Excellent customer service!!! Diamond Air Duct Cleaning technicians were extremely professional, yet friendly and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to assist us in sealing the dryer vent gaps and ensuring the dryer was operational. They even cleaned up after themselves and left no trace of their presence. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a technician come to look at our dryers vent and hose. It ended up being more than we expected, because he also recommended replacing the vent hood on the attic, which cost more than anything else, but we felt good about the decision. Were glad its all clean and working now! He was super proficient and quick and I love that he provided pictures of every step along the way. We absolutely recommend!

Quick appointment availability. Gave a 2 hour arrival window beforehand, received a call about an hour before stating they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early. Upon arrival, they were friendly and courteous. Did their walk through to count vents and gave me the total before they started them asked if I had any questions. They got right to work did a thorough job. When they were done, the furniture was back in place and it was as if they were never here! They even played fetch with my dogs as they were wrapping up! The two technicians arrived on time and set right to work. They were very professional and polite. I was very comfortable having them work in my home. I had been told by friends to only go with D​iamo​nd A​i​r D​uc​t Cleaning if I wanted a thorough job and Im glad I went with that advice. The ducts in my house had never been cleaned since it was built 2 years ago. Over the winter I also had the basement finished. At times I could smell dust in the house when the heat went on. Im looking forward to being able to breathe better and having fewer respiratory problems.

They made sure they covered the floors with protective tarps as they had to run large vacuum type tubes throughout the house. They seemed to go above and beyond their job to make sure all the ducts were cleaned, everything was put back in place and left just the way it was when they came. The technician did a fabulous job cleaning the air ducts in our house. He was friendly, called ahead to let us know his arrival time and did a great job. The booking system is easy to use and the service is good value for money. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Excellent services!!

Owner told me over the phone it would cost $35 a vent to clean my vents. But then he said the cost may or may not be that depending on what we see. So I paid a tech $40 to walk through my house. Guess what he did. He just showed up, walked through my house, counted my vents @ $35 a pop and scribbled down a quote. I could have done that math. The tech that showed up wasnt even an employee of Diamond Air Duct Cleaning he was a random sub-contractor. I got ripped off. Dont use this company.

I scheduled with Austin, and within a week of my initial call they came out and did exactly what he explained they would. They were very thorough with every supply and return. Absolutely great service! Very informative and professional. Our home has never had the air duct system cleaned since we moved in 7 years ago and it has made a world of difference! They cleaned our furnace for free and helped clarify some questions about furnace filters too. They provided a detailed walk through before and after the service to ensure that the job was done completely and correctly.
