They had good customer service, but they were unable to do the nail design properly. They took over an hour an a half to do one fill? The design doesn’t look professionally done, there were lots of blemishes.

Been to this salon twice now, once for a full set of lashes and today for my fill. Hellen has been amazing both times, she takes the time to ask questions about what length you want and how full (I like them very natural and she’s nailed it both times!) She is Efficient and cares about her work. The other staff I’ve spoken with are nice and friendly as well! I’ve had lashes done at other places, but hellen and bellissimo salon is where I’m staying.

I went in for a lash lift. I still had some glue on my lashes when I left. I’ve gotten lash lifts done elsewhere so I know the process & there shouldn’t be any residue on your lashes. I went here because it’s closer. Not worth it! To top it off, the woman(Mai) kept asking me if I had cash for tip or if she should add it the total before charging my card. The audacity!

Love my lashes that Mai did for me! She was kind, efficient and did an excellent job. Happy to have a place in Maple Valley that does quality lash extensions. I’ll be back!

I went here my first time for lash lift. I was greeted right away and their COVID safety measures are excellent. Very professional, at ease and comfortable environment. Owner is a sweetheart, very professional. I’ll definitely go back.

Loved getting my lashes done here! Much better than the other places Ive gone and I will be coming back. The setting is very comfortable, so much so i almost fell asleep! I have sensitive eyes and I had no issues, I recommend trying it out.

I came in here over a year ago with my Sister. I was happy with my full set acrylics. My Sister did not like the higher prices so we tried at least 8 other salons that were cheaper over the last year or so....and was back here because they are THE BEST!! They really take their time and even offered me a full size bottled water. Its worth the slightly higher prices! My pink and white full set is GORGEOUS! 😍Thank you ladies ❤️❤️

Very clean and nice facilities. I like that she put a base coat on and took the time to prep the nails appropriately, my nails look beautiful. They could improve by offering hand lotion with hand massage or neck rub and trim up cuticles as the place Ive gone in the past does provide these extra touches and I like part of the experience. They are a bit more costly by $5-$10 for the area, but the color selection, attention to client (they were not answering phones or talking to other clients too much) and cleanliness make up for that.

Great experience. I am very happy with the service and outcome of the services I received. First time getting lash extensions and I love them!!! My nails and toe nails turned out beautiful. Top it off with a lovely glass of wine.

Had the gel nails done they are smearing, they never baked them long enough. My hands look awful.

My first time getting eyelash extensions. The place is nice and clean. Sa was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She also has experience in putting a variety of lashes on for Vegas performers and people like me who want a subtle look. The eyelashes are flattering, yet very natural. Ive been getting a lot of compliments on them. I also like how the products are safe and non-allergenic. Definitely recommend this place!

I dont have much to work with as far as my lashes but she has made them look healthy and full!! Bellissimo overall has excellent customer service and care! I usually do not do my nails often unless I m going in a vacation. However, I have been visiting this shop more because of their great customer service as well as their friendly staff, especially the owner Sa who is very good listener and give good recommendation on colors choice since I m not good at picking color. I leave the shop happy every time I visit. Definitely worth to return and refer to my friends and family :)

Tried this salon because Im a little disappointed in the one I normally go to. My pedicures lately have just been sub par. This place rocked it. Very clean and friendly staff. Lucky they took me without an appointment. Definately will go back.

I have gotten my lashes done since 2011 and this experience was to put me in a closet, pull out my prior extensions and then tell me repeatedly now lash artists do a bad job and they have been in business for 8 years. It was a closet, with a recliner they put me in, that is the same cost to go to Bellevue for my higher end elite refills! I am currently paying for, but looking for something closer to home. Absolutely terrible experience. I had a gel mani and was not happy. There was polish left on my fingers, gel stuck to my finger and it was not even. You could see my nails underneath. My daughter got a full set of acrylics. She showed two nails techs a picture of what she wanted and was told they could do it. It was pink acrylic balliage. Nope... not even close. Then the tech said that they didn’t have the right color acrylic. She ended up having them painted a solid color. Unfortunately the nails were unevenly shaped and didn’t match each other. Some had lumps and none were nice and smooth. She worked on my daughters nails for two hours. Then the gal charged her $57 for them AFTER her under 18 discount.

Loved my experience with the Herbal Pedicure! I couldnt really smell the oil they put in the water, but that doesnt mean it wasnt working wonders.I left feeling so relaxed!...the only draw back was that I put my regular shoes on TWO HOURS after my pedicure, for only 45 minutes and my polish got completely destroyed (pictured). Maybe it was a bad polish? It wiped right off hours after getting them painted.Everything was fabulous except for that.

Horrible customer service... Went there to celebrate my friends birthday and they dismissed us and told us they had an appointment coming in an hour... This was on a Wednesday afternoon and the salon was empty. 2 workers were sitting on their phones and another eating... But they couldnt attend to the 3 of us because of a client who may not show up in an hour🤔 No worries... This was my 2nd experience with Bellisimo..My first one they messed my nails up and cut my skin...Horrible customer service

I was very excited to be fit into the schedule, then I had a very angry pedicurist. She put boiling paraffin on my feet, left several times, and was generally unpleasant. I was silent and afraid. She then asked me for her tip. You dont have cash? I see it. I wont be going back.

Overpriced and they dont do a good job. Paid for eyebrows a dozen times and they were uneven every time or Id have to go home and pluck them myself because lots of hair was missed. Only reason I kept going is I received a gift certificate for this place. Once it was gone i moved to a place in Covington for eyebrows that is 100 times better. Wont be back again to this establishment.

From the time I walked in till i was done was 12 minutes. The lady did not even clean the polish off my skin after she painted them. It was the worst nail experience ever. Will NEVER go here again even if they pay me. I wish i can post a picture of how horrible they look.

It was my first time to this salon. They did a great job!

I came in 5 minutes late for my appointment and they turned me away. Every time I come I wait about 15-20 minutes cause they can’t get me in at my appointment time and the one time I am 5 minutes late they say they can’t get me in anymore.

This place had really great reviews as well as a real webpage which most nail salons do not. I had a lot of confidence going into my appointments here however left very displeased. I asked for the SNS dipping powder on my nails and also got a standard pedicure. The pedicure was fine apart from the fact that the next day I had very bad ingrown toe nails due to the way they cut my nails. I dont normally get ingrown toe nails after I get my toes done. The manicure was awful. She had already started and told me that they dont use SNS they use an off brand (They advertise that they use SNS on their website). I trusted that it would still be okay but within one day the polish was cracking and breaking my actual nail underneath. It also did not stick to my nails and continued to peal up over the next few days. This was also the most I have ever paid to get this product on my nails ($55). I had to go and get my nails redone a week later because of how bad they looked. My normal nail tech looked at my nails and said this is horrible, who did this?I would recommend going to anywhere other than this place. They rush through their services and overcharge for everything. Very bad experience and I hope I can help someone make a better choice when it comes to where they are going to get their nails done.

Traveled from West Seattle to this place to get my lashes and shellac and everyone there was very nice. Place was very clean and comfortable.

I went in to get my eyebrows done the lady was extremely rude and I was trying to pull up a picture to show her how I wanted them done and she told me to put my phone down and then she didnt even hand me a mirror to have me check them when I was finished she missed hairs that Im now have to go home and tweeze myself and she didnt trim my eyebrows either and then instead of handing me the pin pad to have me enter in the information she told me how much am I going to tip her and then handed me the machine I will never go back there and I wouldnt send anyone else back there either she did a horrible job
