Our experience with A-Team was absolutely amazing! Our AC went out on Thursday at our office. We called Reliable and they came out and realized they needed another part and would come back and fix our AC the next day. They didnt come and still hadnt come by today (Monday) at 2. I called A Team and Roger came out to our office and had everything fixed within 30 minutes of me calling. He was a superstar. Blown away by the speed of the service and the customer service we experienced. Highly, highly recommend!

This company was fantastic. The technician called when he was close by, described in detail what he saw, and made reasonable recommendations. He was very professional and would ask for him again. I believe his name was Andre .

The serviceman came on time and he was quick in diagnosed the issue. As a matter of fact, he has replaced the run capacitor before telling me the cost of the service. When I received the bill I was shocked that is $325, $85 labor and $240 for part. The replaced part is a Titan Pro Capacitor 45+5 TRCFD455 which costs around $10 online. I understand every business needs to make a profit but the mark up is ridiculous.

Technicians say the furnace have to be change and give me an estimate about $2,500+ I called another company at the same day they came night time say however look at it lifts the light ignition unsecured and could be cause a fire 2-nothing wrong with the furnace is just something need to be clean up and adjust and they just asked for a visit fee money no extra charge now everything is working fine. very disappointed about the service company I called early that morning they even double charging me the visit by mistake. I used A-Team for my AC replacement and had a great experience! I got a new Rheem unit and after getting 3 estimates I chose A-Team because of how friendly and professional they were. They took the time to walk my wife and I through everything and told us info the others didn’t. The install was fast, clean, and the reps were so helpful. They did a great job! I called A-Team Services after a nightmare situation with my home warranty and another company. Andre came out and confirmed the other vendor had not even properly inspected stuff and lied about services. He was beyond thorough and honest and I ended up trusting A-Team to replace my entire system. They were so fast, reliable, and professional and Im so happy to have found a company I can trust for regular check ups and maintenance going forward.

The next day they came out, helped give me some options based on a quote we got earlier from another company, replaced our unit, and got our ac up and running. Awesome and great prices!

American Standard A/C units less than 4 years old but were leaking R410 each year. Notes on maintenance for past 2 years kept mentioning a problem TXV, but Rodney thought it might be the compressor which is under warranty and ordered a replacement. Rodney came to fix problem and discovered each A/C unit had a leak somewhere in the coolant line and applied Leak Stop. Both A/C units worked fine through the summer (2020). Leak Stop should seal leak for life of A/C.

It was horrible. The technician, Hershal, came out for repairs, and we caught him in several lies. Each of them was a way to escalate prices. When he first looked at the unit, he said that the was a problem with downstairs condenser, which was fine. This was verified by other technicians. He incorrectly put on a capacitor which caused the fan in the condenser to spin in reverse. Then he proceeded to tell use that our fan was going out. I exposed his scam by putting a piece of paper over the condenser and it was sucked onto the unit. I could see the busted look on his face. We immediately stopped him, and sent him on his way. This guy is a total scammer out to rob for as much as he can. Watch out.

I knew I needed a new HVAC system and found A-Team Services Heating & Air a couple of nights ago. I used their online request form, received a call first thing the next morning, and had an all new system installed the very next day. Every employee was courteous, listened to my needs, made recommendations, and didn’t try to oversell. I have used A Team for 10 years. Rodney, the owner and his wife, run a first class operation. Totally competitive pricing. Honest and professional employees. All with lots of experience. They will always be honest and fair. If making upgrade suggestions and you do not want, that is fine. I always take their advice though and trust their suggestions.I use them for my home and my multiple rental units. Repair service is 24-7 and again, very fair pricing. I give them 10 stars out of 5. After 6 months without heat or air conditioning, A TEAM SERVICES saved the day. Numerous other companies said they dont make my unit anymore; couldnt get parts; a different unit would require modification to the exterior of my condo - if the Board approved - requiring engineering experts, etc., etc., etc. One call to A TEAM SERVICES, and they acquired an identical unit, sent an army of workers to remove the old and install the new. When it came to replacing our HVAC system, Greg was the guy to do it with A-team. He was super responsive, walked us through the whole process, was on time and went above and beyond, as our old system left some problems for install of the new system. He came out a few days before to measure and make sure all materials were ready to go on our install date. He made this process easy and did it at a very competitive price.

Fantastic company to work with. I had an issue with my heat pump and Greg came out immediately to isolate. Initially thought that I was going to have to purchase a new system but Greg spent the time to troubleshoot and found my issue was only a loose wire. He fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Really appreciate the great service as well as the ethical and honest nature of their work.

