They didn’t do a good job at all. The water for the pedicure was more cold than warm and didn’t even ask it it’s too hot or cold. Not sure how it has good reviews but it was the worst nail job I’ve ever had done. They didn’t look good and painted unevenly. They didn’t do a good job on our cuticles neither. They finished my nails and then just walked away to sit in the pedicure chairs on her phone. They didn’t let me use a fan or UV light to dry my nails even though they used it for the other coustomer that was in there.I’m pretty sure they wanted us to sit there for 30 min just to dry our nails. I was here with my sister to enjoy some time but we didn’t enjoy it that much at all.

Went for an underarm wax and Virginia is amazing! Kept conversation and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Very professional and experienced.

Got the and they seemed to double book. A man started doing my acrylics and was doing a great job until he got pulled to work on another persons nails that had been there some time before me. He rushed through cleaning up my nails leaving a lot of glue underneath and uneven nails of varying lengths. Another nice lady named Crystal I think finish my manicure and pedicure which was fantastic. I think if they didnt overbook my nails would look much more finished. Everything was clean and they were nice

The staff are very courteous and friendly! I have had both a gel manicure as well as dip manicures and have had great luck with both. Im on week 3 and a half of my current dip manicure and its holding on strong, the only reason I need to go in is because I have a lot of growth. I highly recommend this place! Fresh manicure is the second picture (or the one without a ring), first is today (one with a ring).

Went in to get pedicures and my daughter is getting fake nails and charged over $200 my pedicures only lasted about 7 minutes they were speaking in their language which makes someone feel uncomfortable I dont remember the persons name I think iit started with an an n or something had to ask for her name but cant remember what they said still have calluses Polish was not done right its already chipping then was just left there for a long time with no one checking us till they wanted money time to pay

We called prior, they told us to come in at 5:15, we got there and waited about 30 minutes to get started, they shouldve told us 540 rather than have us wait and sit there forever. a few other people came in and they had them to sit at a table before me and my friend even got a seat. we get started and i was only told to wash my hands once which where i usually go i wash my hands a few times. the nails on my right hand were a lot shorter than my left hand-its pretty noticeable. there was a guy behind the counter giving cash back from cash transactions--he sat there the whole time grabbing food out of a warm cupboard? he went out for a cigarette and didnt even wash his hands after then continued handing out money. my friends hands were left very greasy as well she had to wash them when she got home. i was impressed with my paint job and fill job but ended up with nail polish on places on my fingers. i also dug so much gunk out my nails afterwards which i wouldnt be annoyed with if it was a week into having the fill--the fact that she didnt clean out my nails in the first place though. i had 2 ladies work on me, both very friendly but i preferred the lady who painted my nails. she even offered me matte polish! the price was very good because i also had a coupon.

This is my first time at this place. The ladies here were nice. However, when I got home I realized my left thumb nail was bigger than my right thumb nail and I just didnt like it at all. I had to fix it myself. Plus they never told me to wash my hands and Ive gotten my nails done before, I know that you have to wash your hands. Plus my nails look like they need a fill already and I got them done today. Again, you guys were nice. Just didnt expect to fix my nails.

I Got my nails done here for my wedding. I hit the gel nails: navy French tips with silver sparkle lining. They turned out fabulous. This is what they look 3 weeks later. They are starting to show wear and tear but they still look great. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I have tried many different nail salons both in Mankato and all over the country. I have never found anyone who can even begin to compare to Alex at Infinity. I always end up being cut by the file, get crooked acrylics, have a bumpy top coat, poor cuticle work, the wrong color/shape/length, large gaps of color on my nails, early chipping, damage to my nail bed, or most likely- a terrible combination of many of these. But with Alex, they are absolutely perfect every single time. Every. Single. Time. The one time I wasnt happy with how the color was looking after the first few nails, he stopped and fixed it right away and I left with a perfect set. Everyone here does a really good job too! When my sister comes with, she has hers done by whoever is there, and hers are always perfect too. Now that I dont live in Minnesota, I dont get my nails done very often because they never are as good. But every time I visit home I make an appointment with Alex.

I went in to have a new set of Dip Nails put on. From the moment I walked in until I chose to leave, I felt ignored - the service was terrible. I was left sitting alone for 5 minutes before someone came to help me. Then after my nails started to soak - I was left alone in the store for 20 minutes. No one checked on me and my fingers started to hurt. I found someone finally and asked them to help me take them off and they told me to leave them on. I chose to leave after this. I expressed my concern and my discomfort and they still charged me sitting there with my nails in foil - ignoring me - for 25 total minutes. Terrible. I will not be back.

