What a great experience this was! This company truly lives up to its name - Integrity! And everyone we worked with was filled with a passion to serve, from Kayla, the delightful receptionist, to Jennifer Fletcher, who is a one-woman show filled with energy, to Shannon and Randy, who came in and got us set up for remediation in a matter of a day, and were very helpful in getting things moved around. I also have to give Jennifer a special shout-out, in that she caught areas of water and mold that went into our living room, that the other vendor did not catch. This was huge as when we finally got the carpet removed, their was a significant amount of mold already forming and we would have had no idea that this was the case. I also loved that Kevin (one of the managers?) came out first to make sure that all walls were dry and the mold was gone before he sent Courtney over to clean, move items and take out the equipment. Special thanks also to Courtney - who helped move our washing machine and dryer back to our laundry room, so I could at least do laundry!Just a very special team of people, all well coordinated together and all going above and beyond to get us ready for reconstruction. This review has been a long time coming...Thanksgiving weekend, I discovered a water leak in my vaulted living room ceiling. I am a customer of USAA and immediately called them to get a water mitigation crew out to assist. Integrity is a preferred USAA vendor for such and USAA gave me their contact info, which I immediately used. I spoke with Jason - who was an absolute delight.The crew - Jay, Shane, Ed and James - came out and began the 10 day process of assessment, demolition, mitigation, mold removal and dry out. They could not have been more detailed and professional. I had a big mess and they worked hard and fast to get it all under control for me.I loved their work ethic and care for me personally so much that I asked if I could hire the restoration crew to do my massive rebuild which included kitchen and living room flooring, cabinets, removal of a wall, re-routing plumbing, some electrical, painting, ceiling texture removal and new drywall throughout, etc.Steve Studdard was my project manager. I also worked closely with Kevin and Phillip as we assessed and discussed restoration plans. It was decided that since I was in this situation - might as well make the most of it and do all the things I wanted to do to really make my home amazing and me. We went big!Roy was the lead/supervisor of my construction crew who managed fundamentally a team of 3 - but it grew and changed based on the particular rebuild plan of the day.A few things about what makes a work crew important: Timely. Professional. Knowledgeable. Detailed. Great listeners. Patient. Honest. Forthright. Realistic. Friendly Caring. Compassionate. On every single one of these points, each individual gets a 10/10. They went above and beyond in EVERY aspect of my project. They were creative and suggestive. Had great ideas! Ingenuity! Every bit of advice, I took. And in the end, it all paid off in ways I never could have imagined.During this almost 4 month reconstruction job - leak to last day - I was going thru some pretty gnarly stuff on the back side which ultimately resulted in my Mom passing away just 2 weeks ago. They were the kindest and most thoughtful contractors of all time. When I hid in my bedroom, sorting personal matters, they were quiet and respectful of me and my space. Half the time I didnt even know they were there.I have tried very hard to find a problem with their work. It doesnt exist. I worked very closely with all the guys to make sure we were all on the same page as I know part of their success was my responsibility - to be a good customer, be clear in my communication, accept this is their profession and they really do know whats best. I maintained reasonable exceptions. I kept faith in their abilities and ensured I expressed my gratitude every step of the way.My kitchen and living room are beyond words amazing. The work is impeccable. The details flawless. I am so happy and was so impressed that I have hired them to come back and continue the work and remodel my bathroom. Then well move onto other things. I cant wait to see them all again!If you are looking for a top-notch crew that will do excellent work and take excellent care of you - this is the group. From the boss to the guy sweeping the floor, they took exceptional care of me and my property. They treated me like family - they treated my home like it was their home, too.Two important things happened during all of this on a personal note that are worth mentioning. During all of this - I had medically necessary but elective, scheduled surgery on December 18th. Shane on the mitigation side remembered that detail and right before I was shelled back, I got a text message and well wishes... from Shane. Who does that?! Integrity does, thats who. And also Mom being sick and ultimately in hospice and passing towards then end of the project. They all loved and supported me thru it all. Again, who does that?! INTEGRITY.A billion stars out of 10. THE BEST EVER.

