I came in with my niece to get our nails painted and they did a great job! They had us finished at the same time, and it was pretty cheap for two sets of shellac! Their store is super clean and cute, and their employees are really nice :) I’ll be coming back again

Nice people, great pedi after 14 weeks without one! Best $24 I have spent in months.

The staff here is really friendly, and always remembers you if you have gone there before. But they were kind of rough on my nails, and the guys who did them didn’t bother to clean them up (the nail polish around my nail came off when I washed my hands). The only other complaint I have is that they speak a different language the entire time so it is really hard to understand them, and the start to get mad when you can’t. Other than that this is a great place to go!

I dont normally write reviews but I am SO pleased with my nails! They are absolutely gorgeous & I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman who did them. I will definitely be returning! $25 for a full set & they look flawless! Didnt have to wait at all, got right in. Nail tech was quick & precise. I want to add that they were so gentle when doing my nails. Ive been to a few places that are very rough & have even made me bleed, 10/10!

Did a terrible job on my sisters nails. When she asked them to fix them (nail polish on cuticles, and filed crooked) they told my sisters that they’re young and don’t know what good nails look like. The man there (I’m assuming is the manager) yelled at them and tried to shoo them out.. threatened to call the police when they said they didn’t want to pay for a terrible job that was done EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE PREMISES. Terrible service.

I had a basic manicure. The lady took oil placed in on my arms, no lotion and no arm massage. The topper was what ever was in the polish or cover coat wont dry and the polish keeps wrinkling and I have to smooth it out with my finger. It is the strangest thing I have ever seen. I used to go here and now I know why I changed. Not returning

I have never been disappointed in their work. This is a no frills salon with good pricing, nice people, clean pedicure stations and shellacs that stay for longer than others. Heading in there today.

My boyfriend and I went in together last weekend. He got a pedicure and I got a full set. He loved his pedicure and the massage was great for him. I would go here only for that next time.. the lady who did my nails made me so nervous the whole time. She did not file the sides that were sharp until AFTER everything was done. Result of that? Nail polish rubbing off on sides so it is white there instead of color. She also put way too much stuff on them so they are lumpy!! Thick and lumpy. She got nail polish all over my fingers and cut my cuticles too much... all of my fingers burned as they dried! She also did not go all the way up the nails so it looks like I already need them done again! Ridiculous! Paid way too much for service like that. She was nice, at least. I feel bad leaving this review but if I read something like this before going I wouldnt have gone. Id much prefer to get my nails done at sky nails in auburn, they are so fast and amazing and CHEAPER.

I have been to MV nails several times and noticed a decline in service. I have the no frills pedicure and it seems like they rush through this because you didnt spend more money. The last couple of times, I have noticed that my polish smeared. So I come back to get a touch up. They do this willingly but I dont want to come back to get the job again.Not sure why they dont put a hardener on the polish so that the polish will be hard when I leave.So no more visits from me. They need to do a better job than that.

Terrible salon, save your time and money for anywhere else. 1 day and my polish has already started chipping, not to mention it looks like a child applied it. The polish doesnt even cover my entire nail, but somehow is all over my skin. They didnt clean under my nail or trim my cuticles either. Will never return!

I made an appointment, and when I showed up they immediately were ready for me. The lady doing my nails was very nice, took her time, and did a great job. Ive acrylics on for many years and have been to many places, and this is definitely at the top of where ive gone. I will be returning

I just moved to Maple Valley and have been trying to find a nail salon. MV Nails is henceforth my salon because Tina listened to what I wanted, completed my gel manicure and they are perfect. She was professional, kind, and gentle. I am so happy to have found Maple Valley Nails.

Staff was ok but my nails did not come out great. My nail polish has holes in them and i have nail glue all over my fingers. also about the service, when they were “massaging” my arm they were tugging my arm really hard and they got the stuff onh clothes.

The people were friendly, but unfortuantely it was just a horrible experience. My mom and i went and got mani and pedi done they kept switching who was working on us. They had an old man who had no clue what he was doing. It waa very frustrating and not relaxing at all. No wait now i see why. Wont be returning.

This place isn’t the same as it used to be. I recently went there for a dip manicure and it looked fake a lumpy afterward. Tried again for a pedicure and was filed so hard I bled.

Came here in the middle of the week in the middle of the day with my friend and there was only one girl working toes and one working fingers. The whole thing felt rushed and quick to get on to the next person because there was no one here to help. Maybe its better on the weekend.

Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Professional staff. Not a problem if something needs to be fixed or corrected.

I got acrylics and my real nail isn’t even connected to the acrylic but they aren’t the worst things ever

They did a sloppy job painting my toes and if you have children you shouldnt bring them here. They grabbed my infant I had in the car seat out of my hands without warning and set her away from me, and they were very rough with my little sisters, grabbing their arms and moving them out of the chair when they were done painting their toes. It was upsetting and they looked like they were burdened by children being there.

Go here for a pedicure if you want an infection. Staff was nice enough but seriously my big toe is jacked up.

I went to MV nails.NEVER again! 😡They cut up my cuticles and it looks like I already need a fill.The girl kept having an attitude and when I told her she cut me she walked away and a different girl came to finish the job.The lady doing my pedi only massaged one of my calf and 2/3 ladies there were very rude.

My wife just went there, she was very pleased with the results of her pedicure. The place was clean, and the people were much friendlier than the other nail salon that she had visited before.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to I got acrylic and I asked for them to be Square but she did oval and I asked them to be longish and they are down to my skin shorter than my natural nail and she got nail polish all over my fingers and didnt even clean it up and overall I had a terrible experience I do not recommend going there.