I would recommend. my acrylic nails are very professional and are smooth and not bumpy or crooked at all. they actually look really good and the guy i had was super nice! they had great customer service and all my nails are attached really well. i’m not worried about them falling off! the only thing thing is, we had an extra 15-20 minute wait and it was 54$ for just plain acrylics with 2 colors. other than that, they are amazing! i have also gotten pedicures which are absolutely amazing. they do a really good job and the nail polish stays on for a long time! this is the best place to get pedicures, for sure. i loved it.

I had a great experience here today! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My nails look great, and it was a nice little way to treat myself to something I dont typically have the time for. I felt like it was fast, and affordable. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Let me start off by making it clear that I am not the type of person that would really ever get their nails done. I had one bad experience at a different salon and never had any interest in trying anywhere else. With my wedding fast approaching, my maid of honor insisted we should get our nails done together and suggested we try Infinity. Long story short, we had a wonderful experience! My mother also came along and had never had her nails done in her life. We all loved this salon! The staff is so friendly and truly cares about pleasing their customers! We each had different staff members working on our nails, and the young man who did mine was fantastic and had a great sense of humor on top of it! :) We will absolutely be back!

I got a full set of acrylic nails, and they are awful. None of them are straight, I asked for a coffin shape and the edges are sharp. The top layer is bumpy. My cuticles and nail beds weren’t even done. And underneath my nail is AWFUL. Do not recommend this place. Save your money.

Wonderful service. I love the convenience of online booking and it was incredibly easy to do! The staff is incredibly friendly and I felt like they took the time to listen to what I wanted and they always made sure to check if I was happy with the job they were doing! I especially loved having Crystal do my nails. I will go again for sure!

I just had to come here and write to Say that the customer service was amazing!!!! they let you know the price before hand before even starting on you I was here today and saw that they told the customer Mara dehning the price and she got super rude after they told her the price! she felt she was being taking Advantage not the issue she did not want to pay. she wanted to pay what she wanted to pay not what the salon prices where set She was extremely rude she got a full pedicure done. And she wanted to leave the polish was not done because she chose to leave because she felt a Guilty I figured .. she was asked not pay so she did not pay anything I felt so bad for the staff they were super nice and tried to make the lady to come down so how is the the fault of the salon....this lady is a Fraud and a liar she wants to have everything done And not want to pay the prices that were set ... I had to pay 50 for my nails wow I will be back this place bet anywhere thanks staff and sorry for this lady acting like that

My friends and i went to the salon had an appointment it took 30 minutes to start our nails. when they were doing our nails, they didn’t tell any of us to wash our hands during the process. the guy doing my nails was watching some video the whole time. when we were done, we had the nail residue all over our fingers and under neath. he pulled out a nail file that had white residue on it so i knew it wasn’t clean. the edges of my nails are ridged. some guy was smacking his lips eating behind the front desk whole time. they didn’t even have a place for us to wait when we had to wait, they said “sit anywhere” what on the floor ? idk why this places has good reviews

Everyone was nice and accommodating. Prices were good but certain stuff does cost extra so make sure you ask!! I love my nails but noticed when I got home some were different sizes but she did fix my nails after I messed them up. Will come again.

I had gone to a different nail place and they did a horrible job on my nails. I went to infinity to get them redone. The place that did my nails the first time put acrylic base on my REAL nails and gave me ingrown nails. The girl who did my nails tried her best to get all the acrylic polish off and take the ingrown out very softly making sure I wasn’t hurting. She gave me good advice on what to do with my nails now that they are all messed up because of the previous place and made them look amazing. Very happy. I had something challenging and they fixed it very politely and surely!

Went to get a quick manicure and was amazed. Virginia was lovely and did an excellent job. Was very impressed that they dont use any toxic products. Overall great place.

