Good old-fashioned service and shop. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Prices are fair. He knows how to run a business the way businesses used to be run and he understands the concept of customer service. Ill definitely be taking my vehicles back to him in the future.

Had my alignment done last week. I asked for the four wheel service. When I picked it up I was told the rear didnt need it and was charged for the fonts only.I appreciate the honesty and highly recommended Nelsons for your brake & alignment needs!

I too was referred by my regular mechanic with great confidence. Now I need brakes for a different vehicle and I would not go anywhere else. Reasonable pricing too. Owner was very friendly and shared his history growing up in the valley. A good experience all around.

They were booked up about 6 weeks so I called someone else. I wound up in the er and had to cancel that appointment also. Still havent had my front end alignment

I highly recommended going to Nelson’s! Rick was very friendly and was able to get my brakes changed in a timely manner. The price for a brake change was reasonable compared to other places. He was very responsive and made sure to call me with the price of the service and to call me when it was time to pick up my car. Overall, fantastic experience!

Poor customer service. Had an appointment when I called to confirm he told me I had missed the appointment the day before and was very rude when asked questions during conversation

Corrected my alignment after a suspension upgrade and some rough off-road trips. Also discovered a blown-out wheel bearing that needed replacement. Rick managed to get the parts and installed them same day. My truck drove like it was ten years younger and my tires are in great shape years later, including a trip across the US. Thanks Rick!

The only place I will take any of our cars for brake and alignment work. Rick is fast, fair and one of the nicest guys youll ever meet. I wish all service related businesses were such a pleasure to deal with. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

This shop helped with getting my Grandmothers car checked out. A dealership told her she needed to replace a CV axel, I made her an appointment after price shopping, Nelsons was tied for most affordable. Rick (Nelson) called 20 minutes after dropping the car off to let me know that no repair was needed, simply tightening a clamp could fix the problem. This guy is the genuine article. If it needs fixed he will fix it, if not he will tell you. FYI about 1 month out are his next available appointments. 10/10 would go back. Thanks Rick.

Excellent service and great price! Didnt try to sell me any services that werent necessary. Wasnt stuck waiting for a long time, and they started workin on my truck exactly when my appointment was scheduled for. Definitely earned my trust, and I will definitely be returning and recommending them.

Phoned Rick to schedule the alignment I thought I needed for my car. He asked me a few questions and then told me he thought it was an axle issue, not alignment. Turns out I had TWO bad axles and 2 ball bearings had to be replaced. Thank you Rick for taking time to listen to me -- you may have kept me from being seriously injured. Ill be back for future alignment problems!
