Shelby is an incredible professional to work with. Ive been in need of some new suits and every time Ive purchased one in the past its been incredibly hard to find one that fits well, which can be frustrating, given the cost. Shelby not only corrected that aspect of it, she takes the suit customization experience to a whole other level. She spent a solid hour just getting to know me as a person, understanding who I am and how that might translate to my fashion style. I found that to be so unique and was so blown away by that. Once I got my suits, despite knowing they were custom fit for my body I couldnt believe how well the fit made the overall look so much better than any suit I had worn before. I started buying clothes from Tom James back in the late 1990s. The concept of having a tailor show up at your office to show you fabric, make measurements, conduct a fitting and doing final alterations is wonderful. I was freed from the endless pounding of racks in mens shops. The clothes are of fine quality and style, the staff are well trained and really are concerned about your opinion. I never feel like I am pushed into purchasing clothes to meet someones quota or to clear dead inventory.Big shout out to my personal representative, Jim Nolan who is the senior guy in the Tampa office. Hes a great clothier, but more, hes a friend.

A salesperson, Garrett McCarthy called my private phone number out of the blue and tried to sell me clothing. I politely declined. Then a friend of mine calls me said the same thing happened to him, and that I had referred him to Garrett! (I most certainly had not.)This companys sales tactics are super-shady and I will never refer anyone to them. Stay away. They will insert themselves into your contacts.

Superb service and support. My luggage was temporarily lost by the airline during a trip to Tampa, and Jim Nolan and team helped set me up with a suit to wear with only about a 30 minute notice. Special thanks to Jim Nolan who had to be shocked to even get a call like this out of the blue.

Ive been working with Emily Molter for about a year, and thrilled with the quality of the product and service Ive received. If you are shopping at Neiman Marcus and other higher end stores you will find better quality that is custom tailored just for you.

The sales representatives (or at least one by the name of Emily Molter) are relentless. One has been contacting an attorney at his firm monthly. Apparently, she got his name off of anothers LinkedIn page. Every call she has made has been turned down. Initially, because she would always say it was a personal call which is never taken by an employee in this firm. That is for your personal time and phone. Then we found out where she was from after so many monthly calls and were all told to not accept her call. Her name is even in bold letters at the receptionists desk to never accept her calls. Finally, we spoke with her on a call personally and let her know if she had personal business with him, she should have his personal number. That he does not take personal calls in his office. We were not rude to her and thought this would handle the situation.Apparently, if you turn her down on the phone, she will show up at your business without making an appointment. Again, she was turned down when asked to see this specific attorney. Most should know that attorneys are very busy and it is common sense to make appointments with them. Although others are easier walk ins. One tip, though, when you go to a firm (research what law they work with) that does not have clients come in, they know youre not one who should be here and have an appointment. Im sorry it has had to go this far, but hopefully this, as well as a call to the company, has stopped the harassment.While I understand sales takes a lot of persistence, this is just going to make your company look bad if your representatives simply irritate those youd like to sign up for business after theyve asked you to stop.

I have bought several many thousand dollar suits with all the extras (the special liners, the shirt tug band special stitching etc) and all Doug can do when I have an emergency is act like he doesnt know me. I have spent over $40k with him and Doug Tozier is nothing but a useless tape measure man. Im not sure he could fix a pair of pants if you begged him to. Go to the place in STpete!! Maybe they will know you you call at a reasonable hour!! If my customer calls at 10pm I dont pretend I dont know them I jump in my hummer and help them.What a looser this guy!!! Doug u are a stick up man. Give me money for suit!! Then the suit sucks and svs does too!! Two thumbs down!!!!