I highly recommend this company. They were recommended through USAA and they went above and beyond with the water mitigation work that they did. I have asked USAA to allow them to also do the restoration work.

We recently had a pipe crack that caused 2 floors of our house to flood. I called Integrity after a referral and they were out working that same morning. Crystal and Lisa did a great job with all our remediation. They were thorough in checking all areas for moisture. They described each step they were taking and making sure we understood the process. As someone who works in commercial construction, I was very impressed with how they took care of my home.

This was the 3rd company I interviewed and encounterd for water and mold damage to my home. After the first contact via phone THEY WERE HIRED!!! They arrived early for their scheduled service masked up and ready to GO! Assisted me with removing/relocating the items in my home in preparation for the demolition. Everything was covered, secured and sealed (beyond proper) for the work being performed -- with consistent cleanup and coverings. I am MORE than satisfied with the services rendered from this company and highly recommend without a doubt!

Integrity was there when my septic tank flooded in my home. They responded immediately and quickly cleaned up the spill and removed all of the affected area. I want to send a special thank you to Crystal, Lisa, Ed, Shannon and Randy for the effort, professionalism they displayed. I recently notice some more damages and and called to get someone to come out and give me a supplement estimate, Kevin the Quality Control Manager and Robert responded to my house the same day and did a thorough walk through even looking at the least obvious place where there could have been exposure from the sewage. I was really impressed with the overall professionalism and outright custom courtesy of this company. I would not call anyone else…THIS COMPANY IS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

Integrity was there for us when our condo was flooding! They came late in the night on a holiday weekend and addressed the issue quickly and professionally. Kevin, the quality control manager, was kind, informative, and wonderful to work with. It was nice to have someone in our home that cared. Wonderful service all around.

Integrity Restoration is a fantastic group. and has the best crew I have ever worked with and I have worked with many over the years. They are professional, courteous, thorough and always leave things in excellent condition. Having water damage is very stressful, and this crew actually made it go so smoothly. On 11/5 /2020 Integrity Restoration started a mold project from a leaky faucet under the kitchen sink. From 11/5 to to 11/12 they took the cabinets out, counter tops out, removed part of the flooring, kept blowers running non stop, and they contained the area with plastic. On 11/11 a person came to survey what needed to happen to put back the kitchen and send in quotes to the insurance company. On 11/16 I called to speak with Jonathon on when the project would be finished and he stated that he would have to come out and survey the work that needs to be completed. I told him someone was out on 11/11 that already did that. Jonathon told me he would be out on 11/17 to survey the project. Jonathon then called back on 11/16 to say yes indeed he was the one that came out and surveyed it last week. We were just now waiting on the insurance company. On 11/20 we heard the project had been approved and we are just waiting for a time to get it scheduled. As of this morning no communication has taken place. We have had to change our Thanksgiving plans as we have no center island, no dishwasher, no kitchen sink and half the kitchen is missing flooring along with the last 25 days we have been doing dishes in the bathroom sink. I will keep everyone posted with more details as i learn more. I have included the picture of the kitchen that has been untouched for 20 days. Any excuse given will be unacceptable at this point.

The team at Integrity did a fantastic job, in the midst of an otherwise mess, during the restoration of our home. As a result of water damage in five rooms, half of our home was rendered unusable.Integrity jumped in there in two separate waves, first the mitigation team,or the lets take this place apart team, and swept through to get rid of the mold and dry everything out. Then then came the second wave of lets put this place back together team and took care of two bathrooms the nursery, the hallway, and the living room... all of which look absolutely fantastic! From the tile work, to the fresh paint, brand new carpet, and tub... just wow.Everyone was polite, on-time, and thorough. When an error occurred it was addressed immediately and a solution was put together quickly so that schedule was not changed.I would recommend the company to any and would use them again myself if ever need be.