Came to try this salon out after hearing only good things and was a terrible experience. I had to go back to have three of my nails re-filed and I had broken a nail after one day and was charged to fix it. I do not advise coming here.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. It is overpriced, the people are incredibly rude and even joke to you about drugs while doing your nails. I spent 3 hours in this establishment for a pedicure and a fill and then was charged $100 dollars!! RIDICULOUS! The design and color that I wanted were not available ( the design was one nail half of one color and half another, nothing fancy ) I spoke with Virginia and she was completely rude, I had been there one time before and had her do my nails and was not impressed. All I wanted was a relaxing time to get my nails done as I am 36 weeks pregnant. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will be turning into the BBB!!!!!!IN response to yours: You DID NOT tell me the prices before hand, your guy talked to me about drugs the whole time and made jokes and the design I wanted was so simple that anyone could have done it, having ONE nail split down the center 2 different colors, you guys are the worst place Ive ever been to and the only reason I returned was because I needed to get my nails done and you were the only place with walks ins ( WHICH I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY! ) Best of luck to you in the future. I have never written a review about a nail salon before, but this needs to be said. First, they were amazing when it came to fitting me into their schedule and I really appreciate that. I called and within three minutes I was sitting in a chair. Thats about all that was good about the experience. The man who did my nails wouldnt even look up from his ipad for the first five minutes. I didnt really care about that. I did find it strange that he started to stream( record himself live) on a dating website I believe while doing my nails. I think it was called meet up and it had a green symbol, not sure. I was still OKAY with that ( I was like okay, let him show these ladies his skills!). It went downhill from there. He definitely thought I had gel nail polish on because I chose a gel color, but he started to grind away at the nail polish with the nail bit. It burned because he kept staying in one spot for too long but I didnt mind ( I am used to nail techs cutting me) However, he dug deep with the tool and left it on too long for the eighth time and I was over it. It freaking hurt and when I told him whatever youre doing you are hurting me He then proceeded to tell me its because the acrylic was too old. Unfortunately, for him I actually went to school for cosmetology and my acrylic was only one month old. He was trying to justify him hurting me. Then he asked how short. I said only a little bit. Needless to say, I walked in with long nails and walked out with nubs for nails. He asked if I wanted square or round---- i said square--- he rounded them and he asked me if I liked the shape I told him, no you rounded them. As he was doing my other hand I had to tell him that he was rounding them again. He says oh you want them square square?. I am literally confused if you ask for square and they round them off... is it still considered to be square? or is it square with rounded edges, squaround. Not sure at this point. The lady next to him said he can fix it and i replied that he couldnt because he would make them shorter. WELL he tried to fix it and that is the reason my natural long nails with an acrylic overlay looks like a little kids hand right now. SHE knew what she was talking about but he def didnt understand. The funny thing is that when he tried to fix.... YOU GUESSED IT he rounded them off again. NOW HERE IS WHAT TAKES THE CAKE. WHILE HE WAS TRYING TO FIX MY NAILS HE CUT HIMSELF AND DABBED IT ON THE TOWEL MY HANDS WERE RESTING ON THEM CONTINUED TO TOUCH ME WITH HIS BLOODY FINGER. I GUESS HE NOTICED THE LOOK OF DISGUST ON MY FACE AND THEN WENT TO GRAB A FINGER GLOVE. I walked out paying full price because he did the work I am not going to ask for a discount. However, this is the first time I didnt tip a nail tech. I really want to leave him something even if it was only two dollars but I couldnt. The nail job he did honestly doesnt look that bad. Someone might actually like them but, it isnt what I asked for... he burned me eight times with the drill nail bits and then he finally realized that I had regular nail polish, but then still tried to blame it on me. He rounded my nails and made them short as all get up anddddd he touched me with his bloody finger in a world of HIV and Aids he really had me flabbergasted ( I feel like thats the most appropriate word at this point lol) and for that experience I paid $35 to be properly tortured by a nail tech. The funny thing is I just wanted to relax. The only bright side is that I saved $10 from not tipping. I guess that was my discount.

They always do a great job for me, Ive taken my daughter, my friend and they love it too. :) Cant always get in, but worth the wait.

Honestly, I wish I could rate them higher. Especially since I don’t usually nitpick nails, but the gel manicure I got was really bad. One day after I got it, the gel layer started peeling without any force because it wasn’t even cured properly. There was also chips in the polish they let me leave with. I could go on and on but there’s really no point.Overall, the experience I got was just not worth the price. I’m upset I paid that much for a manicure I’m embarrassed to show.

I hardly ever post reviews, but today I went and got 2 nails fixed that I had broken off and I should have just went without getting it fixed because it looks HORRIBLE, the nail is crooked, and shorter than my other nails!! Their pricing showed $5 per nail repair, when I went to pay for both nails she said $14 because I had pink/white. I didn’t even look at the 2 nails I had repaired until I got into my car and I was so frustrated didn’t even go back in. Just horrible. I’ve been getting full sets done for over 10 years and quite frankly just from this repair job I couldn’t imagine what a full set would look like.

Not impressed despite a positive recommendation from a close friend. The staff rushed through the pedicures so fast - I was only in the chair for about 15 minutes. The man that did the scrubbing part smelled so badly of cigarette smoke it was giving me a headache. Overall not a good experience when there are far more superior nail salons in Mankato.

The place is beautiful inside, most of the employees were very polite, although the actual nail service was terrible. The women that did my nails didnt listen to what I had requested after telling her multiple times, cut the side of my fingers while grinding them, cut my nails way too short- my nails literally hurt, gel polish is sloppy. Did not take her time whatsoever. I spent my Christmas bonus on my nails to have them done for the holidays and Ive never been more disappointed. I wont return to this salon.

I dont personally go here but my wife does. Her nails have never been sharper or cleaner looking and the best and scratching my back. She cant speak more highly of the staff here and I can tell she genuinely enjoys it. Ive come with and watched and with no point of reference they seem really good at this.

