We hired Pixel to create our site on Big Commerce. We have had MAJOR problems with our website since. Our sales have dropped 50% since launching the Pixel Productions Inc designed BC site. After being paid in full, they will not respond to phone calls or emails.Though we love the way the site looks, the functionality is poor to say the least.We have contacted 3 other website experts to fix the problems and NONE of them could believe how BAD the programming is on the site........

Pixel was hired to create a pretty basic logo and the quality produced was nothing like what was displayed on their website. They tried again and the second time was worse than the first. To make matters worse, their attitudes were very unprofessional when they had an unhappy customer. Save your money and pass on Pixel.
