Top Notch outfitter. We promptly left the dock on time at 1pm and had a great time. Ricky was our Captain and was laid back but definitely wired to catch lots of fish. Cooler water than expected. Caught roughly 40 mangrove snapper, a hound fish, and a few smaller yellow tail snapper. Cap cleaned our fish for our dinner tonight. Loved being on the water! Thanks for a great afternoon!

Capt. Jason & SeaSquared definitely deserves 5 stars! We had a great overall experience. We are not avid fishers but have done several charters over the years and by far this was the coolest experience. Capt. Jason was fun, attentive and super knowledge of all the fish we caught. We tried several types of bait and went to 3 different spots catching, snapper, grouper, yellow jacks and so many more. After your charter they lay out all your fish for a picture, which as really cool to see everything we caught. We would definitely do this charter again!

Captain Zach gave us the absolute best fishing experience of our life! We went reef and wreck fishing and the action was nonstop! We caught a great variety of fish and made some amazing memories that will last a lifetime. We will be back, no question.

I chartered with Capt. Pierson I’m February with my boyfriend and we had an amazing experience. The weather was beautiful and company was fantastic. It was my first time doing deep sea fishing of that kind. We hooked onto different fish and even a shark. My boyfriend enjoyed the trip so much that he recently went down to Florida and chartered with Capt. Pierson for a second time. We highly recommend booking with Capt. Pierson. We are looking forward to our trip in July.

Best fishing trip wed ever been on. If you want to catch a lot of awesome fish, it helps to have someone born and raised into a family of fisherman in the area. Captain Jason knew everything about the area and the fish and put us them on the every time. We caught a ton of mangrove snapper, mutton snapper, and fought amberjack. There was no waiting around for bites. We saw a huge sea turtle very close and my 6 year old really enjoyed the trip. We did the 6 hour trip and fished reefs and wrecks in deeper water. It was so much fun and wed definitely come back for another trip with Jason.

Went out with Captain Jason. Wind was pretty bad out of the East so we could not go wreck fishing. We opted to try our luck in the bay. Not much going for Jason, as the tide was slack and wind was blowing, and since we didn’t need to take any meat home, he decided to make a move to the bridge to try to make something of the trip. Landed 10 Sharks. 7 Nurse (mostly 100-130 lbs), and 3 Black Tips (50, 70, 100 lbs)All caught in the last 1.5-2 hours of a 4 hr trip. My wife and I had an excellent time. I am a regular salt water fisherman, and I know what it is like to feel the pressure of putting people on fish despite the conditions. Captain Jason did an excellent job. Very personable and customer oriented. I would highly recommend him.

Had a fun time with Captain Pierson of Five 7s. Great boat and we got on fish right away. He helped everyone on the boat with bait and took the time to coach us on technique. I highly recommend this captain.

We’ve fished all over the US and Capt. Jason is the best. Been out three times with him and my kids told me that is their favorite trips of all time. Even better than when I take them lol. Great people and they treat you amazing. See you next year!!!

We had 1/2 day trips booked for 9.17 and 9.18.2021. We had 2 different captains with different strategies that worked. We went on Waynes world and SeaSquared Too the 2nd day! We were catching fools both days and truly enjoyed ourselves!!!

We booked a four hour reef fishing trip. Three of us being completely new to fishing. With Ricky’s guidance we took home a great catch and had an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to come back and do some more!

Captain Jason was great. He knows these waters so well and he knows where to find the fish. My wife and I had a great time with him and we will definitely be booking again.

Captain Jason was THE BEST!! We went out the first time for dinner and a show and caught our quota of snapper right away. We then caught a few smaller sharks and a massive goliath grouper. We caught enough fish for 8 of us to eat two meals! We went back out with Captain Jason again for just shark fishing and had a blast. By far this was the best part of our vacation!