Oct2020 - Following the remediation teams work, the remodeling team (led by Steven and Roy) handled the reconstruction. They did an excellent job. The two teams coordinated well together - first remediation/demolition and then reconstruction - which kept things seamless for us. We are pleased with everything that Integrity did, and we are extremely grateful.Sep2020 - Jason Murphy and his team have been wonderful. Knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and hard-working. We liked all of them - Jason (excellent project manager!), Jay, Randy, Shane, Ed, Lisa, Crystal, and one or two others.

We were extremely pleased with the service that Kevin, Jason and Shannon provided. They promptly came out, were clear with the timeline (given it followed a significant rain event and there was significant demand for their services at the time) and performed the work in an efficient manner. Even better, they stuck with us when it took almost twice as long for things to dry out as expected, thanks to some issues that we had on the outside of the house. Every interaction was courteous and they were willing to work with my full schedule.

I had such a positive experience with Integrity Restoration, specifically with Kevin Keeler, the Quality Control Manager/Electrician. Kevin was professional, courteous, flexible, on-time, and did an awesome job explaining what he was doing and why. He explained everything very well and was friendly and helpful. I didnt have to lift a finger to work with Integrity - my insurance set up the services and Integrity called me to schedule each visit to my home. They completely got rid of the water damage/mold in my flooded basement to the point where theres not a single trace of it anywhere. Im very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others needing water damage/mold mitigation work done.

No one WANTS severe water damage in their phone, but if you have to deal with it, Integrity is the way to go. What started as a likely 1-2 week water damage remediation uncovered a lot more unexpected damage, but the team at Integrity jumped right in, less than a week after the initial consult, and didn’t balk when the project greatly expanded in scope. They handled everything with my insurance company, and have done a GREAT job keeping me apprised of the situation so I could make informed choices about alternative lodgings. Now that the gross part is done, I can’t wait for my brand new bathroom! Thanks so much to Shannon, Shane, and Kevin for all their hard work.

Ive worked with Integrity twice now, both times as a result of water damage. I have found the mitigation team to be top notch. Jason consistently provides information and education on the process. They handled all the insurance issues promptly, and communicated with the adjuster.My first experience with the renovation side was unimpressive. There was poor communication, and lengthy gaps btwn each step. This is problematic when you want to put your house back together. I ultimately found an outside contractor to work with me.Given that experience I was hesitant to try again when I needed them last year. However, Jason informed me that they turned over the staff so I thought Id try. Steven was okay. Honestly I think they put to much on their project managers and this causes them to be unable to deliver excellent customer service. I never received a contract. When I needed to have new items negotiated during the reno it took several emails to get a response. And I had to carefully check the quote to insure everything was correct.My general contractor, Roy, was fantastic! He communicated with me every step of the way. The crew was prompt and courteous. I never felt like I was left hanging! And my project turned out beautiful!

Integrity has been amazing helping me with my major leak repairs in my house. Jason & his team on the mold/mitigation side are the best. My house was clean and they were trustworthy & professional. Kevin & Philip are wonderful. My starry nights ceiling (twinkle lights) were ruined with the water and Kevin not only fixed it but added constellations. Integrity met all of our water mitigation needs. Jason came out promptly to access our situation. Shannon arrived the next morning, setting up fans and dehumidifiers and preparing the space to be dried. Kevin returned in three days to again check for moisture and removed all of the equipment. We found everyone to be very professional and they all communicated throughout the process. We would recommend them and use them again should we need their services.

We had a water leak in my basement and my daughters bathroom. We called Integrity and they came out quickly to assess the damage and worked hard to clean up the damage. Their team, Ryan, Crystal, Shannon, and Lisa were hard workers, on time and very courteous to my family and myself. So, Im not even a year into my new condo -- and a water line ruptures in the wall... Can you say a mess?!?!?! -- Water damage and mold show up. On the same day, in comes the tech team: Shane, Jay, Shannon, Amberlee and Ryan in order to get control of the unexpected. Currently, with great detail and precision, the waters dried up and the mold is methodically on its way out. Above all, I really appreciate the great care that has been taken to protect the sanctity of my abode. The area was quarantined properly with great care for me to be comfortable in the remainder of the unit. Otherwise, the crawl space is being taken care of with great care as the flooring is being assured of complete dryness. Though Im excited about phase two to restore and remodel my home, Ill probably miss seeing the teams masked faces. The price ? of it all = I pays to have insurance.

