I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Acqua Restoration. Our basement experienced flooding issues and we called three separate companies to help. Acqua Restoration was the first one to respond and the first one to show up. They were extremely professional and walked me through every step of the cleanup and mitigation process. From the initial cleanup to the removal of their equipment, the team was nothing but professional, showed up when they said they would, answered any questions we had, and made you truly feel that you were a member of their family. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need and will use them in the future if I require their services again. These guys are awesome.

One of the rooms in our house had problem with molds and Im not really sure on how to get them removed. Jerick, a friend of mine recommended this company and they did a fantastic job in resolving my problem.

They came out for the 49.99 special, tech told me he wouldnt be able to get the marks up with that special, upgraded to bigger plan. He later left a water spot on my hallway, and never cleaned under the bed. He guaranteed his work and I had a warranty, for any reason, spots come back up, he would come back at NO Charge, left 4 messages, emailed the listing on their website, still nothing. This is ridiculous.I will keep you posted if they even return my call & show up.