Great boat and great weather but can not recommend Capt. Pierson on the five-squared. He needs more experience and some work on his people skills. It also cost an extra $100 to use this boat but not sure why. There were 5 of us on the boat and Pierson did a poor job getting us on fish of any size. When my wife lost a fish at the boat Capt Pierson took the rod and said “here I’ll catch one for you” now why am I paying almost $1000 for us to fish if he’s gonna fish ? He treated my wife(63)and daughter(39) with less than the respect that he should have. I wish they would have told me about the problems they were having while we were out on the boat because I would have put stop to it . I did notice that Pierson had an attitude but some boat captains are like that. My sons have been on charters with other captains with this company and done very well catching decent size fish and had great times. So bottom line is don’t book with five squared or Capt Pierson. Happy fishing

Great fishing charters. The captain (Jason) was great with kids and we caught many types of fish. Their flexibility allowed us to do some snorkeling before coming back to the marina. Great trip all around, thanks.

Great experience. Captain Jason is top notch. He always delivers. We checked all the boxes on our fishing trip. Shark, barracuda, Cobia, mackerel, Goliath grouper, limit of snapper. Great day on the water.

The trip was awesome we caught more than a dozen snapper and one red grouper captain Jason was the best!! we caught enough fish for the five of us to have 4 meals.

We booked Seasquared with Captain Jason for a 3/4 day reef and wreck. Unfortunately about 20 minutes at the reef after catching multiple yellowtail snapper, I got sea sick. Captain Jason immediately suggested we move to calmer waters. He changed the plan and we still had a great day fishing. We caught mangrove snapper, barracuda, and blacktip shark. I HIGHLY recommend Jason and the Seasquared. It was a great day!

My parents took me on a charter with captain Jason for 3 full days, for my 13th birthday. We went out hoping to see and catch a variety of good eating fish. Jason helped us achieve all of these. Jason even hooked a sailfish and gave me the rod. We took home over 60 fish in 3 days “snapper, grouper, pompano, yellow tail, tons of sharks, and Mahi Mahi” Overall Jason was a great captain who was nice, funny and helped me learn a lot about fishing. I hope to come back soon and will be number one pick for fishing.

Ricky the Captain was super nice, and helped us, but when I first made the reservation, I wanted a full day, and the owner seemed to only want to give me a half day. I told him we still wanted a whole day even though conditions weren’t great. When we got out on the water, we only fished in one spot, and we only caught 2 kinds of fish. None of them were great in size. Then the captain decided to go back after a half day. I know conditions weren’t great, but we only have so much vacation time, and I don’t think I would’ve booked if I knew I was only getting a half day.

Had an awesome offshore experience with Captain Alex and mate Nick aboard the Blue Magic! Tight lines and dolphin fish nearly all afternoon - can’t wait to do it again. Thank you again for a great time!!

Had an excellent day with Captn Jason. Seas were rough and i mean rough. He warned us but we wanted to try anyways. We ended up with 21 Mahi. New record. Thanks a lot!!! Will definitely come back

Captain Alex and the Blue Magic was great, sea was a little rough the day we went out but still managed to catch fish and have a great time. Caught a variety of fish from mangrove and yellow tail snapper, grunts, porgy, hogfish, and grouper. Would definitely use again next time we are in the keys. Thanks for a great time.

Top notch operator. We went out with Zach. He put us on fish fast. We spent the first couple hours filling our cooler then went out and Faust 2 monster black tips. One was pushing 500lbs. We have all been on quite a few charters and this was one of the best. Definitely recommend him and look forward to going again. ThanksMatt olson.

Absolutely the best. This is our third year fishing with them. From contacting and booking the charter to the day of and during the charter. If we could give 6 stars or more we would. Have fished with two different captains and crews and would reccomend them to anyone who asked. If you want any information on things to do in the area, ask them, you wont be steered wrong. Have enjoyed all our time on board with Alex and Steve, and now Jason for the last two years.

