CAUSES NEW PROBLEMS WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!I was told by crater lake ford to bring my truck to them to get a shaking issue fixed. I had an appointment at 8:30 am. I was there at 8:30 and when i walk in no one had any idea what i was there for. So after waiting and waiting and dealing with a very rude tech there they finally figure it out and the rude tech that i was dealing with comes outside to my truck where i was waiting and starts to tell me i cant be upset with them because the owner Trish didnt tell them about it. No, i have ever right to be upset because i had this scheduled and am on time. Never the less they take the truck and work on it. They say they fixed the shaking but its not completely fixed (liars)The worst part of my experience is after they touched my truck i have a squeal that comes from my breaks whenever i press them that WAS NOT there before. I would not recommend them AT ALL!!!!!!

I bought a brand new set of tires and 49 days later the tread separated from the sidewalls on one tire while my son was driving on I-5. He ended up stranded on the side of the interstate. When I went back the owner told me the warranty wouldnt cover a new tire because the tires I bought can disintegrate in as little as 5 to 40 minutes if the tire pressure is as little as 5 to 10 pounds low (I dont know if that is true, but that is what he said) and you wont even notice when youre driving. I just checked the tire pressure the day before the tire fell apart and there was no issue. I dont know for sure what caused the problem but if a business wont stand behind the product they recommended and sold to me less than 2 months before I will go somewhere else. I paid for replacement tire but I wont go back and do not recommend anyone else use them.

The had some decent rubbers for a decent price. Overall I would trust my alloy with their rubber anyday. Talk to Adolfo hes got a great new nametag and he is respectful to all types of tire buyers even the ladies and the inbetweens. If youre just there for rims its best to avoid Adolfo.

Family owned. Best prices in town. Absolutely trustworthy. Highly skilled and caring. The kind of place people enjoy going to work there in the morning.Check out a-symetric tire tread patterns. Outer tread pattern holds the road on turns when vehicle sways. Especially safer in wet conditions. Never heard of it until I went there. Asymmetric has been around forever. Killer truck tires - same ones UPS & Fed-ex delivery trucks use. No need to chain up on fresh snow.

Always the place to go for regular normal cars and trucks BUT they are the best when it comes to custom trucks and custom cars. Hot rod imports lifted trucks etc... These guys do fantastic work and u wont be turned away if your car is lowered like Les Swb does. Never ever had an issue and they can get all sorts of after market products for your ride. I have had low cars my whole life and im pretty picky who touches my cars and these guys have won my trust for sure. Long story short....YOU WILL BE VERY VERY HAPPY

I recently got into a fender bender. I left the scene to head to a prior engagement that I had on the way there, my car felt off. In the accident I had hit a curb going 35 mph., twice. I stopped in at Advantage and was immediately met with smiling faces. I told them what had happened, the women at the front counter didnt give it a second thought, called a mechanic over to do a free safety inspection! They were very busy at the time, I couldnt believe that they took it back right away. They found out that a tie rod needs to be replaced. I appreciated the care that I was shown at Advantage, local business = caring business!

What a great experience at Advantage tire! We were traveling in our RV and had a tire go bad. I made the mistake of ordering the tire at another tire shop in town. When I got there they informed me they could not install it as they didn’t have the equipment. But yet they were happy to make me pay for it. I took the big tire with us to Advantage and Tina helped us out so well. They got us in quick and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Advantage Tire. Thanks for a job well done!

These guys are great! I went in because my truck was making a noise that no other shop could diagnose with certainty, yet these guys diagnosed and fixed the problem all in less than an hour. They are an honest shop! They will get my business for any future needs for my truck!

Love this place. I cant knock Les Schwabb exactly. But Ive known people who worked there and werent treated well. Never heard about that here. Looks like a good place to work so I dont feel bad spending money there. Theyre also local so they care about every customer and their prices are competitive. I cant think of any complaints that arent simply part of getting tires.

