The assigned tech texted us right away to let us know when hed arrive. He arrived on time and immediately got down to business. He cleaned up all of the lint that came out, and we finished the payment process, which was quick, easy, and secure.

John is super honest and showed us pictures and examples of the problem a gap in the air duct connectors, fixed it up, and kept everything neat. Cost wise, I was expecting it to be more but it was very reasonable. Very impressed and happy with this experience. What a wonderful experience! I spoke with the technician and scheduled my service within 48 hours. He was kind, courteous, and respectful - an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need. He even called me that he was running a few minutes late due to traffic, which I really appreciated.
