We are grateful they were able to fit us into the schedule during a hectic time of basement flooding in the area. After repairing a pinhole leak in one of the copper pipes in my moms basement - we called 911 Restoration to inspect for water damage. Kevin was able to come over the very next day and he spent a lot of time educating us on water damage / and he even shared some tips re: how to minimize the risk of future pinhole leaks. He surveyed the entire basement and to our relief, he didnt find any issues. He sprayed/cleaned the area where we had the leak - and made us feel confident it was taken care of. In today’s society it is extremely difficult to find excellent customer service. Bob advised me that mitigation was needed given the severity of the leak, and his team came out the next day to dry out my home and spray anti-microbial.I was mostly in communication with his employee, Lee, who was very respectful and professional. When I asked questions, he walked me through what they were going to do and why. He was highly communicative and texted me when they were on their way and if i had any other questions.Finally, I sincerely appreciate the safety measures this company took when they came into my house. With COVID, they wore masks inside my home and even put on plastic shoe covers when they entered my home. They worked quickly and dealt with the plumbing company. Thank you, Bob and Lee!

Kevin was professional and responded quickly to the initial appointment, explained the work to be completed and the process of working with our insurance company. He assured me that the work they would complete would be within the scope of work with the insurance company and I wouldnt have to come out of pocket (aside from my deductible). After Kevin and his team left I finally felt like our basement was MOLD FREE!! My husband and I had been doing a lot of the remediation ourselves, but there were just certain things we couldn’t do. Bob was able to come out same day Saturday to take a look at some water damage and possible mold growth in our basement. He was communicative all morning prior to arriving, punctual, and very friendly. We were prepared to hear a sales pitch, but there was no need. Our hot water heater failed and flooded the basement. Panic! Called 911 Restoration of Marietta and Bob and his team were here within the hour. They got right on it. They were very thorough and helpful dealing with insurance and offering very good referrals to deal with the plumbing, hot water heater replacement, and the rebuild.
