Wes just came out to our house and did an excellent job on my dryer vent! I had a different company out yesterday. After working on my dryer vent for 30-45 minutes told me that the clog was so serious they couldnt remove it. They even told me in order to repair the problem I would have to tear up the tile in my laundry room and have a new vent pipe run. They also said I had to pay them anyway, and I did. Wes came out and solved the problem in about 20 minutes! The only good thing I can say about the other company is they refunded my money after I called them back and told them Wes had taken care of the problem. Im very happy with the service I received from Wes and Atl Duct Dryer Cleaning!!!

These guys did an awesome job cleaning all my ducts! Even hired them for our office because they went above and beyond! Thanks to Wes and his friendly, hard-working, and efficient team for all that they do!

I cant say enough about the service these guys provided. Unbeknownst to me and my fiancé, the 17 year old home we just purchased never had its air ducts or dryer vent cleaned, so there was a lot of work to be done. They were extremely knowledgable and friendly, responded quickly and worked hard to get the job done right. We are so thankful that we called them!!!

I hired another company first that ended up doing a less than poor job. After this company came out I knew they did a thorough job and showed me everything that was left behind from other company. I will only be using them in the future.

I had high hopes, but unprofessionalism and a rude note left at my door speak volumes about this company. I made an appointment based on positive reviews, and the tech was supposed to show up at 10:30am. We are finishing our basement, and there were workers and work trucks all over the place. He rang the doorbell at 10:24 and 10:26 (for the 10:30 appointment), but it took me more than two minutes to come upstairs from a conversation with another contractor, and he had left. He also left a rude note on the door. Not only was this guy early for the appointment, but he didnt even wait until the appointment time had passed before leaving. He had my phone number, and didnt have the courtesy to call. Beware.Attached are photos of the note, and the Ring doorbell timestamps of the two rings and him driving away before the appointment time had come.***Update - I just had the pleasure of seeing the reply below, which clearly mixes me up with another customer. I guess theyre rude to everyone as company policy. Im not elderly, the lights were on, and the doors were open, with cars everywhere. I guess they routinely no-show for appointments and mix up which customer is which. I guess the marketing firm also didnt read the pictured note...
