My husband left the sunroof open in my vehicle. Weve had beautiful weather lately, so normally this wouldnt have been an issue. However, on this particular night, the floodgates opened and we had a torrential downpour. The interior was SOAKING wet. My kids notebooks were ruined. There was standing water in all of the cup holders! I called ONEighty Solutions. They sent out their technician who immediately got to work on drying my vehicle out. Once the drying was done and a couple days went by, we noticed a musty smell. They came back out and set up a machine to handle the smell. First came across Oneighty Solutions after the recommendation of a friend at the Atlanta Apartment Association. Our community was looking for a mold & mildew remediation company, but had no luck. We had researched other companies, but would get bids for a thousand plus dollars on projects that honestly could have been performed in house. After meeting with Oneighty Solutions, we finally found a company that was honest in assessing a situation. If you have a true mold and mildew issue, from say a water leak that had gone unnoticed for quite some time, and formed some mold and mildew, then their company will take good care of you, and at a reasonable rate. But if you allowed condensation to build up on your windows, resulting in some mildew, then theyll let you know 1) Why it happened 2) How to clean in house 3) Not scare you into having to do thousands of dollars in repairs like many companies out there. At the end of the day, their team has been a tremendous help in giving our residents a peace of mind. And they are the only company in this area of business, that I will recommend.
