Weve worked with Morrison a handful of times now for a commercial property. From recharging an older cooling unit to installing a brand new heating/cooling unit. The payment plan for the new unit worked well for me to get is easily paid off. An issue did arise with the new unit 9 months later. I emailed the company and they promptly responded within the morning and set up a work order for 2 days later. The issue was fixed in no time with no charge due to being covered under warranty. Timely and professional staff, always willing to answer my questions.

They came to my home in satisfactory time. The serviceman was perfect in area of competency and customer service! Just extremely helpful when I was dead in the water.

Ive had Morrison out to my home twice now (for a manufacturers defect, not their fault). Both times the employees exceeded my expectations. The technicians were pleasant, professional, well dressed, and respectful, and I had no issue leaving them in my home when I left.I worked in residential remodeling for 6 years, and I know how important it is to find workers who can both do the job and interact well with homeowners. The men from Morrison fit that bill.The office staff I spoke to on the phone were courteous and helpful as well. Morrison Inc. fabricated a Stainless Steel chimney cap per my measurements and made it perfectly as designed. Their work was spot on and I couldn’t be happier. I worked with David Haas on the final details and he proved to me why they have been in business for such a long time!

Morrison was excellent about making the extra effort to come out and fix our furnace when we told them we had no heat and a baby, they even came a day before our appointment after we experienced an extra cold night. We had our furnace go out and called Morrison for help, they were polite and quick to get someone to the house to work on it. Chuck was awesome and got everything fixed up and cleaned. Happy with the service and professionalism that Morrison provided!

The lady that answers the phone is very rude and disrespectful. She talks down to people and is very condescending. I called to set up to get an estimate and she was very snippy when I asked questions. I took my business else where!!!

Such respect as well!!As a first time home owner, I was devastated when my AC unit stopped working. After asking around on who to contact, Morrison was on the top of the list! Well I was not disappointed! Customer service and communication was beyond brilliant !!! From calling the office to the tech guys! My AC had to be replaced and Brad Brown and his team were hands down the best!! The very next day they were at my place replacing my unit, staying over to make sure everything was ok. I will always highly recommend Brad and his Team ( Isaiah Saling, and Bill Miller ) who were more than polite and professional, they were absolutely stellar!!!10 stars and I will never call anyone but Brad Brown at Morrison again!!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Absolutely horrible, they came after 3 days finally, then they tell me I need a new motor and ac refrigerant is ok, then the next day same problems I call they tell me I refused refrigerant which I did not!!! then they want me to pay overtime to get them to do the job right! take my ace dont call them!!
