The service was great. Had a guy named Stanley come out to my how 3 straight days and one day with his partner both worked extremely hard to get the job done in one day. When Stanley came to pick up the fans he was even working in the rain with no complains and that’s something that can’t be overlooked. Appreciate the service.

Servpro was at the property immediately. Mandy answered the phone promptly on a Sunday and had a crew dispatched for a broken water line on the bottom floor of house.Each time I called the office, Mandy answered the phone and got the question answered. It was great working with an understanding human being rather than a voice mail.The guys worked hard to get the rooms cleared and dried out. They did a fantastic job in very undesirable conditions. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

We had a flood in our downstairs bathroom that also flooded into our basement. We had a fair amount of water damage. Stanley and his assistant came out Sunday night ready to take up the floors and walls, however, our 5 year old was already asleep. They were more than willing to work around that and came back Monday afternoon. Stanley and Keith returned on Monday promptly at the time agreed upon. They got right to work ripping out walls, flooring and carpet in the affected areas. They worked with purpose and accuracy. They called in reinforcements because our hardwood floors were glued down and they knew our 5 year old needed to get to bed for school the next day. They were once again very willing to work around our schedule for his bedtime. Shannon and Rich arrived to assist and were also polite and professional. Wednesday and Thursday they returned to get their fans once the drying out process was completed. I would highly recommend this company. Their respectfulness, work ethic, and professionalism is second to none. While I hope we don’t have any need for them in the forceable future, I would not hesitate to call them again to complete work at my house.

Mandy was Awesome. She was a great empathetic first point of contact. I had water damage and was very nervous about the whole thing because I barely knew where to start. She let me know that the company would take care of the water damage and that everything would be okay. She even let me text her because I had a question after we hung up. She was very responsive and fast with her replies. I wish every representative I spoke to by phone during this stressful process was like her.Jacob and Rich were my Service Techs. They arrived on time and explained everything in detail. They were very patient when I had lots of questions. When I came back with even more questions they gladly answered. Many contractors get sloppy at the end of the day. This was not the case, their work was consistent and productive. I really appreciate them being patient enough to educate me on the process and what their job was.

Had an absolute disaster coming home to find water heater had been leaking for days. Called Servpro and Mandy connected immediately with me on Sunday. Crew was out next morning and Carl was incredible.That evening, the fans that were set up were pulling so much power that caused some things to shut off. I texted Mandy at 730 pm just so they could know and address it in the morning, but she texted me back and Carl and team were back out here in less than an hour. I have been incredibly impressed so far!!!!

Dispatch gave me a time crew was to arrive and they were right on time. Jacob and JC arrived, did walk through and explained process with me. Upon discovering a leak from a hallway bathroom that had gotten underneath carpets, wood flooring and down to our garage ceiling, I contacted Servpro on a Saturday evening around 5pm and they had people arrive within an hour to come in, remove wood and carpet where necessary and cut out the part of the garage ceiling that had gotten wet. They immediately began the dehumidification process and mitigated what could have turned into a bigger problem. The insurance process was also a breeze as they took care of all of that. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone.

Sean from ServPro was awesome! On time, super professional, and cleaned up completely after he was done. Jacob came to finish the job and collect the fans and dehumidifiers that were used to dry out my walls and floor and took away all the debris they had to tear out. While at my home servicing my damage, the insurance adjuster was here at the same time and Bradley was able to answer valuable questions about the mitigation and demolition of things that I did not know. Emergencies dont happen at convenient times. For me, it was backed up sewage flooding my basement at 1am. But these guys showed up fast and got to work right away. They had the right equipment on hand to extract the water, determine what had been affected and quickly did what had to be done to sanitize and dry and remove any damage. Very responsive and communicative. I highly recommend ServPro of Marietta West.

