Two months ago i came to Riddle Jewelry to get batteries for three watches with Kyle Mc Gee giving me a tour of the facility showing the diamond, jewelry and watches. He was very kind, polite, understanding and considerate of what i was looking as he was very knowledge explaining and showing me the entire Riddles jewelry store then to got the batteries available for two of my watches and replaced them for me stating that they would order the watch which would arrive in one to two weeks and he would call me and let me know.. On August 20th, I shopped throughout the Wichita Towne East jewelry stores for a necklace/ earring set for my daughter for her wedding. Riddles was in my top two picks. The customer service and patience Kyle, Jessica, Bihn and Adam gave me was over the top which lead me to choose Riddles to purchase from! They were by far the kindest individuals I encountered all day. They tried their hardest, even researching custom work, to help me find the perfect set. My husband and I have purchased items many times from Riddles and every time has been a pleasant experience.

A fancy family owned jewelry store more than willing to help anyone out and very friendly

I normally use another jeweler but they do not work on certain stones. Long story short i bought an engagement ring from somewhere else and i was p*** that the quality of the workmanship was so bad yet I paid so much. So i purchased a new mounting at my jeweler and they recommended Jess, at Riddles, to mount the stone from the old ring to the new setting. So we took both rings and an extra stone for the old ring to mount in it as well. They put the original stone into the new mounting and then put the stone we brought into the original mounting. They called and told us they had to redo the setting in the original ring. When we got both rings back they looked amazing! the original mounting even looked better than before. The work is amazing and they treated us beyond fair for pricing. I dont regret a dime spent now even on the original ring. Thank you Ben and Jess! You guys have are business for life and we will recommend your store to everyone we know!!

I brought a Citizens watch in that I was previously told the band could not be repaired by another jewelry retailer. In fact, the other retailer told me the band would need replaced and would cost $250. Riddle’s Jewerly was able to repair the band and my watch was returned to me fully functional in less than 30 minutes and at significantly less than the cost of a new band. I fully recommend their customer service, repair and sales.

This place is great! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for jewelry for their loved ones, or that special someone! I searched 4 different stores before coming here and when I got there, everyone was nice and very interested in what I was looking for. They took very good care of me and were patient when I needed to take care of financing. I was looking for SI1 diamonds with a D-F clarity and they found the perfect diamond for me. Every other store I went to, the price of a diamond with more blemishes cost 2 to 3 thousand more. I really enjoy and recommend this jewelry store.

Dude, Adam is awesome! We ended up coming in twice. Once to shop and once to buy. A period of time went by between those dates but after a brief refresher Adam was able to recall parts of our conversation nearly a month later. Impressive! Bought my wifes engagement ring in North Dakota. Ring is beautiful and the service was great. Life time warranty included with the entire ring, just need to bring it in every 6 months.However, I moved back to Texas, and the closest Riddles is in Kansas. I have been hesitant to mail the ring because of it value but when I called the store they were more than helpful to both me and my wife. Just received a text from them that they are sending the ring back with the tracking number is included. Again superb customer service months after my purchase!!I highly recommend.Also they switched our warranty inspections to 12 months because of the distance. Thank you again.
