Courteous reception and service providers, attentive to details when performing requested services. Shop atmosphere is serene and calming. Consideration for health and safety of clients and employees was evident.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 20 years. They are THE BEST salon in Maple Valley! Such wonderful, kind and talented professionals work there. Not only do your nails looks beautiful when you leave- they stay looking that way longer than when you go to other salons. It’s a clean, beautiful remodeled salon. They are practicing extra safety precautions and are highly sanitized during this pandemic. So, don’t hesitate! Make yourself an appointment! You deserve it.

I have tried just about every nail salon in Maple Valley. On a whim I decided to run into Lovely Nails back in December. I have been a return customer every month since! I cant say enough good things about Hin, the owner, and his wife. They have been serving Maple Valley in this same location for 21 years! WOW! Hin is incredibly friendly. He clearly understands what I want and takes the time to do an excellent job EVERY time. I highly recommend. 💅👍

Terrible experience. They overpaid me and I wasn’t satisfied with what I got. My nails are very bubbly and fat. They wouldn’t give me my money back or fix it. And the costumer service was terrible. My nails are crooked as well and some aren’t even completely filled in on the sides with the powder. I am disappointed with my experience at this nail salon.

I found my new Nail/pedicure home! My previous nail shop never opened back up after COVID-19 shut them down last year and Ive been on a hunt ever since to find my new home. Ive tried several shops from Renton to Puyallup and gave each at least 2 chances to reel me in.... nobody was consistent. I was losing hope. Then I found Lovely Nails......they do an exceptional job and each time Ive been back it actually gets BETTER! My nails have never looked or felt better. They are tailored to my exact specifications BEFORE I even ask. They look and feel so natural.... theyre even thin enough for me to scratch... 😆 They paint the polish on all the way to the cuticle so your fill lasts longer and completely symmetrical... I truly cant say enough about this shop!

This establishment is exceptional. Awesome staff. Always clean. They do such quality work and my nails last a long time. I don’t mind traveling the distance to get my manicure from Lovely Nails. They have the best colors. Best designs. Highly recommend.

Been going here for 12+ years. I adore the owners, a husband and wife team. They know me well and always do a great job. They might not be fancy and offer you a drink but they will make you feel at home and that they care about their work.

Called late in the day got an Appointment right away. The staff were friendly and the prices were just right. I dont remember the name of the gentleman that did my nails but he did a great job.

We went to get Acrylic nails and told them I wanted them shorter and they told us no and insulted my sister saying that shorter nails wouldnt look good for her finger type calling her fingers fat... very unprofessional and they wouldnt let me pick my nail polish color. would not recommend.

My daughter (17yo) had her nails done, call it day 1, for an event with a dip manicure, visit #1. Hours later the top matte coat started collecting lint and dirt which then embedded into them so went back in, day one, to have them correct the finish of her nails they put another top finish on all 10 nails, visit #2. Day 2 a nail chipped but she was not able to go in. Note she was not doing anything aggressive with her hands throughout this time. Day 3 two more naile chipped, total of 3 now, she went back to have it corrected they corrected the three nails, visit #3. Also day 3 the three nail finishs were soft to the touch hours later so back in to have those three nails corrected, visit #4. Day 4 two more nails chipped, we now have 5 total chipped nails so back in for corrections again, but at this point we were going out of town and the event was in 3 days so she asked for them to not just correct the 2 nails which just failed but all 7 nails which where not corrected yet, visit 5. During this 5th visit the owner said she had come back to many times and they would not correct all the nails only the last 2 with chips. My daughter stood up and went to another location to have her nails, all 10, done. As a business owner you should stand behind your work and make sure a 17yo, spending her own earned money, is treated as a long term customer or her and everyone she knows, including social media, will not be back. There is no good reason for bad customer service when it is your bad service and product which causes the problem. What a waste of time and money.DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICES!

Great!!! I do my own dip powder nails but have grown tired of the time it takes. A few weeks ago, Tea the owner put a new set on. Did a great job and got a lot of compliments We did a fill today Again, great job. My picture attached. Prices are great too. Took me four nail shops to find them.

Not always focused on customer requests. The old adage Customer is always right does not apply to them. Simple requests are met with irritability. The last straw was being yelled at by the owners wife in front of other customers. Very embarrassing. So, I am no longer going to subject myself to this treatment. Will go elsewhere. And, the bathroom is filthy.

I wanted to find a place closer to my home so I came here with my sisters and got the deluxe pedicure. It was the most disappointing pedicure I have gotten. I asked for warmer water and never got it. She was rough with clipping my cuticles. Left obvious in grown toe nails untouched and then never used a pumice or anything on my heels to remove the rough skin. My sister got the regular pedicure and was done at the same time. No difference except for materials. I would have assumed that I would have had a longer leg massage or something with the extras I purchased. Once my nails were painted I was rushed to a dryer....there were plenty of chair openings. There was no need for me to move. I have it 2 stars instead of one because my sisters enjoyed their services.

Waited 45 minutes to get help, after I even made an appointment 5 days in advance. They helped 2 people before me. Employees were border line rude and very rough on my pedicure. Will not be going here again after this bad experience.

I love it here they are nice and very clean.....i tell people all the time about this place.....my daughter was here from Illinois and i sent her n her husband here and they couldnt believe how clean it was and they loved their pedi.

The man who did my nails was so gentle and a perfectionist but did them quickly and perfect. I’m very pleased, great prices too! I’d give them 10 stars and will definitely return!

Ive been going here since I was in 9th grade (Im 30 now). It has taken part in my of my lifes monumental moments. They have always been really nice and affordable. They never treat me like a burden if me or my daughter needs to comes back because we messed them up.

My son and his friend went in to get manicures after school yesterday and both have red, swollen, fingers and bleeding cuticles this morning. So much for a relaxing, treat for themselves. Do not recommend and praying they dont get infections.

Absolutely love this place! Best pedicure I have ever gotten. My friend and I drive 30 minutes out of our way to meet here for their phenomenal pedicures!

Great spa pedicures my skin felt amazing. The polish job was subpar, 3 hours later they were still wet and got smudged.

My nails are done perfectly everytime and they dont charge extra for gel!

My new manny pedi place, so glad I found them.

Had a pedicure, gave the girl who did it cash as a tip and put the actual cost of pedi on my debit card. When it cleared the bank an additional amount of was added. I clearly put zero on the tip line and put just the total of the pedi on the signed merchant copy.I will not return.
