Tim, the owner of TC Shutter systems is a gentleman and a professional. During the process of manufacturing and installing an impacted window in my condo an issue arose. Out of nowhere, I had to sell my unit before the installation date. This caused a problem for me because the property can’t be sold unless a permit is closed yet you cannot install a window without an open permit. The window won’t be ready till after the sale of the unit. What can I do? Tim to the rescue. He suggested I close out the permit and he would delay the installation till the new owner took ownership of the property. The new owner agreed, she and Tim will decide on a new day for the installation once the sale is complete.

Had TC Shutters install accordion shutters and impact windows in my house and was very pleased with all aspects of the purchase from estimate to installation, very professional, timely, and accurate. No surprises.