I have only been a few times but have been totally satisfied. Today, i was a damsel in distress. Not only did they take my car immediately but made the repair and didnt charge me. I offered to tip the mechanic and he declined simply saying they want their customers to drive safely, be happy with the service and return. Overview:I started off hopeful, because they said based on my situation I was verbally quoted X price. I made it clear from that phone call forward, whether on the phone or in person with a tech, my expectation was to pay within the quoted price range, and that should anything change in that quote that I would be informed immediately so that we could determine how to proceed from there. Long story short, that didnt happen.Quality:The quality was mediocre at best. I spoke with multiple professionals throughout the process that provided the professional opinions on the quality of work being completed. For starters, the loss wasnt treated as a level 3 loss. In a level 3 loss barriers are supposed to be erected to keep contaminants from traveling throughout the rest of the house. That didnt happen. Dry wall cuts are expected to be lasered, chalk lined, and then cut with a professional cutting tool. My dry wall was eyeballed by a tech who used a box cutter.Value:The initial invoice came in at 3X the quoted price. I was told I had to complete a certificate of satisfaction before the invoice could be sent to me. The price invoiced for the value of work provided was laughable.Professionalism:Professionalism wasnt ever portrayed to me. I was bullied, threatened, and treated downright disrespectfully. I requested to speak with management on multiple occasions and was never given that opportunity. It took a corporate complaint to finally get a call from management, a call in which I was threatened continually to pay the invoice or else there would be a lien on my home.Responsiveness:The team at Servpro Marietta West may have responded, but provided nothing of substance or value in their response. Thus leading to more wasted phone calls and emails. The most responsive thing I received during the process was getting my bill cut to around 2X the quoted amount.Punctuality:After the first night the techs informed me they would arrive the next morning around 9 a.m. to finish the job. They called around 6 oclock the next night. I had a previous obligation and was told I would have to wait an additional 2 days for them to come back with the needed equipment to complete the job. The job took over a week to complete! It turns out it was their way of sticking you with the highest bill possible.My Advise:Stay away at all cost. If you have already hired them to do a job, make sure they are getting all of their equipment out of your house as soon as possible. Deny materials to save yourself the unforeseen costs. Above everything else, get a quote in writing. Verbal quotes are useless.

I love SERVPRO of Marietta West. I have been referring them since 2015 and will continue. They have the best staff, and are very responsive.

Absolutely not recommended. Poor communication and way overcharged. Unfortunately, if they get an inkling that insurance may be involved, the bill will be run up as much as possible. While the house did dry, the destruction left behind was substantial and they continued the job until the maximum equipment rental charges were reached. Different people each day who were not familiar with the job. Others in our area have had the same experience. I wish we researched!

After a snow storm I had a pine tree branch (large limb) fall on the roof and deck. I did not realize it had punched a hole in the roof until a month later we had a huge rain downpour. It just poured right into my house. Thankfully see pro got there fast and helped with everything. They dried up everything and got rid of the mess.Thanks.

I called Servpro due to rain water coming into my basement. Carl came out quickly and assessed the damage. He provided a quote and was able to take up the wet items in a timely manner. He was very helpful and professional. Everyone I spoke with was great throughout the process.

BewareCompany is below negligent! 5 days into the job we are still finding standing water under items they refused to move. Wet rugs are still on the floor. Wet boxes left in place. Dehumidifiers set up with no drain hose connected ...they are sitting in a trey full of water. The owner refused to speak with us about our concerns. The employees are extremely sloppy and have no concern for the quality of work. It is obviously a reflection of the lack of care from the owner. This company put my family’s health at risk not to mention the integrity of our largest investment.

Called to have someone come out to inspect some mold. They said they would have someone there the next morning or in 2 days. Never heard from them again.

I chose them to do my restoration work and it was a nightmare and Im still suffering for them. they were unprofessional, unresponsive, didnt do the job well therere still problem in my house, finished the work late, and still giving trouble with the bills although it should be dealt with the insurance. These guys have been an amazing team that not only help with the restoration of your home but are also people that help when you are in a bad situation like grieving the loss of a loved one. This place is poorly run and the people I interacted with were very unprofessional. I was only inside for maybe 20 minutes, and the manager / owner was chewing tobacco while smoking cigarettes in my face and spitting the tobacco practically onto my shoes. Im sure thats probably a good indicator of how the business is run.