Terrible experience! I went in requesting a pedi & mani, gel and French. Halfway thru my feet, they told me it would be $20 more. I disputed it and then the owner got upset and said I still had to pay. I told them to just get on with it but that I would not be returning. A few minutes later another gal came to make sure I was going to pay for the service. I confirmed I would. A few minutes later the gal doing my nails was called out, upon which the entire shop was staring at me, completely humiliating. So as I was sitting there having people talk about me for several minutes of this I told them I would be leaving. The owner insisted I pay for the pedi.(ummmmm I have zero polish on at all!) The owner proceeded to tell me it wasn’t right she’d have to pay her employee. I gave the girl a tip as this wasn’t her fault and left! If your up for this kind of service, sure go back but this was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere, ever! I’d been there several times before, had the same request and was not charged the additional monies! Must be trying to make up for the time they lost business due to construction. Save yourself the grief do not visit this place.

Great experience. Came for prom to get the classic mani and pedi. The service was prompt and polite. The atmosphere was also lovely. They did an excellent job on my nails, and made sure everything was to my liking. I would definitely return and recommend to others!

Great location, great staff, awesome acrylic fill with a coffin shape and matte gel top coat. Prices are fair and service is accommodating. No lifting after two weeks and the nails are smooth and thin.

This was my first time at infinity nails and let me tell you, the ladies were SO nice! Ive been to a couple nail salons in Mankato where the people are just rude the whole time and this wasnt one of them! I saw the nails of the girl next to me and her manicure looked great! However, I got a full set and I honestly dont know if I will go here again. When I got to my car I noticed that there were bubbles in my polish, the paint job was uneven, and some of my nails were filed crooked and others are just different lengths than the rest all together. If I hadnt been scheduled for work I wouldve gone back to ask if I could have them fixed. Like I said, the ladies were nice, but the full set wasnt worth my money. :/

PASS!All I’ve said since I left the salon was “my poor eyebrows”. Im incredibly upset and angry. I vocalized I did not want my shape at all changed and that I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not thinner. She completely ignored me and gave me upsetting eyebrows that I can only fix with time and growth. In the meantime I’m stuck with what I specifically requested AGAINSTThis was also the first painful manicure I’ve experienced. My thumb nail is still tender and sensitive.

I have some kind of infection in my thumb, they accidentally put something on my skin that burned, now it has turned brown and I think there’s puss stuck in it, my thumb is swollen and stings and is warm to the touch I will not be coming back. Don’t come here

I initially thought this place was the best nail salon in Mankato after having done my nails a couple times and was really impressed. However, my last visit makes me rethink. I was ready to get my nails done already seated, was in the salon for 10mins or more and ready to go when the nail technician suddenly lost interest in fixing my nails and said she had an appointment in 15mins and so I had to leave? All these happened because I requested for a style and she offered another style, I asked her for a picture since I wasnt used to the newly introduced style....Then she tripped. Like seriously. I guess I have to stick with doing my nails myself except if anyone would recommend a salon with better services.

This place was horrible, my daughter and went in here for a girls day before she moved! We were never informed of any up charges whatsoever! I specifically ask for a basic full set! We were expecting to pay $50-$60 all together since that’s what the online menu states. When everything was done they charged us $103. When I ask why I was told oh you got this you got that. Which none of the extras they mentioned are on there menu! Since when do you not mention that something is an extra charge before you do it! Completely ruined our day since I was not planning on spending that kind of money! To top it all off my daughter has to go get her nails fixed because over half of them are crooked and lumpy!!Will never go here again!Response:Please get your facts straight I never asked for gel powder or gel polish I made the appointment for basic acrylic, I even asked about the gel polish because I didn’t want to pay extra! I may not be young however I don’t go get my nails done all the time so I’m just supposed to know you charge extra for all this stuff! When I have gone to other salons they have explained before they performed services, it’s call curtesy. Also they do not charge for extra pickles at McDonald’s!!!

I chose this salon for a mani pedi because they had a coupon on their site for 15% off with cash purchase with a college ID. I tried to use it, and they told me I couldnt because it couldnt be combined with other offers, and I was already getting $5 off. If I had the option of using the coupon instead of this automatic discount, I wouldve saved $7.50. Plus, they charged me full price for my manicure and spa pedicure, and then took off $5 for combining them. The mani pedi (with no spa services) wouldve been $35. The difference in price between a pedicure and a spa pedicure was $10, so youd think a half-spa mani pedi would be an additional $10 as well, right? Nope. They charged $50 and took off $5 as my discount and wouldnt let me use my coupon. In fact, they even took my coupon from me and TORE IT UP RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.The girl who did my nails was pretty good, though, except she made my thumb bleed while trying to cut my cuticles. But my complaints are purely based on how the management charged their customers.Worst spa experience of my life. Ill never go back.
