Im really sad - i wanted to love it here and the ladies are very nice but the quality is just not thereEven my husband noticed how poorly the nails had been redoneCuticles exposed, I had to settle on design because she was able to do anything at all as far as designs, I showed her something similar to a French tip and she just slapped on the polish and didn’t clean up the lines so right away I just told her to go over it all with colorThe tools like the mail file were extremely used. I don’t know how ma y clients she used that on because it was almost completely goneThe nail shape is crooked and not well done or neatI needed my nails done in a crunch so I’ll be going back to To my regular place

The first time I came here, I was really happy with my nails. The acrylics were done well, she listened to what I wanted done, and it was perfect so that is why I am giving them a 3-star. I thought this is my new place for sure. But nope, I dont think I am going back now. I went back to get a fill when a couple started to fall off. I told her there were two that were coming off. She gave me a fill and I didnt question the way she was doing it because shes the pro. That SAME day... literally maybe less than an hour after I got home, 2 of my acrylics came completely off. I called immediately and let them know, and went in the next day to get them fixed. She rushed me in and out, didnt do much more than just slap on two new nails, paint them and then send me on my way. 2 days after she fixed my nails.. one of them came off. I am just waiting for more to do the same. They arent cheap either. I paid $80 for a pedicure (that also chipped) and a fill. The first time was over $100 but granted, I got an eyebrow wax too. I really wanted to love this place. But I am super disappointed...

I deeply regret coming here as it was my first time, and It was not referred to me. They gals working were nice, I think they truly tried... they just were not at all skilled in acrylic nails or decorative touches. My nails looked like an absolute joke. $72 for a pedicure and this set that looked like my 7 year old had done for me :-( I regret not returning to get a refund, but I was so upset about the whole thing I just went to my local nail salon in Lakeland Hills and had them take the set off and start over.I will not be back, I’m sorry Queen Nails— but this was a robbery for the quality I received.

Went here once. Will never go again. Could of done a better job myself. They left like 90% of my cuticles even after I asked to please remove more cuticles. Very messy pedicure job. Shellac was peeling off my finger nails less than one week later near the cuticles and I repainted my toe nails myself a week later as well🙄 not quality FOR SURE. Waste of time and money

Very sweet ladies, but after getting them done they keep popping off, acrylic got on my skin and they lifted off, not worth it, only lasted a few days

My mother bought my wife a $50 gift certificate for here and today my wife and I went for a pedicure. We walked right in and were seen right away (although some people did walk in after us and had to wait). The place was clean and the staff was friendly enough. The massage chairs were plush and relaxing. All in all it was a positive experience and Id recommend it to a friend. Next time my wife needs her nails done, this is where she will go.

What a great place to get spiffed up for an occasion. I was visited the week before New Years and received exceptional service. The gals were nice and attentive and the owner has a very sweet personality!

I regularly come here and I love it! I get Acrylics so I come in about every two weeks and have Nina or Tina fix them for me. They make them perfect every time! I don’t even have to tell them how I want them done anymore, they just know. If you break one of your nails and just walk in they will fix them for you! Highly recommend!!!!

I really hate leaving a bad review because the ladies there are extremely nice and sweet. I started coming here more these past few months because I did like the services... but I’ve noticed lately that the place hasn’t been very clean.Their tools aren’t properly cleaned, they use the same tools one guest to another without cleaning them. All the countertops and other equipment seems to not be cleaned/wiped down either.Again, the staff are nice but one lady kept coughing on me and even sneezed on the tools.If you like cleanliness, I would not recommend this place...

Extremely friendly staff. Ive definitely had better quality work done elsewhere but its no where near bad. Id say 7 out of 10. But its the staff that keeps me coming back. So nice. The first time I visited this salon, my daughter and I walked in 10 minutes prior to their closing time and fully expected them to turn us away as we were both wanting nails and pedicures done. However they welcomed us with open arms and smiles and didnt complain one bit. You have to appreciate that!

Last week, I was on vacation with my dad in Maple Valley and we stopped by this shop for pedicure and manicure. They offered the best service we have ever had. The staff is really nice and caring. Everything there is the best.

So wonderful. They fit my daughter and I in for a mani last minute and took such good care of her (and me ☺). Warm, wonderful ladies. Nails are perf. Cant ask for more!

I have to say, I have seen Queen Nails for years as I go to Maple Valley Fitness next door. My sister just went for a pedicure and raved, so I took a chance. They were absolutely the very best shellac manicure and pedicure I have ever had and that is saying something from a girl that goes every two weeks. 8 highly recommend :-)

Im so glad I came into this smaller shop! The customer service is awesome..Nina is really really good..she kept my acrylics thin and shaped them exactly how I wanted them. I received a cute little bottle of water, a nice hand and arm massage with my fill, and while I was finishing up I received a very nice shoulder/neck massage..I absolutely will be back...

This is a great place! Dont listen to the bad reviews they are all just complainers really. And thats very rude to give a one star for some of their complaints. They do a fantastic job and are very nice people! Give it a shot!

Today I went in to get a fill. I had to continuously ask her to shape them the same, pull hair out of the nail polish etc. I ended up leaving with rigid, crooked, and messed up nail polish. I did pay her. Not even four hours later one popped off. I asked her for a refund and she only said she’d fix it but would not give me my money back because it wasn’t her fault. I went elsewhere to get them fixed and they did a fabulous job (and also noticed how messed up my nails were when I walked in). Queen nails did a very poor job and I was very disappointed that they would not give me my money back.