We were lucky to find Integrity Restoration. Every employee has been top notch; however, special thanks to Kevin for going above the call of duty to solve a problem in our basement that was actually a fire hazard that we were not aware of. Shannon, Shane, Brian, Lisa, Ryan, Richard....they are all very hard working and were amazingly dedicated fixing our flooded basement and laundry room. Integrity handled all of the interface between our insurance provider and themselves for the remediation work, so it was hassle free for us.

After discovering a roof leak had caused mold damage to my drywall, my insurance company recommended Integrity. Crystal and Lisa came out to my home right away and worked for several days to remove the damaged drywall and damaged flooring in two different rooms. They set up airtight containment units around the damaged areas to keep the dangerous air from spreading around my home. They professionally treated the mold/mildew, then used large commercial grade dehumidifiers and filter fans to dry the damaged areas over the next week. I couldnt be happier with the professionalism of Crystal, Lisa and Kevin during the entire process. They took extra safety precautions in my home wearing masks the whole time and cleaned every inch of the damaged areas and access points. Thank you to Integrity for the work they did at my home. I had an unusual project that had multiple steps that required gaps in between so that other vendors could do their part. I found Integrity to be incredibly professional, courteous and thorough. They had the expertise and competence to work with my insurance directly and knew what was required to get the job done. Furthermore, they did so in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend.

As promised, I am writing a review for this company. If you value your time, hair and home…DO NOT do business with this company. Their name is Integrity, but their business practices are less than to be desired. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST restoration company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Long story short, In July 2019 we had a small 1 ft x 1 ft leak in our ceiling. Integrity was hired to complete the job. They never called before they came, they severely damaged our kitchen island, they removed majority of our kitchen and den ceiling and restricted access to our entire kitchen…. for a 1 ft by 1 ft spot. Instead of finding a solution for repairing the island, one of their representatives by the name of Jason became rude, belligerent and condescending. This went on for months. There is so much more to this story, but in the end…we ended up hiring another contractor in October 2019 to repair the damages they caused, and put the ceiling and lighting back up. The owner was involved in the email correspondence, but not once attempted to diffuse the hostile situation, or provide a solution. His silence spoke volumes. We should not have had to get into a heated discussion to get our home put back together, or tell them how the situation was going to be resolved. As promised, I have and I will continue, to tell everyone I know How HORRIBLE this experience was.

We recently had a bathroom leak on our main floor that turned out to be a main line leak causing major damage to the bathroom, main living area, and basement. Unfortunately, we are not strangers to major water damage and I knew right away who to call! This is our 3rd time using Intergrity for water mitigation and restoration services, with our first experience being over 10 years ago. Our experience with their entire team has been nothing short of amazing each time. Jason Murphy has been with Intergrity since we first used them many years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to help us through the difficult process of managing the insurance claim; even communicating directly with our adjuster to help resolve coverage issues. Mike and his mitigation team were amazing through the clean up process and Mike was very helpful in making sure we knew what the process was and next steps. He stayed late of several occasions to answer my many questions, even though he has his own family to get home to. Steven has been wonderful in getting the restoration process started and has been very patient as we have worked through many reconstruction estimates. I know we are in good hands and the final results will be wonderful based on our past experiences with Integritys services. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of water mitigation services ten times over!Kim

Amberlee, Shannon, Jay, and Shane all helped clean up the mess from a roof leak that we had (which ended up going down 2 stories). They were always timely, professional, and clean. They had to be in our house for about 5 days over a period of a week and a half (because of the extent of the damage) and they did not intrude at all. Our family of 6 was still able to resume our normal activities. Thank you for your help!

Mike and Crystal came and have been very professional and informative the whole way through the process! I feel the have gone above and beyond what was expected. Crystal and Ryan came another time and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything. It has been a stressful and upsetting ordeal and Crystal has helped put me at ease! Would highly recommend!

