Terrible manicure and pedicure - I hate the fake cuticle removal on hands and feet. They dont listen to what you want. Nail polish was not the color I wanted and the person said oh thats a nice color!!!! Then when you select a color - youre hit with oh thats $1 more for that color!! What? The polish bubbled and tuned yellow - it was a white polish. - and I was so upset because I was going to a wedding!!! She didnt give time for my nails to dry before shuffling into a room to have eyebrows done with wet nails??? Tricky to lye down and get up with wet nails. Very unprofessional and inexperienced for the amount of money they charge.And...why dont they speak English

They took me close to closing, the place was spotless and they cleaned all tools n abide by covid standards. Eveyone was so mice n friendly

Staff was alright on the customer service. The salon itself is beautiful. Not the most up to date. My pedicure was amazing, but the paint job and filing could have been more consistent. Definitely not someplace to go if you want hand designs or anything along the lines of Instagram or Pinterest. All of my gel color on my nails has peeled off, its been 2 days.

TERRIBLE. I PAID EXTRA FOR A MANICURE THAT IS GUARANTEED TO LAST 7 FULL DAYS. TODAY IS DAY 2 AND ALL OF MY NAILS ARE CHIPPED WORSE THAN IF I HAD A NORMAL MANICURE. THE WOMAN WHO DID MY NAILS WAS RUDE, SHE DID NOT PAINT EACH NAIL EVENLY, SHE DID NOT MASSAGE MY HANDS, SHE DID NOT DO THE USUAL QUICK BACK MASSAGE WHEN YOU ARE DRYING YOUR NAILS AND SHE RUSHED ME OUT OF THE PLACE EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I DID NOT THINK MY NAILS WERE DRY. SURE ENOUGH, AS SOON AS I WALKED OUT THE DOOR I SMUDGED A NAIL AND HAD TO GO BACK FOR A QUICK TOUCH UP, WHICH SEEMED TO REALLY PISS HER OFF. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME. IF I COULD ZERO STARS AND STILL POST, THAT IS WHAT THEY DESERVE

I was not impressed with the service . Since they are local I thought I would give them a tryThey could care less what kind of job they did just get you in and out. There are so many nailsalons in Massapequa don’t try this one you will regret it too
