Capt Lori and Ian were remarkable. Truly enjoyed my fishing experience. We were on mangroves and yellowtail all day!! My crew and I, caught our bag limit by 11am! Great staff. Great Service. Great Price!

Great trip for both fishing and snorkeling! Caught a bunch of fish with the help from Booker and saw some cool spots while snorkeling with the help of Ian! Captain Lori was great and made sure we didn’t leave without having a great time.

Great trip with this crew. Traveled with my 14yr old son and chartered a 4 hour trip to the reef. Captain Lori put us on fish the entire time. Great experience and company while reeling in plenty of snapper.

We had a great time with Captain Lori and First Mate Ian. It was our first fishing charter and sea fishing. Lori was very patient with us and showed us how to catch snappers, blue runners, yellow tails and other fish at the reef. Its different than lake or stream fishing. The sea was a little rough and my children got sea sick so Lori suggested we do some shark fishing where the water was calmer. We caught fish, enjoyed the ocean and had a great time with Captain Lori and Ian who was also very patient with us. Lori was very knowledgeable and I would recommend her. Im hoping to get back to the Keys and will book with her for some mahi mahi fising.

We had a fishing and snorkeling charter. We went fishing first. Not what I was expecting but fine. Then the captain decided to go back because there were lightings. Security first and we all approved the decision. We were back after 90mns. Now the captain could have taken us to another location for snorkeling but she said there was no other interesting location. The family was disappointed, and we were charged $360. The captain was not specially friendly (but that could be us too).In summary, it was an overall disappointing experience and i would book them for lobster tours, not for snorkeling.

Captain Lori was great! We booked a 1/2 day charter for our family of 5- our boys had a blast! We cant wait to come back and fish with them again.

Five of us fished on the Island Girl with Lori this week and had a great time! Her and her mate Donny were very knowledgeable and clearly knew where to find the fish- and catch them. We had some of the biggest yellowtail I’ve ever seen. Will definitely fish with her again.

Mack Attack! We caught so many mackerel. Thanks to captain Lori and crew. We had a terrific time. I recommend this charter to all of my friends. The boat is nice and they made the entire experience a breeze and fun.

Overall, we had a fun experience! The service was good, safety was a concern. The boat was clean and well kept. Lori and her first mate were friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to hit about about ten spots for lobster diving. You do need to bring your own food and water but no bananas!

We had an amazing experience with Island Girl Charters! We reached our destination in the ocean and literally had our first catch in minutes. We never waited long for new bait on our hook and walked away with about 20 Mangrove Snapper.I would highly recommend Island Girl Charters. Great service and made our Keys trip even more amazing.

Had a great 4 hour morning fishing charter with Captain Lori. Caught lots of snapper and they quickly became dinner... thanks for a great memorable trip with the boys. Passionate and detailed about our trip making sure we were on the fish and enough of them. Thanks again it was awesome.

Our family loves to get out on the water at least once during island vacations, and we are thrilled to have chartered a six hour afternoon excursion through Island Girl. Captain Lori and her First Mate Mark are a dynamic, attentive, competent duo who are dedicated to making sure you see all of the spots you’d be remiss to miss all while making sure your every need is accounted for - and some. Five star service - snacks, drinks, equipment, and of course as needed instructional assistance - during an afternoon we will not soon forget. (The water just gets prettier and prettier the further out you get!)We fished (with great success!), we snorkeled a few spots including the stunning Sombrero Reef (snorkel lovers - do not miss this one), we tried out snuba along a beautiful sand bar, and even saw a sea turtle, stingray, lobsters, and of course barracuda and dolphins. What more could you ask for on a beautiful, sunny day? Calm seas and smooth sailing? Lori provided that as well. 😉I would also like to add that we have a variety of accessibility needs in our family, which were accommodated kindly and knowingly, with ease and understanding. All six of us had a blast and we can’t wait to go out with Lori again next time we’re in the area. Thanks, Island Girl Charters!

I booked an off shore full day and the ocean was too rough, so we went to the flats and caught fish. The crew worked really hard to make sure we caught fish. Great job Lori.

Captain Lori was great and put our group on the Mahi. Not only that, she took the time to teach us how to rig and what to look for to do it ourselves. My wife and I caught our first Mahi on our boat a few days later!!! Such a good time!!!

First off, in response to the Owners Comment below, this definitely was the charter we booked and we talked to her on the phone, and it is in the exact location we went to, and the pictures of the boat on the website are exactly the same as the boat we used. Own up to your mistakes.This fishing trip was a total waste of money. I would highly doubt that any of these 5 star reviews are from real customers. I went on a trip with my dad (both of us avid fisherman) to Marathon, FL and did 4 fishing charters. The other 3 were awesome, but this one has to go down on the list as one of my worst fishing experiences (25+ years of heavy fishing). This fishing trip was terrible for the following reasons:Safety:-The captain and first mate, neither of which owned the boat (owner is Lori), took us out even though there was a small craft advisory. It was incredibly rough water.-They didnt fasten down their gear, so coolers and tackle boxes were crashing all over the place. They spilled a bunch of hooks and didnt even pick them up.-My dad caught a small shark, and as he was about to throw it over after a quick pic, one tried to grab it so he could throw it over and it almost bit him.Fishing skill:-What kind of captains will actually fish themselves? Those guys. Not just hook them and let you fight them, but they were fishing themselves on a fairly slow day.-We specifically said that we wanted to fish for grouper and larger fish. They were getting pumped when we were catching 5 to 7 inch fish when I realized we werent just fishing for bait... that was their idea of fishing. I would never pay over $600 to catch a few six inch fish and explicitly requested what I wanted to fish for before even leaving the dock.-They didnt even have live bait. It was very clear that these guys were a couple of local morons trying to maximize their payout.Overall, this was about the worst charter that I could imagine.

Lori is fantastic! Great captain, great boat, great hospitality, great surprises... we had a wonderful day - highest recommendation!

We booked a full day Offshore trip with Captain Lori through Seasquared charters. DO IT. You wont regret it! She and Rick are very knowledgeable and relaxed. You can tell the passion that they both have for fishing! They kept us safe and helped us have so much fun bringing in Mahi and Blackfin Tuna! GREAT day of fishing with Captain Lori and First Mate Donnie!! Both were super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! My family of 5 went on a 6 hour trip and it wasn’t long enough - such a great time!! We caught mahi-mahi and blackfin tuna and they were kind enough to serve us fresh blackfin sushi when we returned to the dock. Captain Lori took some great photos for us as well!! We can’t wait to come back and fish with them again!! Thanks guys!!
