I absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been to several nail salons and this one is the best. The ambience is calm and comforting. The ladies were very kind and welcoming. The nail tech who did my nails was the best I’ve ever had. She did my nails perfectly, no mess up and was very speedy. I don’t live in Mansfield anymore but I still visit this place to get my nails done.

Im here right now getting a manicure and she is hurting my fingers so bad... But theyre still nice people so customer service is good. But i guess its true when they say pretty hurts.

Connie has consistently given me an amazing pedicure. I don’t care if I walk in at 7:30 it is never rushed and very relaxing!!!

Worst experience ever! I went in for a pedicure and the lady didnt properly plug in the drain and I was drenched with water. When I got up it appeared as if I had used the bathroom on myself. This was so embarrassing. This was supposed to be a relaxing morning. My pedicure was rushed. To top it All off no one apologized. Plus them nasty flies swarming around made me feel like I was in a third world country.

Ive been going here for years and the people here are always friendly and listen to what you want.

Happy nail & spa ? more like sad/mad nail spa.. as soon as my bestie walked in a lady came up to me asking if i wanted to do my eyebrows & just started touching my face n looking at them. and we got in and were helped but they kept rushing us to choose the color. once we choose it they took 15-20 minutes to help up. once we sat down then lady had to ask the other lady how to do my nails, once she did them she started cutting the sides of my finger & they were looking really bad. once she finished she charged me 45 .. FOR PLAIN WHITW NAILS !!!! i told her i had a student discount which took off 3 dollars, and i went to manager AND EVERYONE THAT WORKED THERE NEWWW THEY LOOKED BAD its just a super long story. moral of the story.. dont go here. literally go anywhere else i shouldve gone to la bella.

Unprofessional looking manicure. Wish I could take a picture and post. My nails look like my five year old did it. This last visit was me giving them a second chance after a bad experience xmas 2017. Never going back.

I have been going here every other week for 3 plus years. This is the only place i will ever go! I speak for only my experience, but i have had nothing but stellar service here. They have even stayed late for me when i am running late. I always get the pedi and a fill and have never had an issue. I do know and i have seen the autoclave they use. I would not go anywhere else.

I had an AWFUL experience at this salon! I took my daughter and her friend for her 12th birthday on Saturday, March 19, 2016. We all had spa pedicures done. The lady who did mine- used a cheese grater type scrubber to smooth my skin. After a few minutes- my foot was burning and stinging (unbearable pain.) I told her that something was wrong and how much pain I was in. Her response was it was because my feet were dry. The following morning I woke up in PAIN! I couldnt even walk on the one foot without limping. My foot had deep cuts and scrapes, and deep gashes on my heel. Plus, my entire foot was red and super irritated. And more cuts on the side of my foot as well. I dont usually complain- but this was awful! That afternoon I made a trip back up to the nail salon to show them what she had done- and to request my money back (least they could do.) They gave a small vial of cream and tried to send me on my way. I insisted on getting my money back (and just to note- I paid $124+ tip for mine, my daughters and her friends pedicures. I wasnt even requesting a full refund. Just the amount for MY pedicure!) After arguing, they only offered me 1/2 of what I paid for my pedicure because they still insisted they still did a good job. I continued to insist that they refund my money. Finally they agreed to give me $60 to cover my pedicure only but not before grabbing the cream they had just given me out of hand and telling me that if my foot is infected, they refuse to pay any medical bills. This salon is AWFUL! They were very neglectful- as well as have horrible customer service! I cannot believe I was treated this way! I walked out of there in tears. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone!The following day, first thing that morning- I went to the Dr. And, thank God I did. My foot was VERY badly infected. And, after the Dr. took a swab of one of the deep cuts on the bottom of my foot- test came back positive for Staph! This whole situation has been a complete nightmare for me. I have been so sick from this infection, not to mention in pain- hardly able to walk on that foot. I have already been to the Dr. twice because this staph is resistant to many medications. This week, I will see a Infectious Disease Dr. On top of this, when I finally took off my nail polish- I now have a fungus infection on both big toenails. So, now I am being treated for that as well.It really scares me that this place doesnt want to take accountability for their actions. I reported them to the BBB and they responded with nothing but lies. What the owner needs to do- is to make sure her employees are trained properly-- they are cleaning their instruments properly, they are not leaving standing, cold water in their foot buckets and not using instruments (such as cheese grater foot scrubbers- which arent even supposed to be used in nail salons anymore!) And, when a customer is complaining of being in severe pain from what they are doing- they need to stop!FYI- By the way, the 5 star rating on here by Heather Phan---- she is the owner giving herself a 5 star rating.I was forced to give them 1 star! If it were up to me they would receive 0 stars!

So I hardly ever write reviews but I believe Happy Nail&Spa deserves one because I know how hard it is to find a great nail salon. Especially if you are picky like I am! Lol! So I just moved to mansfield in November from Carrollton. I was sad to leave my nail salon over there that I had been going to for years. I went 2 other nail salons that not only didnt reach my standards with nails and pedicures but were also in my opinion overpriced. So I decided to give Happy Nail&Spa a try. I loved it! Ive been going there for 2 months now and havent been disappointed. I go for not only nails, but pedicures and eyebrow wax as well! Heather is the owner and she is so sweet and welcoming every time I walk thru the door. Both the nail salons I tried before them, not only the nail technicians but the actual owners as well treated me rude and acted as if I was a burden! Thats a huge thing to me if I get treated that way when I am paying for services from your business. But here I am always welcomed, offered a drink and accommodated. I hardly ever get time without my kids. (I have 3) So when I get my nails done I like to relax. They offer wine! Which is a huge bonus for my relax time! ;) And on the occasion when I do take my kids, they are so helpful! One of the nail technicians even held my 7 month old son the whole time I was getting my nails done! Which they did not even have to do! They even have a little mini child spa pedicure chair if you do have a little one your bringing. Which is great because my 5 year old loves it because she gets to feel included too and sit in a pedicure chair that is the perfect size for her! Not many nail salons offer that. They also have a little child table with blocks as well! I love that they are nice and welcoming to children. You can tell Heather loves kids. Thats something Im big on too. If you are rude to my children, especially if Im paying for them to get services done too, you will lose my buisness. But its not like that here at all!On the rare occasion if there is something you are not happy with, heather and all the other girls will make sure its fixed and you leave happy. One time I didnt like the shape they filed my nails, heather made sure they were fixed right away and I left happy! Wasnt rude about it or acted annoyed at all.If your looking for a nail salon in mansfield definitely try Happy Nail&Spa! I know they are my new go to nail salon! I will even be having them do my nails for my wedding in June! As well any of my bridesmaids that need their nails done as well! :)
