and my brake pad was worn down to metal.

I was from out of town and had nail in the sidewall. The store was very clean. The staff was very friendly and they got me going again in less than an hour.

I remember a time when you would pull into a Les Schwab and be greeted with a smile as someone came a runnin out to your rig, Ive done a lot of business with them throughout the years and it just seems to me that customer service is no longer a top priority any longer, I can understand if everyone is busy and the bays are all filled up, but when there are many openings and employees are standing around why would a customer have to wonder around and seek out someone to help, if they aint gonna come a runnin anymore why should I bother turning into their parking lot when there are other choices for my tire and suspension needs, sorry to have bothered them and dont think Ill be wasting any of their time in the future

On a road trip from Seattle to Alameda. Experienced shaking going over one of the southern Oregon passes before our stop for the night in Medford. Brought my car in yesterday morning and was greeted by the friendly front desk clerk, needs addressed and car up to be inspected in less than 5 minutes. Within 15 minutes the tech found me in the coffee waiting area and confirmed the initial thoughts of the front rotors needing a visit on the machine, that it would take 30 minutes and be $114.99. Gave the green light for the work and in exactly 30 minutes my name was called to check out and we were safely on our way. Great customer service!

Yet another trip to Les Schwab, yet another reason to sing their praises. Once you purchase tires from these guys youre in like Flynn. Low tire pressure? A flat because somehow you got a screw in your tire? No charge. Get there 3 minutes before they close, no problem, these guys even stayed after to get me taken care of. The Les Schwab at this location is awesome! The one in town stinks! They told me I needed 2 more tires for the back of the car and I needed to have them replaced asap. So I go to the one out of town a little and they said my tires were fine I still have plenty of tread. Saved me $!!

Had them fix a flat tire as a walk-in first time customer. Very professional operation. Finished in a very reasonable amount of time... and at an outstanding price. I am very satisfied. Comfortable waiting area with coffee, popcorn, and TV.

Nice and friendly people. There is free popcorn and coffee inside. You can also check out the vending machines while you wait. They always seem to have a newspaper you can read but there is also 2 TVs inside. They keep the bathroom clean.

Precise, efficient, honest, and friendly. As I waited for my service to be completed, I overheard another Les Schwab employee dealing with an older woman. He was wonderful. He helped guide her through the information they had on her service issues. He gently corrected any false assumptions she made and even recommended other garages who could help her out with services Les Schwab couldnt handle. Amazing customer service!They even waived the fee for the service I received. Well done,, youve created a loyal customer, for sure!

These guys are AMAZING. We called at 5:52pm and asked of it was too late to swing by and have a tire patched. They said no come on down. We got there right at 6pm(and they close at 6 mind you) had us drive in, they repaired the tire for our fried plus put the spare tire back under the truck and didnt charge us a penny. They went above and beyond. We are truly grateful.

Terrific and friendly service make this an excellent choice for having tires serviced or replaced. Tire selection is limited to a few brands, and prices are not the lowest you can find, but services after, such as repair, rotation, and seasonal changes are included and keep the value quotient good. Tire repair is also cheap and available even if you didn’t buy tires there.

I pulled in with a flat and they met me in the parking lot. Didnt even turn the truck off. Was about 15 minutes later and they were done. The tires were the stock ones and they didnt even charge me for the repair. Will be going back for sure.

Got towed in. They didnt come running as advertised. Was there a full 15 minutes while vehicle was off loaded from tow truck. Went in to showroom, from there experience was pleasant and relatively quick. Responsive to questions, pleasant to deal with. Ill likely be back when I need tire service.

Outstanding Customer Service! I had a punctured tire that needed fixed. I was a walk-in at Les Schwab, Medford, Oregon. I was finished 30 minutes later. No Charge! Ive heard horror stories about high pressure up-selling and being ripped off and over charging by Les Schwab. This was absolutely NOT the case. They fixed my tire for free and even reset my sensor in my car for free. They were fast, did good work and had me on my way in no time. I was very impressed and will be back when its time to replace my tires. This is my second punctured tire in a year. The other place charged me $25. Well done, to the service guys of Les Schwab Tire Center in Medford, Oregon. Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier and kinder.

We had air bags and replaced swaybars. Air bag hoses were not supported and came in contact with exhaust. Then swaybars were not installed properly and had to be replaced within a year. I would not recommend this business. If I had my tires done there I would feel as if I had to check every bolt. Good luck folks.

This place was awesome, Mychal ended up helping me. I pulled in with my fifth wheel had a slow leak on a tire, he discovered that the rim was cracked. Within 20 minutes they put a new rim on mounted my old Tire on it and balanced it and I was on the road, all for a total of $33

I drove in with a screw in the tire of my rental car while visiting from Arizona. They removed the screw and patched the tire, free of charge. Wonderful, friendly people!

Great bunch of people. I needed to get a tire looked at on my daughters car and I tried to get into the les Schwab on central ave and was told 1.5 hour wait, if they could do it today. Called the les Schwab on s. Pacific highway, across from harry and David, and was told that they would get me right in, not even knowing what their other store had told me. I went to the shop and was met with a smile. They looked up my prior purchase, the tires I needed looked at, then took the car right back. The tire technician removed the tire, found 2 issues and explained in great detail what was causing the leak. He fixed us up and had us back on the road in no time. When I asked how much I owed he said not a thing. Great place and I will recommend others to try them. Thank you for the great service

They went threw my personal possession in my vehicle and @ the other one on central my truck was broken into in there parking lot where they had me park it for the night. The quality has really been lost over the years in this company. Tires dont even last half the life they warranty for. After 15+ years of my business Im ready to Shop anywhere but les schwab
