Joe and Zen Dry are the TRUTH!!! We had a sink overflow and flood our bathroom on our top level, that then began to leak through the ceiling into our kitchen on the middle level. This happened about 7pm. We called Zen Dry and Joe was at our house later that night! From the minute he stepped in our home, his calm demeanor, professional knowledge of what potential risks were at stake, and his promptness to rectify the situation was A+. What I enjoyed most: even when his job was complete, and it was time for insurance and a contractor to step in and repair the home, Joe was still willing to come out and meet with the Field Inspector, talk to the adjuster, provide contractor references, etc. His willingness to see our situation to the end is to be commended for! Finding Zen-Dry was truly a blessing for us.

Joe and Zen Dry Restoration are really great. Very responsive. My house flooded during the recent tropical storm and they did an amazing job explaining everything to me and working with me (I had a lot of questions) and, of course, ripping out water damaged parts of my home. Joe even came by to do a moisture check two weeks later after my house had a little more flooding (yeah, its been a wreck of a few weeks). I really cant stress too much how helpful they have been. I hope that you all never need to deal with flooding or other serious water damage, but if you do, you should give Zen Dry a call.

Zen Dry is definitely a company I would highly recommend if you ever have water damage in your home. A couple of weeks ago I had a toilet leak and Zen Dry came in and set up shop for the restoration phase of my damage and they knew exactly what needed to be done. They were very knowledgeable and forthcoming with what I needed to do with the process of filing a claim through my insurance.On the day of my loss, I met the owner and administrator of the company and felt very confident that they would restore the water damage as described. Seems like a bait and switch. Set an appointment with one guy to put down a vapor barrier. Confirmed. An hour before the appointment, another guy calls to reschedule talking about dealing with my mold issues. When I asked if they would actually come for the next appointment, he says oh we always show up uh-huh. My bet: if they did show up, they would have given me a song and dance about the work required.

ZenDry came out the same afternoon that I called. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with in person was extremely professional and courteous. They started working immediately to ensure that our house was completely dried out. They communicated with us on a consistent basis over the next few days while the drying process took place. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service that we received.

I called this company for mold remediation and they showed up on time. They didnt give me a 2 or 4 hour window like most service companies. The tech was thorough explaining my mold and leak situation. Joe offered me options and made it easy working with my insurance company. Highly recommend.

I called Zen Dry after a toilet backflow caused by tree roots. The company reacted quickly and started the process of removing the water and the wet flooring/ drywall. Every wet surface was removed or cleaned. The whole process was a breeze as Zen Dry handled the insurance company as well. I couldnt recommend this company more.

Even if I needed your service, I wouldn’t even want it. Due to your driver NOT paying attention while looking down at the stop light, I had to blow my horn to get his attention. The back window of the truck was rolled down and one of your employees proceeds to stick up his middle finger....Real professional, right?License tag# TTO2V91 of your trailer that the white truck was towing. I know this is nothing to you, but it is sad that you have this type of person representing your brand.