It’s very daunting and overwhelming to incur unexpected damages to your home. This is not an area that most homeowners have expertise with, as most of us hope to never encounter such issues. After water damage caused considerable damage to all 3 floors of my home, I didn’t have a clue where to begin. Enter Integrity Restoration and Remodeling. First, I can NOT say enough about the crew that came out the same day of the occurrence to assess the damage. They were timely, professional and provided on-going and amazing follow-up, as well as discovered the true source of the problem, that a plumber missed. Top-notch restoration crew! I hate having to call and follow up after a company makes a commitment and I NEVER once had to do that with the restoration crew. Side note: There were women with or overseeing each crew that came to my house during the mitigation phase and that was very impressive to me! Extra credit for that, IRR!! During the remodeling stage, the potential for things becoming overwhelming becomes exacerbated, as you’re dealing with different contractors for painting versus flooring versus pack-out, for example. This is where having Phillip as my “foreman” was priceless, as he did a phenomenal job playing traffic cop and minimizing the need for me to have to interact with several different vendors. He was pleasant, professional, went above and beyond and met the target date of completion promised to me. I have high expectations in business interactions and don’t suffer fools. And, I would use IRR again. I’m quite pleased with the outcome. Just pack your patience and trust them!

I believe it was Friday June 14, 2019, when I knew that my life will be changing considerably for a short period of time. It is when I looked up in my living room and saw water staining my living room ceiling. I called my insurance company, who told me to call a plumber after turning off the water in the bathroom. The plumber came, and recommended me to Integrity Restoration. They came out the same day. Mike Rogers was and has been my main point of contact on this case. He and his team have been fantastic. They took many pictures and justified to the insurance company the need to do more to my property than my adjuster initially stated (Adjuster was using equipment that anyone can buy from home depot or lowes). At the end of the day, Mike and his team were able to show that much more work needed to be done. They were more responsive and more professional about the process than my own insurance company. I felt as though Mike and his team were on my side working for me, not against me. This team was outstanding!!!!! No one wants to deal with flood damage anytime but right before the holidays is especially difficult. My wife and I had come home from eating dinner. I could hear water running in my home before I walked in. I had a pipe start leaking in my washroom, and by the time I got the water shut off the water had went under multiple walls and flooded my entire kitchen. Im so glad I called this company to come out. At the time my daughter was around 8 months old, and we were very worried that mold would start to grow. Shannon and his crew were at my home within a few hours and got the drying process started. I feel like they did much more than most other larger companies would, and they stayed after 9pm at night. They let me know what was to be expected, what needed to be replaced, and what could be repaired. This is probably the best restoration company that you could come out. Everything was professional, and his crew was very polite.

Quickly took care of our water problem in the kitchen, master bedroom, and walk in closet. We had a separate small water issue due to Integrity removing the dishwasher and we had a plumber look at the problem. Integrity reimbursed us for the plumber visit cost. In fact, two members of the crew that did the work brought the check to our home and apologized for the mishap. Great customer service. They lived up to their companys name...Integrity.

Could not have had a better experience with one of the most difficult situations in my life. Shannon was able to have a crew out within two hours. Integrity Restoration was very helpful and came out the same day I called after having a flood in my house. They came in demolished all of the wet areas and dried my house out within a week. The group at Integrity Restoration and Remodeling was suggested to me by my plumber, whom I have trusted for many years. I had a burst water meter that caused some surrounding damage to the wall.The crew was at my place in short order the day of the event and did an outstanding job getting the affected drywall out and the area thoroughly dried. Given that this was my first experience with water damage, they walked me through all that they were doing.When it came time to start the reconstruction, the same expertise was in evidence. They sent a great crew, who took care to restore that area to as good as it had been. They also added little pluses, like hauling away one of the pieces of furniture that had been damaged by the water.This was my first homeowners claim in twelve years, but working through Integrity (which turns out to be a preferred vendor of my insurance company) made it all quite simple and hassle-free. From the front desk staff to everyone I met on site visits, these are true professionals.