Had a great time with Captain Chris, He knows the Keys, the weather changed our plans, but he had some great options,. We cruised the seven mile bridge, waded at Molasses Key, toured Boot Key. This was the first time my wife and I ever chartered a boat and we had a blast! I highly recommend Seasquared charters.

We went out for a half Family Fun Day with Captain Scott. He did not disappoint!! We caught 14 fish, 2 he helped snagged for our 6 year old. He then took us to a reef area to snorkel amongst the fish! It was a fantastic easy day with a small child. Captain Scott made sure we had everything we needed, and even eased Moms paranoia of swimming in the ocean! Highly recommend!!

We had an incredible trip with Captain Wayne and Ricky and limited out on snapper before we went after bigger fish on the wrecks.The process to reserve the boat and get our fish cleaned and ready for dinner was so simple and welcoming we can’t wait to return.

They worked with us on short notice. Eveyhting was ready to go when and where it was supposed to be. Cptn Jason took us to 4 different spots and we hooked on at every stop. Couldnt imagine a better day on the water

Amazing experience! We had a group of 9 guys for my bachelor party and they were able to use two boats to accommodate our group. We caught many different species and the action was nonstop. We caught more than enough fish to feed all of us inshore then headed further out and caught huge mutton and red snapper. I have been on many charters and Captain Jason was top notch!

WOW!!! Experience we will never forget. 4 hours of shark fishing. Non stop action, we caught sharks until our arms were too tired to fight them anymore. Our captain was phenomenal. Cant express how awesome this was. Well well worth every penny!!

They were constantly hard working, great people and company. I’d 100%recommend this charter to anyone visiting the keys who wants to have a great time for the right price. They enjoyed watching us catch fish and had great jokes with kids and adults. Just all around great people and a pleasure to be around. It didn’t hurt they put us on fish every time out!

Captain Chris is very cool and put us on the fish right away. His first mate was very cool too. I can’t wait to go out fishing with them again.

We had a great time fishing with Captain Jason. My only regret is we waited to long to book a reservation. As a result we were only able to go 1/2 a day. Next time we will go a full day for sure.The fishing was great and Captain Jason was awesome. He is wise beyond his years. Captain Alex and Steve on the Blue Magic were great. We could not go Sailfishing due to the weather but they still made the trip awesome. We Caught a Nassau Grouper, bunch of snapper, some other little fish and various types of shark. High recommend these guys, they know their stuff and the area very well.

We’ve fished all over the country and world and have our own boat at home, but I will say Capt Jason was one of the best experiences we have ever had. He worked hard to get us on the fish and boy did we!!! Great with the kids and that says a lot. Some folks feel annoyed having kids on the boat but he made them laugh. We will be back and will let everyone know about our trip.

We booked a charter on August 3rd, party of four and had a great time reef fishing on Waynes World with Captain Wayne and Don. To say we had a great time would be an understatement. Wayne and Don were very friendly and extremely helpful and patient. Through their knowledge and guidance we were able to catch a ton of fish. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great day of fishing and catching on a beautiful boat with great people.

Went on a 4 hour charter, 8AM -12PM traveled in the boat 30 minutes to a tree in the water, and traveled to two more trees in the water. Caught a total of 10 fish that were a little bigger then 10 inches. Headed back to shore at 11:10. so out of our 4 hr charter we fished for 2 hrs. $600.00 plus $100 tip is a lot of money for 2hrs of fishing and catching 10 small fish. Kept asking about fishing for something bigger, his reply was one might swim by. Would not recommend this charter.

Awesome fishing charter experience! Capt Jason was knowledgeable, personable and helpful! We caught a lot of fish on our half day excursion. We had a group of 12 so we took 2 boats out and the other group were really impressed with Wayne also. Were thinking of doing another half day trip while were here in Marathon.

Had a blast! Jason did a phenomenal job. He was very patient with the novice anglers on the boat and did a great job coaching them as well. There was rarely a moment when we didnt have a fish on our line. Highly recommended!!

