I dont remember the girls name that worked on my hair but she was awesome and she did a very well job I would definitely come back to her again

I went here to get my daughter a quick easy haircut but the lady said no she cant do it. I got there at 4:25 pm. They close at 5 pm. A haircut for a 5 year old isnt going to take 35 minutes. She was already mopping the floor to close up. You get paid til 5 so you should work til 5!

Terrible! Just Terrible! I have to give one star, which is too bad.I went in for a highlight and after 8 hours and 4 attempts my hair is orange, copper. The stylist tried to lift my hair color with color and that just does not work. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of having my hair highlighted. Im new to the area and didnt know about how bad this salon is until I sat there for 8 hours and 2 days and heard from so many how unhappy customers are, and I get it first hand.I want my hair fixed or my money back so I can get it fixed else where. Do not book with Meredith, she is in no way a trained hairstylist.As you can read the reply below for me to contact customer service. I did contact them and I havent heard back from anyone. I feel Im being ignored and what had happened to my hair is really what is not important to this salon chain.

Terrible customer service I called and asked if they could do fades because my experience in this town for that past 5 years with people cutting hair isn’t good at all. She got insulted because I asked if they could show me pictures of their previous haircuts and started getting snippy with me. She basically just told me to risk it and get a haircut for myself and go off that or go to Green Bay and find a barber. That’s an actual professional cause that’s what I heard when she said that. They should be professionals who can cut hair not children that just got out of school who rush and don’t care to be sloppy this goes for all the places around these town. If they are so sure about their skills they would show me some pictures, they wouldn’t of got insulted, and they wouldn’t tell me to go to Green Bay. It’s quite sad people can only get ok haircuts in this town and not actually good ones.

Think i found my new favorite salon. Been here a few times and was happy every time.

We had a hair Appointment for my Daughter for 430. We were 20 minutes Early and they closed the gate with a notice saying Sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed!The worst part is they did not call to reschedule.Very unpleasant and Unprofessional. And a complete waste of time!!

Had to wait 30 min and there was no one signed up before me.

I have been going here for about a year and a half, and the last few months has not been favorable. The last 2 times I was told the stylist the day before she would be there. When I would go there, the next day, she wasnt there. There was an occasion that the only stylist there didnt respond to a customer who walked who was asking questions about products.