Based on the previous positive ratings, I hired Integrity to handle a water damaged area behind our kitchen sink. The entire crew from our initial consultation with Jason and Shannon, to the on-site crew of Kevin, Crystal, Ryan and Amberlee were courteous and professional. They arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned afterward and answered all my questions that arose during the process. Other than a small crack in our kitchen counter that occurred during the demolition, the whole project went extremely well with no issues. Major kudos to Ryan and Kevin for ensuring our backsplash tiles were removed without breaking them! I’d definitely recommend Integrity for any water damage or mold remediation projects!

Ryan and Crystal showed up on time to clean up the damage from a water heater leak. They explained exactly what needed to be done. They were very careful with our furniture, everything was covered in plastic. They worked very efficiently and were very professional. My husband and I were very pleased with the job they did.

We arent finished with the whole process but are very pleased with all that has been done.Shannon came to review our problem and then helped with the insurance adjuster.The guys who had to pull out the cabinets, dishwasher and compactor were careful to explain what the process would be and the time line. They will be back tomorrow, 3 days after the first treatment. The communication has been excellent. We have another project and are planning on using them again.

The team from this company helped us out big time. They came to the house to do work for a toilet backup and overflow that went from 2nd floor bathroom to basement at 2pm on a Friday and stayed til 9pm. Went beyond the call of duty working with the insurance company in our behalf.

Shannon was at our house within hours and provided an estimate that truly turned out to be the real price. Just a few hours later, Kevin and Amberleigh were at our house, cleaning up a wet mess. They - along with a few others - were at our house until nearly 1:00 am getting the job done. And the place was spotless. No mess. No hovering dust despite all the dry wall cutting. Burst pipe did a lot of damage to floors and ceilings. Jonathan did an excellent job of repairing all damage. Had to replace all floors and did it so quickly that I was out of my home for just a short time. Would recommend them highly.

I had a very weird/bad experience with this company since I never did business with them (I think) but I got a call randomly by one of their associates named Jessica who demanded payment for a project where someone tarped my roof. I called them back saying I had no idea who they were and when speaking with Jessica she told it was for a project where a branch fell on my roof 2 months ago. I told her I have no idea who she is and she gave me smart aleck responses such as do you think we do this for free and more. Apparently they were subcontracted to perform the work from a subcontractor who was subcontractored by the tree removal company. Either way they seem like a very sketchy business to A) not advise me on the costs before they do the work and B) demand payment 2 months after the work is done.Its also pretty unbelievable she thought I had the audacity to question an invoice from a company I never contracted to do the work. She also seemed very unprofessional/short with me and busy every time I called back which makes me think she spends the majority of her day doing the exact same thing with other people... arguing over invoices/bills for people who have no idea what they are getting billed for. Their company sounded like a collections agency.The best part is they threatened to take the tarp off my roof if I did not pay the invoice.... I guess they forgot they took it off 2 months ago which makes me wonder if they ever even put it on in the first place....

Integrity was recommended to us by our plumber. We had a small leak in a kitchen wall that, unfortunately, turned out to be a big problem. The water caused our hardwood floors to buckle, damaged kitchen cabinetry and also damaged doors, a door frame and sheetrock in our basement. I searched Integritys ratings on the internet and was pleased with what I saw, so we hired them. Although we have not yet started the remodeling process, we have been extremely pleased with the mitigating portion of their services. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and they arrived on-time each and every time. Just a few years ago, we had fully renovated our kitchen so I was very nervous about the removal of our custom cabinetry and cabinets surrounding the Sub-Zero. Integrity was awesome in the destruction phase and managed to remove everything without a problem. They also promptly placed the necessary drying and dehumidification equipment on site. From the beginning with Jason and Kevin, through the destruction and drying that brought us Shannon, Cory, Jason and Mike, we could not be happier! Shannon has been with Integrity 14 years! Hes a gem to have on your project! Our home stayed very neat and clean throughout the process. They know their stuff and know how to make a miserable situation at least a little more tolerable! I hired another company not intergity restoration to take care of a refrigerator water line leak that caused a lot of damage to my home.
