Zach came over to do an estimate for an EV charger in my garage. He gave me lots of options, explained everything. Then, he offered, at no cost, a whole home electrical inspection. Very thorough. Didn’t try to sell me on anything urgent, unlike other companies. He simply wrote up a report with recommendations and options.Again, no pressure. He was so professional. Should I decide to move forward with any electrical work, I will certainly use this company.

We have a service maintenance contract with Snappy. Ironically the heat pump had stopped working before Snappy arrived. Clyde, the technician, knew exactly what the issue was and we were up and running in not. Clyde was kind enough to take time to explain issues, such as dirty filter, how to work the system more efficiently and much more. I definitely recommend Snappy to maintain your system. Just purchased a home and found, what was believed to be, an old fixed water leak actually to be a very slow but consistent water leak in my laundry room that needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Their professional plumber identified the source to be coming from the bathroom toilet above, that was collecting behind the wall one floor below. I have used Snappy for YEARS. They replaced a water pipe that burst between the water line & the house 4 months after I moved in. They’ve serviced my furnace & AC units for years. They replaced my furnace, AC & water heater about 2 years ago and now perform bi-annual service on my units. Snappy installed a completenew top pf the line 96% furnace and a massively efficient seer 20 air-conditioning system. For the first time in many years, i do not hear the grinding whine of our old units. The new systems are almost whisper quiet. The entire house in now at a constant temp and the humidity does not exist. The install team did a fantastic jon or out with the very old and in with the new. Only issue is that they jurryrigged the units base from the remaining upstairs unit. Not very professional. However I am sure that that ywo will be taken care of very soon. Because I need a replacement system for one of my older upstairs unit that leaks and does not heat or cool very good

We had no hot water and tommy came and gave us a few options for repair or replacement. We chose repair and he replaced a senor and got us up and running in no time. Friendly to boot!

I had to deal with the inconvenience of having one of my A/C unit go out during the weekend at the beginning of summer. Everyone I called weren’t available until Monday. Snappy answered the phone after one ring, at 8:30am on a Sunday morning, and Reggie was at my house before noon. Reggie had the A/C up and running in less than 30 minutes. The window for my appointment was between 1pm and 5pmAt 4:30pm I received a phone call saying the technician was running late. Around 6:30pm I calledthem and was told I was next. Reggie finally showed up for my AC tuneup. He told me our system was 21 years old and it was cooling as well as a 21 year old system would. Before he left, he repeated the fact that the system was 21 years old at 10 more times. He did NOT clean anything. Nor did he even put in a new filter. Oh...did I mention he didnt apologize for being LATE? I had read reviews and felt good about this company. Now, I would NEVER RECOMMENDE them after having met Reggie.

We had a Goodman air conditioner installed improperly in our home a few years ago. In order to correct the problem it required an accuracy diagnosisAnd repair. We worked with two different companies to no avail—patch work but inevitably, the air would not work below 77 degrees without freezing up. We called Snappy and Reggie came to the rescue. He is professional, courteous and HONEST. He let us know of the FULL diagnostic Concerns with the unit and inside install and the non compliance of previousWork. It wasn’t a ‘cheap job’ but it was worth it to truly get our air working and installed to code and compliance. Reggie had to make several trips and we had to wait on a major part but it was handled today. I am glad we were able to work with Reggie for the entire project. He KNOWS his profession. We will work with Snappy again for other nerds (probably furnace soon) because of Reggie and his professionalism. Thank you, Snappy and Reggie.

We just moved into a new home and, after waiting an entire weekend for gas service call to unlock the meter (with no heat or hot water), we were told that the meter was already unlocked and that we would have to have a licensed professional plumber come inspect and turn on our service. Panicked because it was 3:30 p.m., I called Snappy and I am SO glad I did. Even though there were no available appointments until the next day, Connie went out of her way to line up not one, but two techs to be sure we had someone out the same day! When our tech, Dennis arrived onsite, he took care of all of our needs in a quick, friendly way. We even received a call from the second scheduled tech to be sure we were taken care of! I cannot recommend Snappy highly enough.

Snappy electrician (Zach) and plumber (Charles) came out to make upgrades in my newly purchased home. Zach upgraded wiring at the panel and installed a surge protector, and Charles installed a new water pressure regulator and valve in my water heater. Their work was top quality and efficiently done, both were friendly and professional as well. Charles let me know about my water heater showing real signs of wear. I also had Ben and his coworker come to clean out my dryer duct, they did an excellent job with brushes and a super machine. I can’t comment on pricing, but it seemed fair for the work done. The company offers memberships as well, with discounts for services and equipment. I’ll use them again, I was very pleased.

I had an issue with an outdoor air conditioning unit. They came investigated and found the problem repaired it quickly and now it works perfectly

I know my way around house hold repairs but this particular plumbing issue (leaking shower drain) and given my limited time, I thought I would have someone come out and do a quick fix, thinking it would cost be no more than $200 total, that included a $56 service call. He quoted me $953, I was shocked and told him absolutely not. I sit here now 2 hours later and $15 in parts from Home Depot with my shower fixed .