Truly exceptional service! My every interaction with their staff has been very positive - except the part where I have to pay them for all of their wonderful work. I could do without that part.I, unfortunately, got one lemon tire with a set of now discontinued tires. After a year and a half of tire shake (was living out of town) they replaced all four tires with brand new tires under warranty (for free) the moment I brought the problem to their attention! No fuss. No telling me that it was some other part of my car that caused the problem. They just fixed it.Not only are they one of the least expensive places in town, but they are also an honorable and honest crew who are devoted to Top Notch service! I knew there was a reason Ive used them for more than a decade! Heres to many more years!

5 out of 5 stars this is the best tire shop in the valley they beat every tire shop I called for 4 195/50r15s by not 100 but 200 dollars was my first time going threw them for tires. After I got the new tires on the next day one was low so I had them change the balancing weight to the ones that go on inside of rim was expecting to pay for them to do it but they did it for free was awesome was still having my tires leak air after they did that for me so I asked how much they would charge to have the new tires put on a different set of rims I have and they insisted that I pay no money to have them switched around I even offered to pay and they wouldnt let me so what else can I say fantastic company who cares about there customers my tires leaking were my fault and yet they still did all that work for me for free no complaints here and have been recommending them since I first went there thanks guys u rock

Dave and his crew are great. I was sad to hear that once again the government has passed a stupid law. If your tires are 8 years old they can nolonger be serviced. I dont put a lot of miles on my truck and it is under cover always. My tires are still better than 50% tread and show no sign of weathering but I am expected to throw them away because of age. Not right !

They said make an appointment, and I did. I came in, car was instantly checked in and worked on. Got the job done without a hitch. Lowered Acura(slammed integra), I am from GP and they are the ones that could do it, and do it well. Drives excellent now.A year later and had new components installed myself and needed another alignment, Ron did it awesome again. Excellent service, very friendly and nice staff up front, great guys working in the back. Well rounded group over there. Also was checking out their lift installs, very nice and clean. I saw someones new Tacoma with RC coilovers all around, new bumpers, it looked sick. Just had to get that out there.

I have never once had a bad experience with the people at advantage tire. Nichole is amazing and not only helped me quote what a lift and tires would cost but spent the time focusing on my need rather than just trying to make a quick buck. The people of Advantage tire from the sales staff to the install guys are all highly professional and absolutely, positively, unequivocally are the best of the best. I searched everywhere for decent tires for my SUV and omg the prices were insane. But advantage took great care of me and gave me a great price. Take all my tire issues to them now cause i know i can trust them. Also they have a great little play corner for children which made life so much easier waiting with a toddler

Great service done quickly. They noticed a missing center cap on one of my wheels that has been driving me nuts and happened to have a spare laying around that they offered me for free. Other shops said they would charge me 60$ for the same piece. Customer for life.

I have been conning here for years. Recently I had to buy tires for my car. They helped me find the right set, not just what they would make the most money on.Maybe 1500 miles later one of them went flat. I showed up without an appointment expecting a long wait and to buy a new tire due to damage or at the least, pay for a flat repair.Nope, they found that I had run over a bolt and fixed it on the spot at no charge. NO CHARGE!Hard to beat that kind of service.Highly recommended.

Jason and guys there are all very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. I feel they are reasonably priced. Good quick service will do all they can to make sure your rig is back to you that day.

I am very disappointed with the service from beginning to end. I was lied to about a tire being here. Took 3 times as long as promised. Received an estimate for a repair but when I took the truck in I was then informed that what they said was the problem was in fact not the problem but that it was something completly different. What? The guy seemed quite pleased that it was going to be a cheaper fix. Nothing said about that they were wrong when they told me what was wrong. I have zero confidence in them . The store is too small, people sitting right on top of you as you wait. And every single time I called and I mean every single time I called I am put on hold. AND when they brought our truck out of the bay their employee parked it in a handicap spot for which I was then yelled at for doing when I didnt even know they were done. I had to yell over the girl behind the counter that I was not the one who parked it there, that in fact one of her employees did..I was furious by the time I left. I will not use them in the future.
