Really sweet people. Great service and my nails turned out just like the picture I showed them. Unfortunately I forgot to leave a tip, but they definitely deserve it. Great experience:)

I love Blue Water nails. I have gone to them years before COVID and they are always cleaning! It’s very neat and tidy and relaxing. I’ve always had great customer service and Han (the owner) is very meticulous about his work! I can’t imagine going any where else for my nails! 10/10 would recommend!!

This was my second visit, I came back because they did an awesome job and they did not disappoint the second time around. Everyone is friendly, the place is super clean and they have all the options I want in a nail place.

They don’t give the right amount of tip for the employees, for example if you give the worker 10 dollars the owner will give the worker only 5 dollars . and the workers work so hard and they don’t get break time not even to eat, my auntie worked there and she told me she couldn’t take it no more, she felt like passing out bc they wouldn’t let her eat .

Good spot for mani/pedis

Completely cut my finger and it wouldn’t stop bleeding so that was off to a bad start. Then the nail tech cut my friends hand. Got up and left. Will never recommend this place. Plenty of other salons.

Staff is always lovely and professional. Most of the time I am able to walk in. Never had any issues. Sometimes lack of conversation with nail artist but I understand it is sometimes hard to hold a conversation when you are working. The ONLY place I will go to in Maple valley!

Staff was friendly however quality of work and supplies were par for the course. Picked a matching color from the book by a brand I have never heard of before and got a Mani and Pedi done but by 2 different people in one sitting. Mani had to have 3 coast of shellac and still saw streaks through it whereas the toes look black. Raised concerns and I got ignored (Im super picky about steaks and matching). Nails had to be filed after the shellac and Ive got shellac on my fingers that wasnt clean up. Sat for a while while toes dried with no one touching base or offer to help put sandals on. Id been going to my last salon for 10 years and this one failed the quality Im used to and while they were busy, I dont understand why.

Vi is the best, I always leave with a perfect mani.

She cut me 3 times and couldnt even get the nails shaped the same. They look awful and she just got rougher when I asked her to fix them. I do not have a single straight nail out of 10...if I could give zero stars, I would.

My hubby and I have been coming here for the last two years. Great owner, beautifully decorated, always clean and staff are warm and profesh! I also have my eyelash extensions done here. Excellent! Feels more high end and spa like to me.

My daughter and I came in, I got a gel pedi while she had a gel polish change on fingers and toes. The people were friendly but our nails are bad. The gel is in clumps on her nails, and the filing done to her nails was terrible. Both of us have polish on our skin, and for some reason they filed the ends of our nails after they were finished! They look terrible. We won’t go back and feel like we wasted our money.

I’ve been to this place many times and there’s only one girl that works there that does a good job, (her name is tina). i get acrylic nails and when i went to get a new set i asked if they could remove all my nails and put on new ones because i had different colored ombré acrylic powder. they wouldn’t take off my nails and they said they were just going to fill the ombré i had last time which is not what i wanted. i didn’t want to get the same exact thing as last time but she said she thought it would be better that way.,. i thought i’d give it a chance but she couldn’t figure out how to match the color of the acrylic powder to what they did last time so i ended up leaving with some pink nails, some orange and some white. i asked her multiple times if it was the same color and she just kept telling me it looked the same. after that i asked her AGAIN to remove them and she said she can’t. i think she just didn’t want to. i ended up leaving with super uneven nails, none of them were the same length or shape. i payed $50 for this and i shouldn’t have because the lady doing my nails would not do what i asked. the place is fine but i would not recommend getting a new full set here if you want it done right. it’s been ONE WEEK and some nails started coming off so i ended up ripping them all off which was very painful.

Ive been going here for the Deluxe Pedicure for six years. Im always happy with the visit.

Went in for a mani/pedi. Toenail came out great, but then was switched to a different person for my manicure and it was one of the worst manicures Ive ever had. My nails were uneven, the polish was clumped up in spots and it was all over my finger nails. When I tried to point out what to fix, I was ignored. So I went over to the other nail salon across the parking lot and they had to fix them. Wont be returning.

Paid $70 for their deluxe mani/pedi and got horrible nails. Their paraffin did nothing but make my skin greasy. The lady who attended me was rushing the entire time and left me uneven, layered polish on my nails. I would not go again.

I drive nearly 30 minutes to visit this spa! VERY clean and friendly.