A friend referred me to A-Team when I was looking to replace two older units. I had been shopping around getting lots of quotes and advice on changes that would make my systems more efficient. I ended up choosing A-Team because they had a great price and they gave me excellent advice - in my case it was to reduce the main return (in hallway) and add two new additional returns (in far bedrooms). I was impressed with the owner and staff. They always call and remind me when my systems need checkups - and as part of their annual service fee, everything is included. My house now runs cooler, costs me less, and is worry free.

Andre, the HVAC technician from A-Team Services, came over on June 20. He checked the entire A/C system, and provided a tune-up. Andre was very thorough, recorded all the necessary measurements, and explained what he was doing. I found him to be quite informative, helpful, and friendly. Over the past thirty years, in three different homes, Ive had my HVAC systems checked many times. However, I can honestly say that the service that Andre provided was the most comprehensive, thorough, and professional service that I have ever experienced. Andre was a pleasure to deal with, and certainly is a valuable asset to A-Team Services.

Ten years ago I did some research for a new ac system for my home.Other companies had recommended installing a larger system which sounded good to me. Then I decided to call A-Team and I was informedthat that size system would not be the best option for my size of home. A smaller system was installed that performs outstanding and I am glad I used A-Team. There price was the best and the quality work has been great. They follow up every year with an inspection and make sure that everything is running fine, So glad that I found A team !! Ive been dealing with A-Team for many years, from installation to general service. Their folks are knowledgeable and professional. Yesterdays service call was for the fall tuneup and installation of a rather complex thermostat on a heat pump. Jeff figured it all out and the system is working perfectly.

Alec of A-Team Services dropped by today, right on time and performed the Fall Service on my furnace. As I had not used the furnace so far this year, he only had to check that everything was alright and just clean and not replace the filter. All systems performing beautifully and there was no charge.

I am a Senior ans was unable to access the area where the filter was stored, so I called A-Team Services and explained my problem. They came out the next day and not only changed the filter, but walked me through on how my system worked. I did sign up for continued maintenance so they could schedule any visits as necessary. As of now, I am very happy with their service and hopefully we will have a long relationship.

Watch the technician. My attic unit flooded the upstairs and I called for immediate help. They had their tech swing a u-turn and he was here in under 45 minutes. A Team saved the day repairing a broken drain line. Two weeks later the attic unit flooded again. I was able to stem the flood and called for another repair. I was prepared for the tech to come the next morning, he was there in an hour and a half. But this time they had no record of the previous repair and the service call is now $125 plus the $129 level 1 repair. Were in the middle of a move so I have absolutely no idea where the receipt wandered off to. Finally after 20 minutes of looking the tech accepted the credit card receipt. But now the problem is different and the cost is going back up. He blew out the drain again and then made his pitch for the service plan. If we signed up it would only be $35. Noting the rising hostility in the room at 10 pm, he finally settled for $75.Watch the tech like a hawk. They upsale and dont honor call backs. And dont lose your receipt or the service call jumps from $89 to $125.

Outstanding experience. We used the A Team in 2016 to run yearly service on our ACs and repair one leak in the fall. During the spring 2017 service the tech noted that one of our two systems was leaking badly and probably needed to be replaced. He clearly explained the situation and let us make the right decision. We ended up going with a new AC and furnace; I did get quotes from other companies and A Team was by far the best. The original tech also came back to check the install of the new unit and confirm everything was done correctly. Definitely pleased with both the technicians and installers; would use them again and absolutely recommend!

The professional service given to us by the owner and his crew was above and beyond. The old central HVAC unit we had finally gave up. Within a couple of hours a senior member of the company showed up and honestly discovered the dead compressor issue. Our downdraft system isnt a common type any longer, but he sat with us and made calls to find a replacement. In less than an hour arraignments were made and a unit was placed on order. It took a couple of days for it to arrive and in the interim the company brought to us and loaned us a window unit to get us through the hot days until the new central unit was installed. 6 Stars rating! These guys are GOOD!

Best HVAC Company in Georgia!Used a big name HVAC company for the past 5 years and they never identified a major problem with my duct work. A Team noticed it and fixed it in no time at all. Very smart people. They are now my go to HVAC company.

Watched this idiot drive into my subdivision, pull up behind my home and proceed to shamelessly urinate in the bushes. Then the technician (arm cast and all) got back in his van and drove across the street to provide hvac service to my neighbor. This was disrespectful, unprofessional and just plain backwoods behavior I will not tolerate in Roswell ga. Giving them 1 star because I can’t rate them any lower.