These lady were amazing i took my girlfriend there friday night and while her nails were getting done the power went out. They grabbed candles and used my flashlight to get the job finished. We wil definitely be coming back.

This is my second time coming here bc it is right up the road from my house. The quality of the place is below average and so it the service. The polish selection is also bad. The massage chairs are bad and they give you attitude for asking for your nails shorter. Will not be coming back

Nina did a beautiful job for me. Was in town to help with my daughters new baby & needed fill badly. Always go to the same nail gal in AZ & worried if they would do as good of a job & Nina not only did a great job but much quicker. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

Queen Nails is my Mom and mines go to place to get our nails done. We always call ahead to let them know we are coming for pedicures and usually everything goes smoothly and we get awesome service. However, we have had a few bumps along the way. When the shop gets busy, they fail to communicate that the wait might be longer. Weve sat in chairs for 20+ minutes before which is whatever. But what really got me was when we sat in the pedicure chairs with my Mom getting her services almost done before I even got touched and they served people who came in after us before they got to me. It was very frustrating. We still like this place above others, but I took my rating from a 5 star down to a 4 because of this experience. Im looking forward to when they improve their management of busy days.

I went here a few times before we moved over a year ago. Since then, the main nail woman will not stop texting me. I even got a group text on Christmas day. I have asked her to delete my number and stop texting me, as I no longer live in the state, but I still keep receiving texts from her. Sometimes even early in the morning. She seems sweet enough, but if you dont want someone contacting you all the time and ignoring your requests to stop, maybe forgo this place.

Took Grandma here for her 80th birthday and her 1st mani-pedi ever! We had 7 people attend and the service and individual attention was incredible!Thank you to everyone at Queen Nails, you went above and beyond and we will always be fans of your incredible salon!

Just went yesterday for the first time and treated myself and a girlfriend to schmancy mani-pedis. Here goes:1. The place itself is nice, pretty much what you expect from a strip-mall nail place. Its clean, well-lit, and the music was peaceful, Vietnamese acoustic guitar, which was really beautiful and relaxing.2. We came early on a Sunday without an appointment, got right in.3. They give you an actual menu to choose your pedicure treatments from, which was great. We went for one of the pricier ones.4. The actual pedicure: massage, hot stone, paraffin, etc was lovely. Top coat wasnt put on until I had left the massaging chair, gotten my nails done and was about to leave, so unfortunately I immediately smudged both big toes. Luckily, I have the same color at home. I would have asked her to fix, but they were so busy I didnt want to bother them.5. The actual manicure: again, all the extras were really nice. Nails look great. Cant complain.6. Payment time came and I was unsure of exactly when I agreed to pay $40 for the next-step-up mani instead of a standard rate, so that was annoying. Total was $120 (without tip) for two Shellac manis and two regular polish but fancy pedis. Honestly, not bad at all. It was my choice to treat us to the fancy foot stuff. I probably will bypass that stuff next time to save cash because Im poor. The only annoyance was that I wasnt asked if I wanted the fancy stuff on the mani, they just did it and charged. Again... I really cant complain.I floated out of there like I had just had a 90-minute massage, which is truly impressive for what appears to be a basic nail place. Moreover, my girlfriend who has two kids ALSO felt euphorically relaxed coming out, which is hard for her to accomplish.I will be back.

New favorite nail salon, and ive been on the hunt for a great place for years, staff is friendly, did a great job on my nails and they even gave me a holiday gift, going back forsure. 😍

I went in and they were busy with other customers, which is fine, but they failed to tell me it would be a TWO HOUR WAIT for me. After that wait, I got a terrible manicure. Just a full set, but she tore apart my cuticles, all my nails were different lengths, some are crooked even after I pointed it out, tons of air bubbles, and it actually started peeling off my nails after two days (which I have never seen happen with acrylics before!)I will NOT be going back here. I am not pleased.

Was not satisfied. Got a full set and the acrilics didnt even fit my nail and my thumb nails werent the same size either. My sister didnt get the design she wanted because they couldnt do it. I paid 40 amd she paid 20 with a tip.

Honestly loved my experience here. I get my nails done pretty often and this is by far my favorite salon. I live in Issaquah and will be making the drive here just for them.1. They are clean!I always worry getting pedis but they take extra precautions here2. Employees are friendlyEvery employee here went out of their way to make you comfortable. One of the ladies had my mom and I hysterically laughing with how funny and personable she was.3. Amazing mani + pedisNot only were the designs/nail painting great, so were the massages. Also, I am on week 2 with my gel french mani. They still have not cracked or started to look old. Money well spent!Highly recommend this salon! I will be back.

Queen Nails was great. They are so personal and friendly. They really aknowledge you. They constantly ask if youre ok? Which is so polite because those power tools hurt!! At all nail salons, not just them. They will talk to you and not ignore you and speak viet with their buddies like other nail salons do. They didnt even charge me extra for my nail repair. The other woman who are complaining, oh suck it up. You get what you pay for. They just did MY nails and they look PERFECT. It took about an hour, but I liked that they took their time and didnt rush. Its a small shop, very comfortable, never too busy. Just very quiet and calm. Im very pleased.