We went out with Captain Jason for a half day of off shore fishing. We caught about 6 short Dolphin, but the one keeper we caught was enough to feed 8 people. He didn’t give up and we kept trying but the Dolphin (at least the parent Dolphin) just weren’t cooperating on that day. He then showed us all about deep drop fishing, and we ended up pulling up a descent size rose fish that ended the day. Jason was very knowledgeable and made us all feel very welcome, comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. I’d highly recommend this charter for a days worth of fun. If you go out with Jason, just make sure you ask him about the “bird fish”, and the dolphin seat noises.

Captain Jason and Alex put us on the fish all day. We had such a great time. I will definitely be back!

I wish I could give zero stars. We were booked for awhile and the night before they blew a Motor. Listen, I understand things happen but next day didnt seem to be down to me. Bottom line is we stayed at the hotel and saw 2 families leave on the 1-5pm charter with young kids the day we were scheduled for. They told us that was all they had and half a day before our trip and it was not a good idea to go in the hot afternoon with a kid. The captain mind you who Has an awesome personality told me he would not be set up for failure because I wanted to catch a fish and do a family day.... Thats what they advertise!!!! $650 for a beach hop? Robbery! The guy is a joke his booking service is a joke. Said we could get mangrove, yellowtail, and mutton. they seemed offended when I said mutton was good and that it would be amazing if I could get a permit. No ultimatum just a wish. they immediately cancelled. 1 day prior while we are here for vacation. This tells me they are just out to get your money with no skill. Absolute joke... So here we are on vacation watching other families go on the same charter. Just so you know I am a combat veteran served in mosul Iraq. This is how vets are treated in key West especially by sea squared. Its foreign money first even if its the same dollars. I would recommend 2 conchs an actual captain an actual service not a tourist trap.

Captain Kevin and first mate Brevin were awesome. Caught our limit of snapper on the reef in no time. Then they took us to deeper water and we fished for tuna and Mahi on a half day trip. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Our trip was excellent - the weather didnt cooperate, but Captain Chris and first mate Jason did their best to find us fishing spots. We started at the 7 mile bridge, where we found several grunts (not keepers), and quickly attracted bull sharks which were very intimidating to watch eat our catch! We then went over to two different holes where we were able to score hogfish and mangrove snapper (great eats!) as well as lots of fun-to-fight fish. Overall it was an excellent trip, everything was clear from a monetary standpoint (no surprises), and we ended up with more fish than we could eat - we gave the rest of the fillets to Captain Chris. I highly recommend this charter.

Great trip with Captain Jason, put us on the fish, limit of mangro snapper hour and a half. Third time fishing with seasquared and Jason, he was a good mate and now a better captain, I will be back for a fourth, highly recommend.

Captain Jason and 1st mate Steve took us out deep sea fishing. Wasnt long we had a nice king mackerel rippin drag! After landing that bad boy we hooked into a real nice sailfish! While fighting this beast two other sailfish surfaced right next to the boat for a closer look! Now if that aint enough excitement, next fish we hooked into was a horse of a wahoo!! Well after a long badass fight we landed a 50 lb hunk of fish! These boys know what theyre doing! Call em, tell em Ivan sent ya. Save me some though cause Im going back!!

Captain Chris was mean and nasty this day. We caught only 2 lobsters in 4 hours and everyone else we spoke to limited out.

We have chartered with these folks since like 2007. BEST AROUND. But, our recent experience showed us what they are really made of. We will NEVER EVER charter with anyone else. They have our undying loyalty.Hope to see you guys soon.

A consistently successful fishing trip for the whole family. The guide gave everyone the necessary attention and support, despite very different fishing experience.Good catches, knowledgeable and professional execution, good fishing equipment and the right bait and fishing spots. You cant expect more from a charter tour.

We had a great trip with the family, the next days there will be snapper for dinner :) after that we fished barracudas and sharks. Everyone, including our 6 year old, had a great day!
